Poppy was on her way to Branch's bunker. They've been in a relationship for the past three years and everything was amazing. Except for they're fight which was two days ago. It hurt Poppy's heart every single minute when she thought about the hurtful words Branch spat at each her...

two days ago...

"Branch!! I'm sorry! I honestly didn't mean to kiss that random troll at the party!! I was drunk! What do you expect from a drunk troll?! Especially a troll like me!" Poppy screamed as she was on the verge of crying. "Oh please Poppy! You expect me to believe that nonsense?! I'm smarter than you think!" Branch yelled at her. He was as angry as ever. Probably more angry than when he was gray. "Branch I'm serious! I would never do anything like that on purpose! I love you too much to do that!" Poppy was on her knees, with tears falling from her eyes. Her heart was racing and her face was red. Branch looked at her, feeling no signs of sympathy in his body. He held himself back from grabbing the nearest jar and throwing it at her. How could she do something as stupid as that?! "Poppy, I've been observing you very closely. I noticed the way you acted around that troll. And YOU of all trolls, took him into the nearest bedroom and did who knows what with him!" Poppy felt weak, as if bricks started falling on her, piling up on her like heavy weights of guilt. "Branch, please, I'm sorry!" Branch was so angry and so crushed. He couldn't even look at Poppy anymore. Branch walked over to Poppy, picked her up and placed her on the elevator. "Get out," he said menacingly, "Don't come back until you've got yourself together." And with that, he pulled the lever and sent Poppy up....

Present day...

"Gosh darn, how could I be so stupid? Branch must hate me." Poppy said to herself as she got closer to his bunker. Poppy had butterflies in her stomach, as the feeling of nervousness came back to her. When she got there, the pink troll took a deep breath and knocked three times on his "door". "Branch, it's Poppy." She spoke. In a few minutes (although it felt like hours) Branch slid his door mat open and pulled Poppy inside. The ride down the elevator was silent. Poppy couldn't help but look at Branch ever so slightly. The look on his face was stern. She knew it was best that he should start the conversation. They made it to the bottom and sat on the couch, leaving some space for each other. Branch took a deep breath and spoke.

"Poppy, how do I say this? I don't think we can be together anymore." He sighed. Poppy's heart broke and her eyes watered. "Branch, wha-" He cut her off. "I'm not finished. We can't be together anymore because this constant thing keeps happening at every single party we go to Poppy. You get drunk, kiss a troll, and lead them into a bedroom and do whatever. I just haven't addressed the issue until now. You've been physically active with other Trolls you barely know and we've been together for 3 years. We have never been close to the bedroom yet! Poppy, I can't be around you like that. So, we can't be together." He said sternly.  Poppy was in tears. She couldn't believe this was happening. "B-Branch please! I-I know I h-hurt you a lot but j-just stay with me. I can't live w-without you! I love you too m-much to let you go..." Poppy was on her knees again, practically BEGGING Branch to stay in this relationship. Branch sighed. "Let me ease your pain and sing you a song. Then, you leave." Branch grabbed his guitar that Poppy gave him on his birthday and began to sing.

When he finished his last note, Branch put down the guitar and pointed towards the elevator. "Leave." Branch said. Poppy wouldn't move. She wanted to stay with him. "I'm not leaving." She whimpered in between sniffles. Branch glared at Poppy. "I said leave. Now." Poppy shook her head. "Branch I'm not leaving!" Branch got up from the couch and kneeled towards Poppy. "Poppy. Leave. Now." Poppy gathered all of her strength to look into Branch's eyes. Oh how beautiful they were. Like a crystal blue ocean. "I SAID NO! IM NOT LEAVING YOU BRANCH!! CANT YOU SEE?! IM TRYING TO GET YOU BACK!! I LOVE YOU AND IM STAYING WITH YOU!!" Poppy pushed Branch away from her and ran into Branch's room. Branch ran after her but unfortunately she locked the door to his room. He pounded on the door and yelled. "POPPY!! OPEN THIS DOOR AND GET OUT!" Inside, Branch could hear the screams and wails of Poppy. "NO! I CANT LEAVE YOU BRANCH! NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU HATE ME RIGHT NOW, I KNOW YOU STILL LOVE ME!" Poppy screeched. Getting aggravated by Poppy's behavior, Branch growled and made a fist, giving the door one hard punch before knocking it down. Poppy was frightened and depressed. "Please Branch. Don't do anything to me. I just wanna stay with you! I love you so much and I wanna have a future with you! I want us to get married and have a family! I want us to raise kids as our own. I want us to grow old together! Please Branch just give me a chance! I'll will fix everything." Branch glared at Poppy and walked towards her. Poppy's mind was racing. She was absolutely terrified of this new side of Branch. When he got to her, Branch picked her up and kissed her, forcefully. Poppy was shocked, but soon started to melt in. Branch parted from her and threw her on his bed. He leaned in and whispered in her ear. "Your gonna shut your sexy ass up and do as I say." Poppy nodded.

They spent the rest of the night together, wrapped in each other's embrace. By the next morning, everything was back to normal with Poppy and Branch. They're family bloomed. Branch proposed three months later and nine months later they had a beautiful baby girl. This family will last forever~
