Branch was sitting in his bunker rehearsing his lines for something special. He was going to ask Poppy to marry him and it had to be perfect. He already had a place picked out he also had permission form her father and Ofcourse he said yes. All he needed to do was ask Poppy on a date and ask her to marry him.

Branch: Alright I think I'm ready today's the day.

He put on his nicest outfit grabbed the flowers he picked out earlier and headed to Poppys pod.

When he arrived he knocked on the door of her pod and immediately after the door flung open to reveal a beautiful pink troll.

Poppy: Hi Branch, you look handsome.

Branch: Uh thank you and you look just as beautiful as always.

Poppy: Aw thank you.

Branch: Oh I got you these.

He said as he handed Poppy the flowers he picked out for her.

Poppy: Omt there poppys i love them!

Branch: Good. I was wondering if you um would uh.

Hes so cute! I love him with all my heart and soul. I JUST WANNA HUG HIM! AHHHHHH ok Poppy just wait to hug him you can hug him later. She thought.

Branch: Will you go on a date with me?

Poppy: YES! Oops Sorry I yelled.

Branch: it's alright. So I'll pick you up at seven?

Poppy: Sounds great see you then.

Branch: k bye.

As soon as he was far enough he started jumping up and down and dancing.

Branch: Yes yes yes!

The passing trolls either looked at him with weird looks on their faces or laughed but Branch ignored them. He didn't know asking Poppy on a date was so hard but this was a special date.

Branch: Alright I have to finish the finishing touches.

Poppys POV

After branch left my pod I closed the door and stared to dance around the pod. Hopefully tonight's the night.

TIME SKIP!

at seven Branch went to Poppys pod to pick her up. When he arrived he knocked on the door revealing a pink troll in a sparkly purple dress.

Branch: Wow you look beautiful.

Poppy blushed then replied.

Poppy: Thank you. You ready?

Branch: Yup let's go.

Branch lead Poppy to an area full of trees then asked her something.

Branch:  Can you close your eyes?

Poppy: Um sure but will you help me walk so I dont run into anything?

Branch: yes.

He put his hands over over her eyes and lead her to a certain spot in the woods.

Poppy: Are we there yet?

Branch: Almost.

they took a few more steps and Branch uncovered her eyes.

Poppy: Wow its beautiful.

She said as she looked at the scenery there was a table full of food and glow bugs lighting up the place it was even right next to a lake.

Branch: not as beautiful as you.

Poppy blushed then grab Branches hand and dragged him to the table.

Poppy: Let's eat.

They ate a little then while Poppy was looking at the moons reflection on the lake Branch got down on one knee holding the ring.

Branch: poppy?

Poppy: Yes.

She turned to see Branch on one knee with a ring.

Branch: Will you ma-omph

Branch was by Poppy jumping on him then hugging him.

Poppy: Omt yes yes yes yes a thousand times yes!

She stood up and helped Branch up then hugged him super tightly.

Poppy: I love you so much.

She loosened her grip on Branch and kissed him on the lips then parted.

Branch: I love you to.

They spent the rest of the night with eachother. A few months later they got married and that's really it for now.

I am so so so sorry I havent been updating I would have done it sooner but I was trying to spend as much time as I could with my I'l older sister bc shes moving. But anyway thank you for reading and thank you Adpndrispulber for the request. Love you.
