They reached the hospital. Jiwon walked towards the reception while Jin stood aside.

After that, both of them went to the third floor where the OT room situated.

"Looks like the operation is still going." Said Jin.

"Yeah." Replied Jiwon.

In the Meantime doctor Park entered the third floor.

"Dr Park!" Jiwon called.

"Hey Jiwon." She came running towards her."Your mother is in the OT. I hope everything will be okay-" she stopped and looked at Jin who was sitting there. When Jin looked at her he was shocked. There was a long pause between the two.

"Julia..." Jin muttered.

"Jin..." Julia muttered.

"You're...." Jin's words were cut off by Julia

"Wife of Park Jimin." She smiled.

"You both know each other?" Asked Jiwon.

"Yeah. He is Jimin's friend. Who is he to you?" She raised a brow in suspicion.

"My guardian who takes care of me." Jiwon.

"Despite of having a girlfriend." She chuckled.

"Sorry?" Jiwon looked more confused. Jin was sweating by now. He never wanted Jiwon to know about his past.

Jiwon knew that he had a girlfriend who died a year back but couldn't predict who really was the person he loved.

"Mr Kim if you don't mind can you wait outside?" Julia requested.

"Sure Dr Park."said Jin as he walked out.

After sometime Jiwon came out with an annoyed look.

"Dr Park is calling you." She said. Jin wanted to ask her but instead he walked towards Julia. Jiwon started crying afterwards.

"I am sorry Jin." Julia apologized."I really didn't knew this would happen-"

"I bet you're happy now."

"Its not what you think. Its true that I loved you very much once. Its also true that I was jealous of your and Solbi's relationship until Jimin came into my life. But I didn't knew this would take a horrible turn."

"Its not your fault Julia. It's my fault." He gritted his teeth and cried.

"Well I can understand. I feel really bad for this. This is really shocking to me. You loved Solbi so much and she loved you as much as you loved her." Julia began to cry silently.

There was a long pause between them until Julia spoke.

"I have a very bad news." She spoke.

"Say it."

"Mrs Choi is dead. We couldn't save her. But before she died she told me to hand you this." She took out a blue necklace and a diamond ring.

Those looked really familiar to Jin.

"These.....These...." Jin couldn't speak.

"These are the ornaments you had ordered the day before Solbi died. You wanted it by that day but the shop was closed. Well Mrs Choi was the owner of the shop. I know she loved you very much and she is relieved that Jiwon is with you. Now she has lost everything except the ornaments you ordered from her shop."

Julia handed him the ornaments. "I have another shocking truth for you Jin."

Jin was crying now. The past he was forgetting when Jiwon came in his life, was now again in front of his eyes as flashback.

"You know what, the world is round. Today I've realised that Jiwon and you are on the same quest on mending your broken promises." Jin didn't say anything but looked at her in shock . His eyebrows furrowed. She nodded.

"Jiwon is Solbi's precious sister." She revealed. Jin stood in utter shock. He now believed that Jiwon can mend his broken promises like Jin had.

The world is round.

Jiwon's mother was now dead. Jin felt very sorry for her. His eyes reddened from crying. He walked outside towards Jiwon who was now waiting outside for him.

"Jiwonah I am sorry. I couldn't help you save-"

"I know. I know mom is dead and I have no one in this world." She cried.

"Don't say like this." Jin tried to console her but she pushed and stared at him angrily.

"Jiwon why you're being like this?" Jin asked

"Who are you to Solbi Unnie?"
