(This is a Valentine's Day special and I don't give a shit if it's not Valentine's Day yet, this has been on my mind for a while now 😂 oh and also if you like DJ Diamond you're in luck because there is a bit in this chappie so eNjOy-)

It was a sunny and average day in- actually, no it wasn't. It was Valentrolls Day.

A day where all trolls shared their love for one another.

And Poppy, of course, was one to love that holiday. It was truly one of her favorites.

She was in her pod, creating cards for all of her friends while humming.

Once she finished all the Snack Pack's cards and her father's card, King Peppy, she made sure the last one was extra special, because it was for someone special to her.

Branch.

She smiled at the thought of the now blue troll and started working on his card, making sure it was just right.

Meanwhile with Branch, he was in his bunker, and had never actually learned how to make cards, but he used the cards Poppy gave him a while ago and had stomped on, but had fixed, to help.

He finished creating the card, but was not too confident about how it turned out. Would she even like this? He wanted to make a card for the Queenof troll village, and especially the girl who gained his colors back, and he wanted it to be special.

"It's worth a shot I guess. Poppy's way too bubbly and over-joyish to not accept gifts from her friends and villagers." Branch arose from his seat and walked to where the lever was and stood next to it, slowly pushing it down which made him rise upward.

"Andddd done!" Poppy smiled and hugged the cards, but she hugged Branch's the tightest. She felt like she did a great job on it.

She skipped out of her pod and saw all of her citizens hugging, or giving each other cards.

She smiled at them so joyous with each other on this occasion.

She first skipped to her father's pod, who was looking at a collage book.

She walked inside and walked over to him, looking over his shoulder at the collage book, and recognized the trolls in them. And as soon as she did, she smiled sadly.

They were pictures of her as a baby and growing to a kid, with her father, Peppy, and her mother, who was the old Queen, but she was taken by a bergen when they had made their first appearance at Troll Village.

"Hey Dad." Poppy greeted softly, hugging him from behind gently.

Peppy beamed hearing her soft and gentle voice and immediately turned around and hugged her gently.

"Hello my Princess."

Poppy smiled widely. He knew she was a Queen now but he enjoyed calling her his Princess.

The pink troll looked down at the book again. "Whatcha doin?"

Peppy moved the book closer to her so she could see.

"Just over-looking an old family album me and your mother made of all of us before she.. you know. I thought I'd look over it for Valentrolls Day, since that was her favorite holiday. And it was also the day we were married." Peppy spoke to her in a soft voice with a warm smile planted on his face.

"That's... amazing dad." She smiled widely at the book and looked at some of the pictures, but a few minutes later she switched back to the actual reason she came to see him.

"I actually made you a card for Valentrolls Day! I put a picture of all of us in it." The Queen smiled and handed him the card she made for him.

He gladly took the card and looked at it and smiled widely.

"It's beautiful love, thank you." The King kissed her cheek softly. "Happy Valentrolls Day to you."

Poppy gave her father a tight squeeze then pulled away. "And to you too." She kept her smile and skipped out of his pod, heading to find her friends.

When she found them, she saw the whole Snack Pack was there, except for Guy Diamond, oddly.

"Uhh, heya guys!" She walked over to them.

They all turned their heads to the pink troll and beamed up quickly.

"Hello Poppy! Happy Valentrolls day!" Biggie said warmly while squeezing Mr. Dinkles in his arms.

"And to you too," she smiled and took out all the cards except for two, "I made you guys these cards!"

They all gladly took the cards and stared at them in awe and hugged the pink troll tightly, thanking her.

Everyone including her friends had already given her cards before she had even started making theirs.

Poppy giggled and hugged her friends back. "I'm glad you guys liked them! By the way, have you seen Guy Diamond or Branch anywhere?"

They all looked at each other shook their heads.

"I thought I saw Guy earlier, but he looked like he didn't wanna be bothered, kinda looked like he was panicking a bit. I actually wanted to talk to him but I just left him be. And I haven't seen Branch." DJ replied to her question.

"Panicking? That's weird.. I'll look for him. And Branch too. See you guys later!" The Queen ran off to find her to friends, and they all waved to her as she left.

Poppy kept walking around looking for Guy and Branch, yet no luck.

As she walked, she had bumped into a certain light grey and glittery troll.

"Oh sorry- Guy Diamond?" She looked at her friend who was shaking a bit.

"Poppy! Oh thank the troll Gods!" He immediately grabbed onto her shoulders. "I need your help!"

"Oh, of course! What's wrong?" She held his arms.

"I-I made a Valentrolls card for DJ, but I-I don't know if she'll like it! And we all know your cards are the best!" Guy took a card out his hair and handed it to her.

Poppy took a look at it and smiled widely. "Guy this looks amazing!"

"Y-You think so?" He said nervously while playing with his fingers.

She nodded at him happily and gave it back to him "Suki is gonna LOVE IT."

Guy Diamond smiled widely at that. Poppy's words were always so helpful.

Branch was looking around for the pink haired troll while walking through a few small crowds of trolls.

When he went through another group he accidentally bumped into a dark orangish-reddish troll with light orange hair and headphones.

"I'm sorry- DJ?"

The musician troll shook her head a bit to get her mind back to reality and looked up and locked eyes with the blue troll.

"Oh, Branch! Hey dude!" She greeted him while rubbing her head.

"Heyyy.. Um, you see Poppy anywhere?" He asked, holding the card behind him.

"I just talked to her earlier. She was looking for you and Guy Diamond, anddd I was also looking for Guy."

"Ohh okay. Well I'll just-" Branch turned around to see Guy Diamond and Poppy talking with each other.

"You'll just what-" DJ turned to find them talking as well.

As they both talked from afar, Poppy had gave Guy Diamond a card as he did the same, and they both hugged for at least fifteen seconds.

Branch and DJ's eyes both widened at the sight, assuming their Valentrolls were taken from each other already.

"Huh. I guess her Valentroll is Guy."

"I guess his Valentroll is Poppy."

They both stood silent for a second then looked at each other a bit.

"Well this is totally awkward. Both our Valentrolls are already taken by each other."

Suki sighed and thought for a minute.

"Well.. maybe we could be each other's Valentrolls?"

Branch looked at her for a minute and thought. Suki's nothing but a friend to him, but it wasn't like they were going to get together. Just Valentrolls as friends.

"Sure, why not." The blue troll shrugged, a small smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.

DJ smiled back a bit.

"Soooo what should we do now then?" She asked.

Branch shrugged again.

"Maybe take a walk around?"

DJ nodded and they both started to walk.

A few minutes after walking they bumped into who they least expected to bump into.

Poppy.

Once she finally got to them, especially Branch, she let a wide smile form across her lips.

"Heya guys! And Branch, I was just looking for you!" She smiled widely.

"Oh you were? That's nice, heh."

Poppy looked at the two, starting to get a bit curious.

"Soooo whatcha guys up to right now?" She asked, fumbling around in her hair with something.

"Oh, we're each other's Valentrolls. We're just taking a nice walk around Troll Village." DJ smiled a genuine smile.

Hearing those word, the Pink troll's face fell and she blinked.

"Really? Ohh, that's nice, hah.."

Branch and DJ mentally gave each other glances.

"But uhh, I'm sure you and Guy are enjoying each other's time.." Branch smiled widely, trying to make his bit of confusion obvious.

Poppy looked up from the ground at him, now confused as well.

"What are you talking about?"

"Guy Diamond, you know, isn't he your Valentroll?" DJ tilted her head.

"What? Noooo!"

"Huh?!" DJ and Branch both said at the same time.

"He's not my Valentroll! You guys must of saw us far off somewhere while we were talking! In fact, I was helping him with a card that he was gonna give to you DJ!"

"Wait, really?"

"Yeah!"

"But.. what was that card you gave him?"

"It was the same card I gave to the the Snack Pack, I was gonna give one to him but I didn't see him anywhere."

"Ohhh." They both said in unison again.

"But.. you know, it's alright if you guys are each other's Valentrolls.. ya know, it's cool, heh." Poppy shrugged and smiled a genuine smile.

"I uh.. I still wanna give this to ya, Branch." She took out the special card she made for him and handed it to him.

Branch took the card and opened it up, spotting a heart at the bottom with the words in it, "Will you be my Valentroll?"

He sighed, a bit of guilt in his voice, and looked up.

"Poppy.."

"I'll leave you guys alone now, sorry I interrupted your walk, hehe.." Poppy said quietly, almost like a whisper, then she walked away slowly, starting to go faster.

Branch smacked his forehead.

"Gosh, why am I so small-minded.." He muttered.

"Don't blame it all on yourself Branch.." DJ patted his shoulder "It was both of our faults.."

"Yeah, I guess.. what're we gonna do now though?"

"We can still fix things, let's just tell them it was a misunderstanding."

Branch nodded slowly and started to smile a bit.

"Thanks Suki, I owe you one." He turned around and ran to find Poppy.

"Nah dude, you don't have to give me anything." DJ chuckled and ran to find Guy Diamond.

Branch stopped running to take a break, but it was just his luck, because he supposingly saw a pink troll with hot pink hair, sitting against a tree.

He played with his fingers slightly and walked up to the female, sitting next to her quietly.

She noticed him and looked off to the side a bit and played with the grass nearby.

Branch sighed and cleared his throat and leaned against the tree as well.

"Hey.."

"Hey.."

Silence.

"Sooo, where's DJ?"

"Oh, she's looking for Guy."

"Really?" She turned to him slowly.

He smiled a bit and nodded.

"But, I thought-"

"Yeah, I thought too. But then I realized how small-minded I was being, and realized who I truly wanted my Valentroll to be." The Blue troll said in a soft voice, then took out the card he made for her and slid it to her slowly.

She looked at the card and picked it up slowly and opened it, seeing the same heart with the same words in at the bottom.

When Branch saw her staring intensly at it, he immediately turned away and rubbed the back of his neck.

Fortunately, Poppy started to smile widely at his card, the words this is so adorable! repeating in her head.

Branch sighed deeply.

"Look I understand if you don't like it, I know I'm not good at making cards, but I just-"

Poppy cut him off, planting a soft kiss on his cheek.

His eyes widened as they made their way to the Pink troll's eyes.

"I love it.." She said in almost a whisper, wrapping her arms around him tightly.

Branch didn't know how to react for a second, let alone breathe, but he finally calmed himself down and hugged her back, a small smile curving from the corners of his mouth.

They sat in that same position for five minutes, enough time for the Snack Pack to hide behind a bush and squeal quietly while watching the two share a warm hug.
