Neil immediately stood up and ran out the house... he sat in his car and drove in full speed..

In the middle of night Avni was sleeping hugging pillow tightly thinking it's her baby but this world only give cruel pain. Avni starts shivering and sweating suddenly... she jerked herself and looked around the room.. she only could see the dark... flashes of that day came front her eyes... she moved her hand to put the lamp on but she couldn't... with difficult she got up the bed and switched the lights on... she looked at the room and found it empty... seeing empty room she chuckled sadly...

Avni : he.... left me... why... Avni you thought he will support you...... Avni you are big Duffer to think he will love you.... forget about love... but he left you...

Avni went up bed bed hugging herself she starts crying...

Next morning Avni woke up while rubbing her eyes and looks around the room but still didn't find Neil.. now her last nights thoughts were changing into reality...

Avni got up and went to washroom. She stood front the mirror and saw herself.. her hair was messy, her face was dried due to continuous crying... she splashed cold water on her face.. she wiped her face and came out the Washroom when she heard knock..

She went and opened the door to see unfamiliar person..

Avni : you?

Person: we never met but I'm Neil sir pa.. actually I came here to get sir belongs...

Avni : what do you mean by his belonging? Where is he?

Rohit avoided the gaze..

Rohit : he had go out the country for meeting..

Avni kept her mouth shut and moved to closet and packed some fresh clothes for Neil and gave it Rohit..

Rohit : thank you..

Rohit took step to move when Avni voice stopped him..

Avni : tell your sir not hide from me...

She left into Washroom Without waiting for his reply... while Rohit didn't turned but felt bad for them..

Rohit ( mind) I'm sorry I can't tell you Avni where Neil is? Neil took your promise I can't... god knows when you both will get happiness.. I'm sorry...

He starts walking towards his car and sat down and drove away before anyone else in the family could ask him any questions.

While somewhere a guy was sitting down holding a photo frame... he looked at the frame and tears slipped out his eye...

Guy : I failed.....

He looked the frame once again and burst in tears hugging the frame close to his heart...

A week passed since Avni shared her past to Neil... but did her past front Neil made them separate again or they are not meant to be together... Neil hasn't showed his face Avni or came
Back to Khanna house after that day... no ones know where Neil is... they tried knowing about Neil whereabouts from office but they only said Neil hasn't visit office since a week..

Avni has lost all her hope thinking Neil will trust her or he will come back to her but whom knew that poor soul is suffering Someone else. Bebe and Swetha tried giving hope to Avni but failed...

Avni was sitting in her room and lost in her thoughts when her phone rang... she looked at her phone and saw unknown number calling her...

Avni picked it up..

Avni : hello!

Caller : am I speaking to Mrs Avni Khanna!

Avni : yes you are.. may I know who is this?

Caller : mrs Khanna I'm speaking from hospital..

Avni : hospital?

Caller : i don't know if you are aware of this but I'm your husband doctor.... I wanted to say that his report is here.. he has improved a lot... I trying called Neil Khanna but his phone is unreachable... could you inform Neil to
Collect his report...

Avni was shocked to hear doctor words but only things was going her head what could happened to Neil which made him visit doctor...

Avni : what..... problem...... does.... he... have...

Caller : I'm sorry Mrs Khanna but I can't reveal it... Neil Khanna strictly told us not Inform anyone... I have called you to know if Neil Khanna could be available to collect his report... I tried calling Neil's office but no one answers that why I had to call.. I'm sorry Mrs Khanna... I'm only following my patient word.. I'm sorry... and could you inform Neil to come soon as possible....

Avni was going to speak but the call got ended... Avni had tears knowing he is suffering... but from what...she only cloud thing what could he might be suffering from him... she wanted to ask him but she is helpless... he hasn't showed his face to her... each second was making her worry...

She was going to balcony when her phone rang once again... she looked her phone and saw it's from Neil office... she immediately picked the call but soon she felt her breath was taken away.... the phone fell down... she didn't knew where her foot automatically start moving towards door.......

While other side Someone was lying down on the floor and staffs were surrounding around the person.. the person was lying down unconscious while holding photo frame close to heart..

Soon someone comes there and sees everyone standing there.. the person shouts..

Person : what's going on here?

Everyone turns hearing the voice and found Avni staring at them... Avni looked at them before she could say anything her fell on Neil who was lying down on the floor hugging a frame... her heart broke seeing him in this condition..... she slowly wakes to him and bend down and touched his head but soon she removed her hand back...

Avni : call the doctor....

One of the staff called the doctor while Avni asked few of them to take Neil in his cabin...

Avni was sitting beside Neil and putting white cloth dipped in cold water and placed it on his forehead.... Neil has burning with high fever... Avni kept the changing the cloth... at the same time doctor comes and sees him.....

Avni sees the doctor and moves away from Neil giving doctor space to check Neil..

Doctor Starts checking while Avni stood there worriedly when door opened showing Rohit there.. Rohit was out of Mumbai due to Neil insisting... Rohit took the meeting behalf Neil..

Rohit was going to tomorrow but he got call from office about Neil health.. he immediately left the work and came to Neil.. Rohit stood next to Avni and saw doctor still checking Neil...

Doctor : has this happened before?...

Doctor looks at Avni who didn't knew the answer... Rohit knew this time Neil health problem can't be hidden anymore... Rhoit looked at Neil before answering the doctor question...

Rohit : yes it did happened before... he fainted multiple time... but doctor...

Avni was shocked hearing Rohit answer... she never knew he fainted before too... how would she knew about his health... he never shared it with her...

Doctor : has he visit doctor... it looks serious matter...

Rohit : he has...

Doctor : I need to know what happened to him before... if you know could tell me.....

Rohit ( mind) I'm sorry Neil but I can't keep secret any more... I know you will angry but your Heath is important for me... sorry Neil... forgive me...

Rohit : he has insomnia.......

Doctor looked shockingly at Neil while Avni stood there like someone took her souls... she couldn't believe it Neil will have this problem...

Doctor : does he still take sleeping pills...

Rohit : yes he does but doctor have given him some tablets which make him to avoid the pills... but I don't understand he was fine two days ago... then how can this happen...

Doctor : maybe something made him take pills again... has something happened in this house or his in any tension...

Rohit kept quite knowing it's not right to tell the truth what Neil is worried for...

Doctor seeing his face could senses something wrong..

Doctor : can I get his doctor name..

Rohit looks at him and gave him Detail for Neil's doctor...

Doctor : he will be fine but please don't allow him taking the pills again... it will risk him... he will lose himself... I'll leave now.. I'll let you know after having talk with his doctor...

Rohit nods while Avni didn't muttered word... doctor left leaving them alone while Rohit moved to Avni and looks at her......

Rohit : Avni......

Avni : don't........

Three hours later Avni was waiting for Neil to wake up... right now there are in someone flat to which is not aware of his... she didn't think about anything than me... Avni was sitting beside him and watching him.... she kept caressing his hair when her eye fell on photo frame was behind the table....

Another hour passed but Neil didn't opened his eye..... Avni felt her eye getting heavy.... she closed her eye keeping her head on his chest while holding his other hand and other one on his hair.....

Half hour later a dark overpowered Neil's body and his brain... he could only hear her smile, her cry,... he could her their scream....... yelling......

Dark wasn't leaving him but soon he screamed name jerking himself and all sweating and shivering...... his sudden scream shocked Avni..... Avni tried holding his arms but Neil jerked it making her hand hit to the lamp... Avni hissed but controlled her tears and looks at him seeing going only crazy...

She couldn't understand what was happening with him... she again tried touching him but this she didn't felt anything.... she looked at him seeing his gaze at her one place.... she follows his gaze and saw him smiling at the picture..... she frowned thinking why he is smiling the picture......
