Next morning sun brightly flashing through Avneil 's room and immediately disturbing Neil's sleeps.. Neil turned his entire other side but soon shriek in pain... he pressed his both lips controlling the pain but it was too late... his hiss already reached to Avni.... she woke up rubbing her eye and looks at Neil who was lying on couch with Close eye and his lips in his mouth...

Avni got to know he is feeling pain..... she sat on bed resting her head on headboard and called Neil's name...

Avni : Neil..

Neil opened his eye and released his lips and looks at Avni...

Avni : sleep on the bed!

Neil didn't say anything but stayed on the couch. Avni sighed herself and got up moving to Washroom.. Neil also got up from couch and went to balcony...

He sat on sofa and got lost in thoughts..

Flashback!

It's been 1 months since Neil took Avni to orphanage... it was one day where was working in his cabin but felt his head heavy... he closed the file and held his head in his palm...

Neil : what's happening with my head? Why is it paining so much?

He was confuse himself how suddenly his head and other parts of body starts aching... Neil slowly stood up from his chair and tried picking up his phone but couldn't ... he tried taking another step but unfortunately he fell holding his head tightly before he could take another step.....

As he fell on the floor. His cabin door opened... seeing Neil on the floor Rohit can ran to Neil and tried waking him up...

Rohit : Neil..... Neil...

He taps his fingers on Neil's face but it looked Neil was unconscious.... Rohit got worried seeing Neil not responding... its first in entire life he hands seen Neil in this condition..

Rohit got up and immediately dialled receptionist number to call doctor immediately...

Half an Hour later Neil was lying down on couch while Rohit was sitting bedside Neil... there was knock on.... Rohit allowed the person and saw doctor coming behind receptionist...

Rohit : doctor please check him..

Doctor nods in his head and starts checking Neil..

Rohit looked at receptionist and gestured him not inform anyone about this.. soon receptionist left the cabin...

Doctor done checking Neil and looked at Rohit..

Rohit : doctor how's he? Why did he faint like this?

Doctor : I'm sorry to say too even I'm not able to find what actually made him faint suddenly..... I have gave injection.. he will be up in a hour.. and please let mr Khanna know to make appointment for his check up... i need to do test...

Rohit nods... he thanked doctor.. doctor left while Rohit sat beside Neil again...

Rohit : should I inform at home but if sir gets know then I'll be fire... what should I do...

An Hour later Neil opened his hair slowly... Rohit saw him opening his eye...

Rohit : Neil...

Neil : what am I doing here?

Rohit : you fainted...

Neil : l need to go home...

Rohit : Neil listen you are weak... go later...

Neil : I need to go...

Neil got up and starts moving to his cabin without hearing Rohit... Rohit followed Neil to car parking to stop but Neil didn't stopped....

Flashback ends..

A tear slipped from his eyes.. he wiped it off and walked inside the room and saw the room empty... he thought Avni went down so decided to take fresh up..

Taking his new pairs he want to fresh up..

While other side Avni was working in kitchen when Swetha comes and wished...

Swetha : good morning Avni... and wish you very happy birthday...

Avni got shocked hearing her birthday then thought not make Swetha said she smiled and thanked her...

Avni : good morning maa.. thank you!

Swetha smiled and brought something to Avni...

Swetha : Avni forward your hands!

Avni : but why maa!

Swetha : you will know...

Avni nods and forward her hand but shocked seeing Swetha making her golden bangles....... she tried pulling it back but Swetha didn't allowed her...

Avni : maa.....

Swetha: shhh! I was always wanted to give this my tillu wife.... this is yours...on your birthday I'm giving you this... keep it safe.... Bebe gave me this and asked me to continue tradition passing this bangle to future heir of our family...

Swetha cupped Avni face and wiped that tears off Avni's face and nodded no...

Swetha : don't cry... it's your day..

Avni smiled in her tears... both were in their dream world that they didn't realise a pair of eyes watching with smile ....

Avni was serving the food when Bebe called Avni to sit... Avni refused but Bebe made her sit down next Neil chair..

Neil wasn't there yet but Avni knew she is sitting next to him then she will see his another side which she never wants.... Avni sat down and silent starts eating as Bebe filled her plate...

At the Same time Neil come and saw Everyone eating... he didn't want disturb them by his own presence... he clearly know his presence isn't good sign for anyone.... he start going out when Bebe voice stopped him......

Neil turned back and saw Bebe looking at him..

Neil : Jee Bebe!

Bebe : come here!

Neil moved to them and stood next to Bebe chair...

Bebe : tomorrow we throwing party for Avni birthday and I want you to be present there... did you get it...

Neil nodded in his head keeping his head down...

Bebe : have breakfast now...

Neil : I'm not hungry Bebe...

Bebe : sit down...

Neil obeying Bebe words sat beside Avni and starts serving food... Avni had small smile seeing him not disobeying Bebe words... she made mental thought that Neil is scared of Bebe or his brain has lost path to somewhere which is unknown to himself....

Neil starts eating in silence suddenly he starts coughing badly... Avni quickly left her food and starts rubbing his back.... Bebe filled a glass of water and give to Neil... Neil immediately took it and gulped it down in one go... Neil kept the glass and thanked Bebe... Swetha was watching Avni actions how she got concern for Neil... she thinking about Avni and Neil relation....

Avni quickly removed her hand from his back and continued eating... they finished having breakfast.. when Bebe brought bowl of kheer and fed Avni first...

Bebe : happy birthday Avni..

Avni bend down and took Bebe blessing...

Avni : thank you Bebe..

Bebe forward the bowl to Swetha.. Swetha also fed Avni and wished her.. Avni thanked Swetha and bend to take her bless but Swetha pulled her in hug..

Swetha : all I wish your happiness.. always be happy...

Bebe then took bowl from Swetha hand and give to Neil who was looking at them only.. Neil got confuse...

Bebe : do I need to tell how to fed your own wife.. come on she is your wife... at least wish her...

Neil nodding his head came forward to Avni and room spoon of kheer and brought close to Avni mouth.... Avni hesitating ate as Bebe was watching them...

Neil : happy birthday...

Avni : thank you...

Bebe smacked her own head...

Bebe : who wish their wife like this? Neil you serious wish like this... hug her and wish her like how normal love and dovey couple does...

Now both didn't knew what to do.... Neil was nervous while Avni tightened her hand grip...

Neil slowly pulled Avni in hug... it was quick hug and Neil slowly kept his lips on her forehead...

Bebe : That's like my son!

Avni ran from there while Neil went out..

Swetha : Bebe you shouldn't have made them do this...

Bebe : Swetha you need to understand spending and talking to each other they will be able to forget their past.. we needs to give them... they can't heal nonetheless they want or we make it happen.... what you think I don't know what happing... I might be old but I'm not that stupid not realise what going in my own house... their pain is cleared show in their eyes... they only need love which only both can give to each other... my heart says soon they will accept each other... my Neil is lost.... he need way to find his destination and Avni needs someone love will make her forget what she suffered... I know and my heart knows only Neil is for Avni and Avni for Neil... they both Have lost path but soon they will find it... as it says love find their way to their heart... it will happen to my children...

Swetha nods her head and allowing her tears flows... even she wants them happy but situation isn't on her hand... she is helpless...

In middle of night.. every thing was quiet and fast sleep but Avni was shivering and moving her head...

Neil woke as he felt his throat dried up... he got up and went near bed and drank the water... he was going back but stopped hearing Avni voice... he looked at her side and saw her shivering and moving her body....

Neil immediately keeping the glass sat on bed and starts waking her up... but hearing her next word took his breath way........

"Don't leave me....I love you"

"Don't kill him"

"I have no one"

"Let me go"

"Don't kill him..... please leave him...."

Neil kept his hand on her hair and starts caressing... he covered her with duvet and sat beside her and kept caressing her hair...... Avni was continuously saying same words.... Neil didn't knew what do....

He slipped her hand in his warm hand... he righted the grip and caressed her hair... after few minutes later he left her becoming calm... he stared her face....

He kissed her forehead and kept caressing her hair... unknowingly he slept there holding her hand in his palm and his other caressing her hair...
