*After School*

Gwen goes to pick up Kodie at his block. Gwen waves to Kodie. He was coming out with Rockey.

Gwen: Hey Kodie! How was your exam?

Kodie: I did well!

Rockey: It was difficult! And thanks to Mr Reiji...I couldn't copy! I wonder how did you do well Kodie?

Kodie: I did well because I was taught well... (smiles)

Rockey: I pray that I pass...the results will be out by Saturday... I am just happy that it is all over...i was totally blank!

Kodie: So we should get our guardians?

Rockey: Yes...that is what scares me the most!

Kodie: OK! Bye... See you later! Come on Gwen!

Rockey: By any chance...are you... Nothing! Fine! See you later Bye!

Gwen and Kodie catch the next train and go to the sunset spot while talking about random stuff like the examination...

*After reaching there*

Kodie: Now unveil the mystery about yourself...

Gwen: Mystery?

Kodie: About you not having friends and me being your only friend!

Gwen: Oh! It's nothing... I just don't have friends... When I was a kid I think I made friends...but then I was not allowed to go to school... I don't know why...but however after my parents... I lived in orphanage and because my seniors did not like me no one became my friend... Here no one likes me too... They look at me like a criminal! As though I am a murderer or something! My bad luck, I guess! But you, Carwell ,Ray and BB are the best!

Kodie: Oh! I understand... I didn't have friends either...

Gwen: Don't tell me! Everyone like you!

Kodie: Now... Not when I was at my home town... I was a healthy kid... Not good at studies but because of my talent... I shifted here...and my parents also were quite busy... I lost a lot of weight because of my company and contract and joined this school... Rockey was my first friend... He is naughty but trustworthy... They don't like me for who I am but for what I am...

Gwen: Our stories are somewhat related, aren't they?

Kodie: You consider me as you friend, don't you?

Gwen: Of course!

Kodie: Will you answer a question of mine?

Gwen: About?

Kodie: Tell me?

Gwen: Alright...

Kodie: Well...you know that we have the same deen... So because of practice I fell short of attendance... I came to your block to speak to her...but... I... I overheard you...
You guys are hiding something right? Look I trust you...it's just that I just wanna make sure you are safe...whatever I heard was kinda...not exactly creepy but...

Gwen: Oh! That...

Kodie: Look if you don't wanna tell me... It's OK but...

Gwen: No...it's not like that...but don't tell anyone... I mean anyone...not even BB... Promise me!

Kodie: OK! Promise!

Gwen: I took part in a science competition about a few months ago... So I created a very smart and advanced technology...which is presently used by many companies...
Our Deen was the coordinator of that program...so she was the first one to know about that formula...however this information was leaked and companies wanted to buy that formula at any cost! She did not allow anyone to influence me...and did not let my discovery be unveiled to the world...

Kodie: That is bad! It's your discovery!

Gwen: No! That formula is secretly patented on my name and its complete profit is owned by me... so she is not bad... She acted oddly after knowing about my parents...life and history... I tried asking her many times... But she never told me anything except that if anyone knows about me I will be in trouble... She told me not to tell anybody about this... Then I got admission in Oak Grove...

Kodie: So this means except you, me and Deen no one knows about this... I don't know exactly but I get the feeling that she is hiding something...

Gwen: I know that she is hiding something...but after so much she did for me...I don't doubt her...but somewhere inside I want to know what is it...that she is hiding from me...that she doesn't want me to reveal my surname...

Kodie: Now I understand the mystery of your credit card!

Gwen: I don't know why...but after sharing this with you I feel happy!

Kodie: Don't worry... I am a very trustworthy kid!

Gwen: Of course you are! A kid!

Kodie: I mean a man!

Gwen: Enough little kid! Or should I call you Ms kodie!

Kodie: Gwen!!!! You trouble maker!!!

Gwen: Catch me if you can!

Kodie: Of course I can!
