After a few months my ankle was all fixed up and I was sadly back at school. I had my cast off and I was told to take it easy.

Amy and I were a bit lonely with out our other two. I found out that Amy had stitches for the cut on her arm it was so big!

We were sitting in form room waiting for the teacher to come in. I was playing 'Flappy Bird' on my phone. This game is so fucking difficult!

"Right class we have two new students today" our teacher walked in "Say hello to Keelan and Yasmin!" he introduced two girls who were standing shyly at the door.

I looked up from my phone after dying for what felt like the 90th time.

Keelan had very fair skin with long thick brown hair under a snapback and her hair went all the way down to her waist. She wasn't the tallest of people either. She didn't seem like a very girly girl. Maybe a tom boy?

Yasmin's skin was a light chocolate colour and she wore her black hair in a tight bun with a scarf round her head. She looked a bit taller than me. You could tell that she was a hipster. She had gold spikes in her ears and matching spikes on her bag.

"You two can take the places next to Megan at the back" I froze. Those were Tayler and Lizzie's spaces

"They can't" I blurted out

"C'mon Meg! They've gone now!" Amy squeezed my shoulder.

I sighed "Sorry yeah you guys can sit there"

I turned to Amy "I just feel like I should blame myself". Turns out that Tayler and Lizzie weren't just moving schools, their parents didn't like any other schools in the area so the moved towns! I cried when I found out.

"Don't Meg. It wasn't your fault at all. Anyway can I borrow your phone? Mines run out"

"Yeah sure" I handed it to her under the desk

The teacher blabbed on for a few minutes but I zoned out.

"Hey Meg! You didn't tell me you had been texting Kayden! He sent you another message!" she squealed

I snatched my phone back and unlocked it.

From Kayden:
Hey how've you been? :)

To Kayden:
Okay! Sitting next to two new girls. They are so quiet! :)

From Kayden:
Ask them if they know who the Janoskians are! They're probably fangirling on the inside right now!

I leaned over to the two of them "Hey do you guys know who the Janoskians are?"

"Er yes! I love them so much!" Keelan squealed then blushed at her outburst

"So I'm guessing you know who I am?" I laughed

"Yes of course it was so difficult to keep myself from bursting out with questions" Yasmin said

To Kayden:
Yep you were right!

From Kayden
Told you! Anyway I gotta go but I'll talk to you later?

To Kayden:
Yeah bye!

From Kayden:
Byee

I shut my phone off and tried to listen to what the teacher was saying.

It was lunch now and Amy and I were sitting eating lunch. Amy spotted Keelan and Yasmin looking a bit lost so she waved them over to sit with us.

"I can't actually believe that you're Megan Brooks" Keelan smiled

"Well I am here in the flesh! Do you want me to call Luke and Jai over?"

"Oh my gosh! They go here aswell?" Yasmin squealed

"Yeah it's their last year" I shrugged.

I got my phone out

To Luke:
Pop over to my table would ya?

From Luke:
Kay but why?

To Luke:
I made new friends and they seem to be pretty big Janoskianators!

From Luke:
Haha kay I'm coming

Few seconds later Luke and Jai made an appearance

"Oh my god its actually them!" Keelan gushed

I think Luke looked at Yasmin a bit longer than he should have.

"You'll get used to it" Amy laughed at them

"Coming from the person who has a thing for my other brother!" I smirked

"Pfft! Do not! Why did he say anything about me?" she looked interested

"You have a thing for Beau!" Yasmin looked amazed

"Well I wouldn't call it a 'thing'...we have kissed before but Meg interrupted and that's about it" she shrugged and glared at me

"I didn't really like looking at you suck the face off my brother to be honest!" I laughed

"Anyways Luke and I and some mates are skipping this afternoon so do you wanna come join us?" Jai asked

"You never invite us!" Amy and I folded our arms across our chests

"Well looks like your new friends need help looking around Melbourne!" he smiled at Keelan

Amy and I gave each other knowing looks "Fine but we bagsy your penny boards!"

"Go grab them from above our lockers then!"

After we got the penny boards, we snuck through the bushes and jumped over the schools brick wall.

"Where do you wanna go first?" Luke asked Yasmin

"Umm I liked the video where you guys were at the skatepark?" she said

"Lets go then!"

After about an hour of Amy and I falling off our boards and Luke and Jai talking to Yasmin and Keelan, coincidently Beau turned up with Lala.

"Why are you here Beau?" I asked him

"Well the school told me that you had ditched so mum sent me to find you but I know you hate it there so I'm just gonna hang with you guys" he laughed

He then saw Amy "Er Amy? Can I talk to you for a sec please?" he looked so adorably nervous

"Er yeah sure" she handed me her board and followed him.

I called Lala over "Looks like its just you and me Lala" I stroke her soft white fur. She nuzzled into my side.

About 15 minutes later Amy came back crying.

"Whoa what the hell happened?" I hugged her

"He said that I'm too young! I guess he's right. I'm 15 and he's 19!" she cried

"Aww Amy I'm so sorry" I hugged her tighter. I looked up and saw Beau in the distance looking like be was gonna cry too.

"Lets go home kay?" she nodded. I picked up our boards and we silently skated home.

I got the blankets out and made a huge mat on the floor. I got the popcorn and drink then put 'About Time' in the DVD player.

The movie had us laughing and crying. It had such a cute story. It was about a man who kept messing up his life but he was able to go back in time and act like nothing happened. I wish my love life was like that.

"I wish my life was like this" Amy sighed

"Same. It would make things so much easier" I replied

"Maybe I could go back and tell my parents to have me earlier so I was older" she croaked

"Oh Amy" I sighed 

At that moment my eldest brother walked in. He had his head down and his shoulders were slumped. As he trudged past the living room he saw Amy.

"I'm sorry" he mumbled before shuffling upstairs.

Amy went home after that. When she did I went to go have a talk with Beau. I knocked on his door.

"Come in" he replied but he smiled sadly when he saw it was me.

"Beau what happened?" I asked him sitting on his bed

"It doesn't feel right Meg! She's 15 and I'm 19 nearly 20!" He ran his hands over his face

"Ever heard of the expression 'age is just a number'?" I suggested

"In this case Meg, it's quite an important number"

I squeezed his shoulder "Just think about it Beau. You broke her heart" I walked out his room leaving him dumbfounded.

"Cunts I'm home!" I hear Jai yell up the stairs

"How were your dates?" I asked them smirking while walking down

"Don't be stupid Megan. They weren't dates" Luke rolled his eyes but he failed to keep the grin off his face.

"Sure sure" I waved him off "We need to go food shopping by the way" I informed them while looking in the empty fridge.

They both groaned and Jai grabbed mums keys. The three of us jumped in the car and we drove off.

Once we reached the supermarket the twins sent me off to find cereal.

I spent a while choosing a box because I could never decide!

I spun on my heel to turn around but felt myself colliding with someone.

"Sorry!" the boy said hurriedly helping me up "Wait...Megan?"

"Kayden?" I said surprised "How are you?"

"Great my parents are still making me revise for things I don't need to" he chuckled making me laugh.

"My brother just broke my best friend's heart so I've been dealing with that" I twirled a piece of hair round my finger.

"Fun. I guess" he smiled.

"Pretty much" I laughed "Well my brothers are probably wondering were I am so I'll see you soon yeah?" I told him

"Yeah catch you later Meg" he winked at me before walking off.

I grabbed a random box of cereal before hurrying off towards where the twins were.

"Meg! There you are!" Luke said "How long does it take to get cereal? And why the fuck are you grinning like a crazy person?"

"Nothing" I sang while putting the box in the shopping cart.

Jai whispered something in his ear causing Luke to smirk "If you say so Meg"

Once we had gotten everything we needed, we paid and put it all in the car.

"I just realised something" I told them

"What?" Jai asked starting up the car

"We are helpful children" I answered

"Oh dear Meg" he shook his head and we all laughed.
