Suman's POV

"You will be our special guest SUMO" and that word did bring a big shock for me. Was he? No..no hr can't he can never accept a girl like me infront of everyone. But he..he did call us.

Please please Urvashi say a no and then to prove the best "Yeah sure we are coming. And I will definitely bring Suman with us" comes her reply. "No..No Urvashi I...I am...I have little work in my college and exams are also nearing..." I fumbled. "Owh just cut the crap. Don't worry Shravan she is there on time." Urvashi said. I just could give her a stare. Was she for real?

"Okay Guys I am leaving it was nice meeting you all. And Sumo" he turned towards me. He took my hand in his and it did send a shiver in whole of my body and the next made me curse myself badly. He just pulled me and kissed my cheeks and that too...that too infront of everyone. What kind of person he is. "This was for the food you made. It was just too yum. I liked it. You make food homely." He said with perhaps a genuine smile.

I separated myself from him immediately. "That's my way to show gratitude. I hope you guys didn't mind." He said looking at everyone who had their eyes in their hand seeing us. Urvashi composes herself and comes beside me. "Owh no...no not at all. I do understand. Actually she makes so good food that she always reminds me of my mother. Did you remember your Mum..I hope ahe also makes such good food" this was as if a 'Fat Man' bomb on his head.

I don't know what havoc it created in him but it did. His smiling face did at once become stern as if some cord of his heart was plucked either be it of hate or sadness but it did. "I have to leave. Good Bye" he said with a stern face and left the face even without looking back. Wait..Why even I am bothered about his looking back.

He vanished like a mist in the thirsty soil. This change in his behaviour triggered me in my heart. My trance of thought was broken when Aditya came from back and nudged me. "Madam could you please accompany me to the streets there?" His one question made me smile. "Just a minute" and I left.

Shravan's POV

I cannot take it well. I rushed to the parking area for my car I opened the door and slammed it hard after entering. I picked up the speed of my car and dashed through the lonely roads of night venting out my frustration. "Did you remember your Mum" the words were just hammering my head. It hurts me..It hurts. My heart aches and bleeds hearing about Mum. Why am I the only child in the whole world to face this? I hate it..I hate it.

I put the breaks and the car came to a screeching halt making it take a circle. I came out of the car.

Why it is so bad always? Why? I ran my fingers through my hairs in frustration. When suddenly my phone rings.

Shravan's POV ends

"Hello" Shravan picks the call. "Where are you beta? Vandana has come for your dresses and all. Could you please make it early?" Kamini asks. "Okay Chachi I am coming" he cuts the call and rushes to the car.

Malhotra Mansion

"Shravan! How is it?" Vandana shows a beautiful lehenga to him. "Hmm" comes a reply. "What is this Shravan from last one hour your one reply is hmm. Chachi he is too much" Vandana grumpily sits on the couch. "Shravan!!What happened beta?" Kamini asks.

"Nothing Chachi. It's just I am a little tensed. I am really sorry Vandana. Could you make it in your own? I need to rest. You just choose a similar dress to mine. I need to leave. I apologize" Saying this he leaves the area.

"Chachi! Is he fine?" Vandana asks with full concern to Kamini. "You don't worry, he is just tensed about his work. You focus on the engagement" she caresses her face.

In the streets

"So you are now a friend to such big celebrity. " Aditya says while they are walking down the lane. "No.."she shrugs off. "Owh yeah he after all calls you SU....MO..." He passes a smile. "It's not like that, I don't..." She stopped seeing her phone ringing.

"Hello"Suman receives call. "Hello sweetie" comes a reply. She got to know who he was. "Well I missed you a whole day...and also had some plans" she just replies with a 'hmm' "Won't you like to know?" He asks with a smirk.

"I was actually thinking to go for a honeymoon after smashing Aditya" he stressed on Aditya. This made Suman's step come to halt. She passes a glance to Aditya who also stopped seeing her and asks him 'What?' but she gives a tight lipped smile. "Please don't do this Aarav. Please"

"Owh my baby is requesting me. Okay then be away from him and I will spare him. Got that" Aarav says in a hoarse tone. "Hmm okay" and she cuts the call.

She turns to Aditya and says. "I am going back. Bye" "But you promised to walk down the lane" Aditya stops her.

"I had never promised" she says in a stern voice. "Yeah but we had decided to do so" he makes a pleading face. "Now I am not. So I am leaving" as she turns to go Aditya holds her hand.

"But I can't let you go" he says. Suman turns to him. "May I know the reason?" She asks. "Because I love you. And I want you to walk down not this lane but each and every lane coming up in my life" he blurts bluntly.

"You can't love me." Suman says. "That's my heart and infact I myself don't have control on my heart." He says.

"But you can't love me." Suman now raises her voice. "Am I not fit for you?" He asks simply. "It's not like that Aditya. But you just can't" she turns to leave. Aditya rushes and blocks her way. "You have to answer me". "Aditya don't make it difficult for me. Let me go" she tries to aside him.

"No first answer me and then leave the place." He stands there sternly. "Why don't you understand the simple thing? Just let me go" Suman now angrily says. "First answer me Suman" he also stands there with full determination. "Aditya because I am not fit for you" Suman shouts it hard.

"Who told you that?" Aditya asks. "Because I am. I have a lot of baggage of past and also a threat to my present." Angry tears roll down her face. "So please leave me" she joins her hand and passes by him heading to home. "And if I say I am ready to face everything for you" Aditya shouts this makes Suman steps come to halt. She turns towards Aditya with a surprised face.

"You know nothing Adi about my family. You don't know any one. And I am already ENGAGED" she declares. Now it's time for Aditya to get a shock.

"I know you are finding it odd but this is a truth." Suman says. Aditya goes near her. "Are you happy with that guy? I know the answer but I wanna confirm it from you. Are you happy with your Fiance Miss Suman Tiwari" he asks. Suman slowly nods a No.

"Then everything is sorted. I will handle everything for you. No need to worry." He says. "I love you Suman and I can do anything for you." He says this makes a smile spread on Suman's face. And the duo shares a HUG.

Next Morning

Malhotra Mansion.

"You do it properly" Kamini instructs one of the servants. There was all chaos in the house. "Shravan...Shravan. This boy will kill me someday. Today is his engagement and he is not even awaken. It's 2 p.m." Kamini mumbles.

Kamini climbs the upstairs and goes to his room. She opens the door "Shravan you..." She stops in between seeing Shravan has fallen asleep on his work table with files here and there some lyrics paper lying on the floor. And a mess. But there sleeping Shravan with disheveled hair.

Kamini smiles finding him cute..she nears him and caresses his hair. "My baccha" she mumbles and this breaks Shravan's sleep.

He wakes up startled. "Chachi you here" he stands up and starts recollecting the mess of paper inside his file. "Relax it's me." She caresses his face. "Good Morning." Shravan smiles and says "Good Morning Chachi"

"Go and freshen up..you have to try the suits that have been chosen and whichever you like you were it. Okay?" Kamini leaves the place.

"Ok so lets start for the day" he says to himself and heads towards washroom.

In evening

In a banquet hall

"Shravan all set for the evening" Arjun asks. "Yes bro..You also gear up for some blasts."

"By the way do you think Suman will come?" Arjun asks. "My Sumo will definitely come." He says and then she sees Urvashi in a hot black gown followed by Suman who looked angelic in a pastel pink lehenga. Shravan jaw drops seeing her. But then a frown appears when he sees her stumbling. She somehow balances her and the pulls her foot up to set her heel right.

Shravan runs towards her. As Suman was busy mending it she hears "May I?"

Suman's POV

I was busy putting the clips of my heel when I hear. "May I help you?" I raised my head to see who it was and there the last person I would like to see. I know it was his party although! But unfortunately that's my creepy mind. "Thank you I can help myself" I pasted a fake smile and continued to do my work.

When two warm hands came in touch to my legs. "Shravan...but..I..I.." I tried to resist him. "Sshh..you talk a lot. Never ever deny anyone may be you need his help at the end of the day." He blinked and he was done in clipping. He stood up and I too also put my lehenga on place.

"Thank you" I said softly. "That's cool" came the reply. "Well did I mention you look divinely beautiful" he says. I just rolled my eyes off. "Not Again" I said in my mind. "Hmm.. Thanks" as we were walking inside the lawn something caught my eyes and that was a board decorated well which read. "We Welcome You to Shravan Malhotra and Vandana Kapoor engagement party. Honour them with your blessings for future life" that almost popped my eyes off the socket.

I turned towards Shravan and asked "You are getting engaged" that came out as a shock statement which perhaps shouldn't come out in that way nevertheless first let me focus on his answer.

"Yeah" he said so casually and started walking. "You are getting bloody engaged" I shouted. He stopped and turned back. "Miss Suman no need to announce the board is already present to declare or if you are so interested Sumo then we can hang you for that purpose there." He gave a smile and started walking.

"You are fucking getting engaged and You" I again shouted. "Sumo could you please shut your mouth" he
turned and said. "No I can't." I reverberated back. "But why It's my fucking engagement not yours then why you are worried." He said irritatedly.

"I am not worried about you..I am worried about that girl." I said.
"But why?" He asks. "Because you are flirting with me and saying me all that kind of stuffs..You are cheating on her." I said. "Think of her man. She definitely is an innocent soul who is cheated by bloody bullshit." It was terrible thing to think of the moment when she comes to know about him.

"Your fucking industry might accept this but her heart can't Shravan. Then why?" I said. He came towards me with a rage and he pulled me towards the house instead of lawn. "Where are you taking me Shravan?" I said. "Shravan answer me." He was quite but his rage could be deciphered by his grip on my hand.

"I said stop Shravan. It's hurting me." I tried my best but I failed. "Shravan" and I pulled my hand with a jerk..

"What are you doing?" I shouted. "Should not I ask that?" He said with his blood red eyes. "Who the hell are you to question on my blood and me being bloody bullshit?"

"Because you are Shravan" I shouted. "Owh just shut the fuck up. I haven't got engaged. So shut your fuck up. No need to question me. And you are no one to judge me." He almost burned with his bloody red eyes.

"And you challenged me to acknowledge you infront of this world. NOW you just WAIT and WATCH" he clicked his finger on me and left that place.

I was so terrified seeing his rage that my whole body was sweating even it being in cold January month.

I came out of the house and headed to lawn. I saw Urvashi interacting well with everyone there so well and I was feeling so sidelined. I sat on a corner seat with a juice in my hand.

I was lost in my thought when a hand was forwarded towards me. "Hello I am Aditi" I raised my head towards the person who was standing there in a beautiful pink gown and with a radiating smile.

Suman's POV ends

Suman stands and says "Hi..I am Suman. Do I know you?" She asks quite confused with a friendly behaviour of her. "No..no..not at all" she smiles. "Actually I am second cousin of Shravan Malhotra and he has send me to you as you were all alone here so to give you a company" she says.

"No it's fine please don't spoil your time. You please enjoy. I am fine here. I am used to it." Suman says cordially. "Okay so you aren't liking my company" Aditi makes a puppy face.

"No..not at all. You are lovely person..It just.." she was not able to finish as Aditi seats beside her. Then I am sitting here enjoying with you."

"Okay" and Suman smiles and sits down beside her. "Well I am a photographer by profession. You?" Aditi asks. "I am pursuing law. I am completing my interns." Suman answers. "Owh wow. Shravan definitely needs a lawyer as he is always in mess with his contracts and with his director." She says. And I roll my eyes off. "He deserves that" Suman murmurs to herself.

"I heard that" Aditi says and Suman snaps her eyes towards her. "No..I didn't mean it" she says. Aditi laughs "Chill buddy." She says.

As they were discussing something they hear the announcement. "I Shravan Malhotra welcome you all to the party. Thank you for taking out time for us and honour us with your presence. But before the engagement ceremony begins I would like to dedicate a song to me lady love. So this is for you babe." He passes a flying kiss to Vandana and eyes Suman.

He took his guitar and began:

He finishes his song and everyone was mesmerized hearing him. His voice was just pure love. He stands and everyone blesses him with big applauses. Suman also couldn't stop appreciating him She did accept in her heart that she was so lost.

"Thank you.. Thanks a lot. So before the engagement. I would like to pour my heart out. " Shravan says. And then he begins.

"Pure love is hard to find. But I did find one. I never realized when it knocked on my door steps and when I accepted it open heartedly. It just happened. I am in love for the first time in my life. Yeah..yeah it would be a joke for you all but it's the truth. Frankly speaking whomsoever I dated I had made them clear that I wasn't in love with them. So perhaps things never worked. But this opportunity I don't wanna lose it ever when I have fallen in love. I want to be Hers and make Her mine forever. So I am here to announce. I love you....I love you a lot. Will you be mine MISS SUMAN TIWARI" and everything comes to silence hearing him even the cold winds didn't dare to make a disturbance. It was just a PIN DROP SILENCE.....
