Pushkar and Suman sat by him. "Pushkar what is all this? How did we catch Sanjay Sharma and what is happening all around." Shravan asked with his eagerness its high peak.

"Shravan you need to relax. You are suffering partial amnesia, doctor has already said that you will get your memory back just you need to relax yourself. We will give you feeds with time to time. At once you may get messed up" She keeps her hand on his but Shravan removes his. Feeling his uncomfortableness she escorted her hand away. "Sorry" she mouthed.

"Pushkar can you please leave us alone" he asked. "Yes bhai" Pushkar left the place. "Suman...listen I don't remember anything about you. I atleast want to know about you. How did we met? And were we friends or just some acquaintance." He asked.

"Freinds!!" Suman thought. "Shravan in that case we are a married couple." She declared and that gave a big jolt to him. "What the fuck!! Are you talking" he scrunched his eye brows.

"Yeah Shravan this is the truth. And..and we loved each other." She said tears daring to spill. She had never in her wierdest of dreams thought to make him once remember their love for each other. "Wai..Wait a minute. Are you freaking saying that we loved each other." He sat up on the bed. Suman slowly nodded.

"Are you out of your mind Ms. Tiwari. I only know you as Raghuvar Tiwari's granddaughter and Priya aunty's child. That's it. I had promised aunt to give you justice and perhaps what I have did." He said trying to make his point clear. "I know Shravan these are some unbelievable truths for you. But these are!" She said not stressing him up much.

"But.. But I don't remember anything. I know love is most purest of feeling in the world. I don't think even if we lose our memory we forget our love. I didn't forget Pushkar, Chachi, Preeti, my mom and dad. Everyone are in my memory then why don't I have memories for you." He questioned her. It was such a big question that no one could answer not even he himself.

"Suman..See..I don't remember anything. I don't want you to hurt yourself by staying close to me. Because I will not be able to reciprocate the love to you. I might..I might end up hurting you badly. It's better.. It's better we part our ways. Even if we have married each other we can file a divorce and you will free from this bond as it's held for nothing." He reasoned out. Suman was shocked hearing about divorce.

"Divo.. Divorce..?? Why..why Divorce? You..you may get some memory later." She said with a plead in her eyes. "No..No Suman it's just stressing me out. I don't even know you good except about the information of pen and paper I have. Suman it's not possible for me to stay in a relationship like this. I cannot. Please I beg of you leave me." He joined his hand infront of you. Suman immediately caught his hand and nodded a no with tear spilling out her eyes. She composed herself and wiped her tears. "Okay we will part our ways only when this case is over. The day we win this case we will file our divorce that very day in the court and you in your own world and I will back to mine. Please if you can just adjust till then" she requested him.

"But..it will hurt you only." He said straight. "Shravan.." a painful smile escaped. "It's not more painful than seeing your love go away. Well you used to only call me Sumo..So quite a strong person." Shravan chuckled. "Sumo!!!" He repeated and Suman nodded.

"You have given me that name." She smiled seeing him smile. "Ohkay...This is quite odd of me to give you such name. Well I will call you Suman only till I remember that I did give you some name." He said. "Once I used to really get on your head for calling me Sumo..And now it...Ok leave. You take rest. As you need to get well soon. We have to work together for the case." She said and was going to help him lay down but Shravan mouthed "I will manage" so Suman backed out.

Suman came out of the room and saw Pushkar, Preeti sitting with Kamini. "Chachi and Preeti you both go back Delhi. I and Pushkar will go back in a week once we transfer the case to Supreme Court and also Shravan gets well enough to travel" She said holding Chachi by her arms. "But beta how will you manage. He is not even.." her words remained incomplete.

"Chachi.. Pushkar is here. You need not to worry. And also we will be back in an week Chachi. Don't worry I won't let anything happen to him" she hugged her. "I know my child. You will never let anything happen him. I will just pray to God that everything gets normal. I don't know when will Shravan get a normal and a happy life." Kamini teared up thinking Shravan's condition. She cupped Suman's face and placed a motherly kiss on her forehead.

"Preeti" Suman turned to Preeti. "I don't know how to thank you for what you have done for me." She had gratitude in her eyes. "Di..You are everything for me. How can't I! And if I would have been in yourself. Hadn't you?" Preeti said. "No.. Preeti never ever say that. I don't want anyone be in my place. I don't want anyone to suffer this. Never." She took a deep breath. "Leave that. Just one more request, please take care of Chachi till we come back." She said.

"Of course Di. That's my duty." Preeti looked at Pushkar. Suman also looked at Pushkar who was looking at Preeti with a smile. Pushkar came to her. "You are the best thing ever happened in my life." He took her in a hug. "You too" she mumbled in the hug. They came out of the hug. And then Preeti-Kamini left back for Delhi.

Pushkar and Preeti settled their on the chair taking a long deep breath. Pushkar turned his face to her. "Now what next!" Suman opens her eyes and looked at Pushkar. "I want to meet Sanjay Sharma." Pushkar narrowed his eyes hearing her. "You sure?" . Suman stood up. "Let's go." And marched out of the hospital and Pushkar following him behind.

They reach the High Court of Mumbai.

"Pushkar I need to immediately file this case in the High Court. Please sign it on behalf of Shravan. We need to get him on trial tomorrow itself." Suman handed him some sort of file.
"Suman but tomorrow itself how can we arrange all the evidence together. It's a cumbersome process." He asked while signing.

"That I will manage but just get a two hour leave for Shravan from hospital. We need him there." Suman said.

"Okay!" They submit the papers in the court and head to the Jail to meet Sanjay Sharma with a meet appeal from the court.

Suman enters the cell with Pushkar. Sanjay Sharma turns and gives a evil smile to him. Suman shudders but closes her eyes and only one face she saw infront of her. Her MOM and that was enough to giver her strength to fight the devil. She folded her hand on her chest.

"Why are you here you flithy girl." He disgustingly said. Pushkar's fist gets tighter. He was bounded..He was bounded by law. Or else he would have immediately knocked him down. "You can call me by as many names you can. I don't give a bull shit to it." Suman spoke. Pushkar gave a grin seeing a bold Suman. She was indeed his Bhai's Sumo.

"You have to face the worst now. Because now you have to face Suman Malhotra. My Mom couldn't do anything because she loved you a lot. But I..I am better form of her. So be ware. Because you will pay hard for it. I am Suman SHRAVAN MALHOTRA. I will make sure you die the worst death." She said  with a firmness in her voice.

"Owh my little baby!!" He was about to touch her face when Pushkar sheilded her. "Dare you do so! I will forget about everything" he gritted his teeth. "Cool man...Cool" Sanjay Sharma said. "Back off" Pushkar pushed him a little. "By the way where is your so called genius brother?" Sanjay asked Pushkar. And he was out of words. He cannot let them know about his condition. "Wo..Wo..."he fumbled. Suman came forward "The case is very mere one for him so he has nothing to do because he knows that he will win it. So he is taking rest" she said looking straight in his eyes. "Owh..he is taking rest in...in hospital" he gave a devilish smile. Suman and Pushkar was shocked. How come he knows about it.

"I think it's enough for you today. We will meet you tomorrow in court. And there we can have a talk." Pushkar said and escorted Suman out of the cell.

They sat in their car and drives back to hospital. While they were on the way. Pushkar found Suman lost. To get her attention he nudged her. Suman looked at him with a question mark on her face. "Hmm.."

"Any problem?" Pushkar asks. "No..just thinking how come he know about Shravan is in hospital." She was serious. "Yeah that's a thing to wonder." Pushkar was also worried. But to lighten the mood. He looked at her from the corner of her eyes. "By the way Suman..you really proved that you are Sumo. What an improvement. I was wondering where is that timid girl which used to shriek out on the thunder sound" he joked.

Suman whacks his arm. "Shut up..you pussy cat." She also teases him. "Owh yeah my behenji" "Pushy" Suman whines and then both burst into laugh.

"Thanks Pushkar..."she said when their laugh subsided. "For calling you behenji.." he joked. "Pushkar". "I just wanna thank you for always being there for me." She had that gratitude in her voice. "Suman you are a beautiful soul. And that's only reason." He said. "You too are one." She smiled at him.

While driving they discussed some matter of facts for tomorrow. After driving for an hour they reached hospital. Suman and Pushkar entered the ward and saw Shravan doing something on his phone.

"Bhai..What are you looking for!" Pushkar asked sitting on the stool. "Owh you both came" Shravan asked startled. "Nothing much. I was just checking out some of my pending work which I do save on my phone." Before he could have been looked back on his phone his phone was snatched away. Shravan was shocked to see the phone in Suman's hand.

"Suman what kind of manner is this. Give back my phone. You are not supposed to do that." He said with a serious tone. "I am sorry Mr. Malhotra but the doctor has strictly restricted you from taking any stress so you better put your ass on that bed and have a good sleep." She also said with a stern in her voice.

"Listen Ms. Suman you are no one to command me."

"It's a bad news for you then. The doctor has given the responsibility of taking care of yours to me and Pushkar. And I don't think Pushkar would object me on this. Ryt Pushkar" she looked at Pushkar who was supressing his laugh seeing the duo fight. He vigorously nodded seeing a stern Sumo. "You idiot" Shravan whacked his head. "Bhai.." he whinned. "Suman please give back my phone." He glared at her.

"Not at all. You have to take rest after all you need to go to court tomorrow. Tomorrow will already be a stressful day for you" she said.

"Court?" Shravan scrunched. "Hmm. Bhai..you need to go, because only eye witness to that incident is you. And as we had decided we need him to be punished not only for his illegal work but also for ruining we three kids life." Pushkar said looking at Suman.

"So Shravan you need to be prepared for every answer. I think you are prepared for it. You do remember right" she asked. "Hmm. I do.." he said with a doubt on himself. Suman sat on his bed and took hold of his hand "Shravan you are a strong person, you have fought whole life for this day. Don't ruin it because of your lack of self confidence. Tomorrow we need to make him remain in the jail and I need your help." She said boasting his confidence.

"Suman I..I am just tensed, incase I forget anything and...and they use it against me." Shravan said holding on her. "Shravan no one ever witnessed that thing you did. So whatever you say has to be believed. Just say the truth." She rubbed her thumb on back of his palm. And he felt good. "Okay. I am ready for it."

"That's like my bro. Well we will be getting you home tomorrow. I have talked to the doctor they will be discharging you early morning." Pushkar hugged him. Suman stood a little afar from them. As she was leaving the room "Suman" Shravan called her. She turned "Hmm!". "Thanks." She smiled at him.

Pushkar and Suman were staying in hospital. Pushkar had occupied the bed placed beside him and Suman preferred herself the couch. They both were tired and therefore drifted to sleep. Shravan didn't get a wink of sleep. He frustratedly sat up on the bed.

Shravan's POV

"O God. Keeping my fucking ass on this bed the whole day has made me insane. And this sleep no where it is to be found. And watch these two sleeping monkeys. How can they sleep so peacefully when the patient is wide awake".

Then I remembered tomorrow I needed to go to court. What's happening with me. How can someone forget his life. Why I am not able to remember anything of these recent past. I am feeling useless. I frustratedly run my hand over my hairs and turned to take a glass of water when my eyes fell on her.

"SUMO" a chuckle left my throat. Quite a wired name. I wonder I can think of such name. She is totally a wierdo like her name. I never believe any stranger but don't know why my heart asked me to believe her... believe that she is married to me. I m her husband. But... My mind has not still come to terms that I married her. Pushkar did tell me the reason for marrying her.

Even if I believe on marriage but love. I cannot love somebody. I am already a tainted person. I don't know how come I...I am feeling more bad for her. It's quite painful to make your partner make believe that they were in love. Oh God! I have fucking messed up my life.

As I was lost in my thoughts I found her stirring up. Her eyes opened and she startled seeing me wide awake. She immediately ran to me. And run her hands over me. "Sh..Shravan..Are you in pain! Is it hurting you somewhere. Do..do you need medicine or do..do you" I susshed her covering her mouth. "Will you be a little low. This other monkey is also sleeping here. I am fine. I was just not getting sleep so I sat up" I found her sighing in relief on my words. She removed my palm and narrowed her eyes. "What?" I asked.

"If he is the OTHER monkey then are you referring me the other one" she asked and I was dumbfound. She caught me. I tried to supress my laugh but hell it got tough when she scrunched her tiny piggy nose in her anger. "Idiot" she whacked me.

"Sorry.. Sorry I didn't mean it actually" I said in defence. "Just shut up. And get some sleep" she said pouring me a glass of water. I drank it and then I adjusted myself in the bed. Hell it was quite a short one for me.

Suman went back to her place. I turned to her and called 'Suman' she asked what. "Umm.ummm Can we be friends?" I asked quite hesitantly. She smiled. "You had always been one" and then she covered herself with the duvet.
