(Yeah, yeah I will get to The Dark Prince but uh NEWS YEARS also sorry i haven't been posting ;w;)

It was New Years Eve in Trollstopia. And everyone was excited! Well except one person, which as Branch. He was a bit grouchy. He was ready to let go of this year but he wasn't ready for a new year either. 

*Knock knock*

 Branch: I'm not home! *thinks* What the hell did I just say-

*Meanwhile outside*

Poppy: *facepalm and thinks* Great -w-

Poppy quickly put in the code to Branch's bunker and went down the elevator.

Poppy: Branch!

Branch: What...

Poppy: Why aren't you with the others?

Branch: I....just don't feel like it

Poppy: Oh c'mon Branch! It's New Years Eve! AND our first in TrollsTopia! And...our first as a couple!

Branch looks at Poppy and just raised his eyebrow.

Branch: So? 

Poppy: So It's important! 

Branch: ... Yeah I'm not going 

Poppy: Oh come Branch! It'll be fun!!!! 

Branch: Sure *rolls eyes*

Poppy: Why are you acting like this?

Branch: ...I don't wanna talk about it ..

Poppy: *thinks* He's hiding something... *says* Okay...but please come..

Branch: Poppy I already told you- 

Poppy: *puppy dog eyes* Pwease Branch....

Branch: *blushes* I-I....No stop!.....Ugh fine..

Poppy: Yay! Come on *grabs his hand and drags him out*

Branch: Ughh ;w;

Poppy dragged Branch all the way outside. There was trolls running around in excitement.

Branch: Woah everyone is excited...

Poppy: Well duh! They are excited for the ball drop! 

Branch: ...*mumbles* I haven't seen the ball drop in years...

Poppy: Huh? 

Branch: Nothing....

Val: Hey guys!

Poppy: Oh hey Val 

Val: So you guys excited?

Poppy: Uh yeah! 

Branch: ...yeah whatever

Val: *whispers* What's with him?

Poppy: *whisper* He just a little upset I don't know why...

Val: Well Uh I hope you to have a good day! Or something like that see yeah!

Poppy: Bye! *looks at Branch* Okay really something is wrong and what is it!

Branch: I don't wanna talk about it!

Poppy: ...*sigh* Okay...

The two trolls went around saying hi  to people and doing different things together. But through out the whole thing Poppy started to get more and more upset. And Branch got more and more annoyed. Hours went past and know it's 10: 55 (I'm literally writing this at this time XDD). The two were walking and then Poppy stopped.

Branch: Poppy? Why'd you stop....

Poppy: ...I...I just don't like it when....we try to do something fun....on a really important day and you're upset...

Branch: ...Well that's not my problem...

Poppy: Not your problem?! NOT YOUR PROBLEM?! Branch today is very important! To EVERYONE in Trollstopia! Especially me...

Branch: ...Good for you...

Poppy: ... Alright...be that way I guess you don't need this *Goes in her pocket and drops something on the ground* ... Good night Branch... *runs away and tries not to cry*

Branch felt bad and picked up the thing she dropped. It was a locket and a note.

Branch: " Dear Branch, Happy New Years! I just wanted to say that I love you! And I can't wait for the new year! And to spend it with you. Love Poppy" .... What have I done...

Barb: Yo Branch! 

Branch: *turns around* Hey...

Barb: What just happened with you and Poppy?

Branch: I guess...I was just getting annoyed and she was getting upset and.... *sigh* It's my fault..

Barb:  Well why were you upset?

Branch: Well....I don't celebrate new years anymore because...I used to celebrate it with my grandma and....now she not here *sheds tear but wipes it away* Then I decided there was no need to celebrate...

Barb: But Branch...you have your friends...AND your Girlfriend. *crosses arms* And right now your girlfriend's best friend is not happy with either of you 

Branch: Smidge?

Barb: No 

Branch: DJ?

Barb: NO ME! 

Branch: Oh o-o

Barb: The point is! Is that you two need to make up right now! *mumbles* and maybe make out...

Branch: What?

Barb: Uh nothing. But like I said! You two do need to make up

Branch: ...You're right...you know you really do feel like a sister to me 

Barb: Yeah I know. I'll tell you when you are acting stupid U-U

Branch: Why you little-

Barb: Now go find your girlfriend 

Branch: Where is she?

Barb: Boy I don't know How do you expect me to know? 

Branch: But-

Barb: I ain't your map from Dora the Explorer!

Branch: What o-o 

Barb: Adios Bro *walks away*

Branch: *thinks* What just happened O-O

After um that O-O Branch went on to find Poppy. It was 11:30 He search everywhere but couldn't find her until he heard some crying coming from somewhere. Branch followed the sound and saw Poppy crying by a tree.

Branch: Poppy..

Poppy: ...*wipes tear* W-what are you doing here...

Branch: *walks up to her and sits next to her*  To tell you the truth...

Poppy: H-huh?

Branch explained the whole thing. And Poppy felt horrible, she couldn't believed she yelled at him before. 

Poppy: I'm so sorry...for yelling at you I...

Branch: Poppy it's okay you didn't know...also thank you for the locket..

Poppy: Look inside of it..

Branch looked inside the locket and it was a picture of both of them in a really pretty field.

Branch: woah it's so pretty 

Poppy: Yeah...

Branch: I also have something for you..

Poppy: What?

Branch: Here.. *hands  necklace*

Poppy looked at the necklace and realized it had both of there names on it.

Poppy: I love it Branch! 

Branch: *smiles* And I love you 

Poppy: I love you too *smiles* 

Barb: *pops from out of no where wearing a fake mustache * HELLO IT'S A ME MARIO 

Branch: What 

Poppy: Umm

Barb: Hola Soy Dora! Can you please tell me where the most cutest couple is?! Oh wait I'm looking at them UwU

Poppy: *tries not to laugh* What the hell are you doing?

Barb: Being a good friend *takes of mustache* 

Poppy: Thanks Best Friend U-U

Barb: *laughs*

Branch: Well this was um something

Suddenly Guy came running out of no where 

Guy:  Everyone hurry!

Branch: What going on?

Guy: It's 11:55!  (times goes fast o-o)

Tiny: *Comes out of Guy's hair* Five more minutes until the ball drop!

Branch: *get up* yeah we gotta hurry!

Poppy: *gets up* Well lets go!

 The five ran over to the place everyone was gathering for the ball drop. Poppy held Branch's hand while Branch smiled. It was now 11:58

Poppy: So you feeling better?

Branch: Yeah...come to think of it the real hero here is...

Both: Barb! 

Barb: *waves*  Hola bitches soy ya bitch Barb saving the day! 

Branch: do we have to make her the hero of this?

Poppy: I have no idea.

Branch: I kinda feel like she's drunk o-o

Barb: Bitch I ain't drunk -w- 

Branch: Sure

Barb: Boy i'm about to slap you 

Val: I have no idea what is even happening -w-

Suddenly the count down started. Branch was feeling a bit uneasy

Poppy: You okay?

Branch: I just don't normally  hear it this loud

Poppy: That's cause you are always in your bunker 

Branch: Yeah 

Poppy: *puts her head on his shoulder*  I'm glad you're here 

Branch: Yeah...and sorry for being all...Branch about it 

Poppy: *giggles* It's okay 

The talked for a few more seconds then-

Everyone: 10, 9, 8, 7

Branch: *smiles* Thank you Poppy

Poppy: *smiles* You're welcome 

Everyone: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!

Suddenly the ball dropped and everyone was screaming with excitement dancing and jumping all around. Poppy was jumping up and down in excitement.

Branch: *chuckles* 

Poppy: *stops jumping* The year is finally over

Branch: *puts his hand under her chin, turns her head, and kisses her* Happy new years popstar 

Poppy: Happy new years Branch *hugs him*

Barb:  HOLA SOY DORA! HaPpY NeW YeArs tO YoU ToO BiTcHeS

Riff: OKAY YOU ARE SO DRUNK! *grabs her and drags her away*

Barb:  SwIpEr nO SwIpInG!!!  BITCH I AM DORA LE EXPLORA! I'M CALLING THE MANAGER 

Demo: I have nothing to do with this *walks away*

Val: WAIT where is lora?

Poppy: Right there? Why?

Val: Oh nothing....

Suddenly Val ran up to Lora tackled her and started to beat her up. 

Poppy: Umm 

Branch: Well 

Cooper: Well I guess you can say Dora was drunk, Val beated up Lora and Demo ain't talking to no Karen 

Prince D: Umm Fuck this shit i'm out *walks away* 

Trollex: OoOoOh I'M DrEAmiNg Of A-

Val: NO! *Smacks him* 

Trollex: Owie ;w;

Val: *wipes some red stuff off her face*

Branch: DID YOU KILL HER?!

Val: What no I just spilled over this can of red paint. But I did beat her though 

Laguna: I have no words 

Synth: MERRY CHRISTMAS! Wait wrong holiday o-o HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! 

Laguna: Wrong holiday 0w0

Synth: Uh HAPPY EASTER! wait no HAPPY GROUND HOGS DAY! Wait HAPPY 4th OF JUL-

Everyone: WRONG HOLIDAY! 

Synth: Wait! Is it Hug day?!?!??!

Poppy: I wish ;w; 

Branch: It's new years -w-

Val: Idiot  -_-

Synth: I'm offended  ;w;

Barb: DORA HAS COME BACK AND IS BEING CHASED BY THAT BITCH SWIPER! *runs away*

Riff: BARB!!!!! ;w; *runs after her*
