*At Home*

Gwen and Kodie go to their rooms to change. Gwen takes the puppy along. As soon as Kodie gets changed...he goes to Gwen's room to see what were they doing. Gwen already changed and was giving a bath to the puppy.

Kodie : Did you think of a name?

Gwen : For what?

Kodie : for the pup!

Gwen : No! Do you have a good name in your mind?

Kodie: Leo?

Gwen : Luna?

Kodie : It's a male dog!

Gwen : Oh I didn't know that...

Kodie : Clover?

Gwen : That is a nice name... So from now on you are clover!
(Lifting the puppy)
Kodie smiles...

Kodie: So in whose room is he gonna stay?

Gwen : Mine please!

Kodie : I too wanna stay with him and play!

Gwen : Please! Please! Please! You can come to my room any part of the day and play with him... I would'nt mind... I mean it!

Kodie : Alright!

*The main door opens*

Kodie : I think everyone is back!

Kodie and Gwen goes out and everyone were back...

Carwell : We are home! Kodie I thought you were going to come for the practice today!

Kodie : Today is Monday... So it's OK I will practice on Wednesday! I already learnt everything.

Aayden : Hmm... That's why I did not call you!

Ray : Hey Gwen! You are home too...

Gwen : I have something to show you guys!

Kodie: Yes! It's something special!

Gwen goes to her room to get clover.

Gwen : This is clover!

Gwen takes it closer to Aayden...

Aayden : A puppy! Keep it away! I hate doggies!

Aayden gets away while others start playing with it.

Gwen : Kodie told me you love puppies!

Aayden : Kodie!

Kodie : That was for shouting at me about the progress report!

Gwen : Can we keep it? I will keep it away from you...please!

Aayden : No...

Kodie: you wanna break your little sister's heart!?

Aayden : Alright...Alright! You can keep it...but please keep it away from me OK? I can't deny your little twinkling eyes!

Carwell : Kodie! You blackmailer!! But I like this puppy too so... It's OK but otherwise...

Ray : Why do u blackmail every one you little devil!

Gwen : Thank-you!!!!

Gwen and Kodie give each other a hi-fi!

*Next Day*

Kodie picks up Gwen and they go to shop somethings for the puppy.

Kodie : Gwen tomorrow and on Thursday...that is day after...I have to go to the practice so I will not be coming to pick you...

Gwen : Hmm...I will stay at the library...

*On Thursday*

Gwen was returning home from the school library...She was so lost in reading that she lost track of time and was very late. She quickly grabbed her bag and started walking home when she felt that someone was following her! She started walking quickly and the footsteps became louder and quicker as well. She turned back and found that a man in a black hoodie was following her in the darkness. She started running and only stopped when she reached home and locked the door.
Aayden and Ray were in the living room and confused to see Gwen panting hard and lock the door.

Aayden : Gwen! What happened?

Gwen : Someone... was following me...
(panting)

Aayden and Ray go out to check if someone was there but they found no one.

Ray : how did that person look like? Was he following you from the school?

Gwen : I could'nt see much...though he wore a black hoodie and covered his face with a black mask... I don't know if he followed me from the school itself...

Aayden: It's OK Gwen don't worry...for now just go and change!

Gwen : OK BB!

Gwen goes to her room and found that Kodie was in there playing with clover.

Gwen : Hey Kodie!

Kodie : Hi Gwen! Why are you so late... We already fed Clover...

Gwen : I was so lost in reading that I forgot to check the time and ended this way!

Kodie : At this rate someday you are going to spend your night at the library...

Gwen: No... Library looks very scary at night...as all the lights are switched off!

Kodie: So you've already spent your night at the library?

Gwen : No! I left that place at 9:30 once... I am scared of the darkness...

Kodie : Are you scared of Ghosts???

Gwen : They are the reason I am scared of darkness!

Kodie : So you believe that ghosts exists...

Gwen : I don't know...maybe they do... There is surely a world beyond science...because there are many facts that could'nt be understood or explained in scientific observations...

Kodie : Is that from childhood...that you are scared of ghosts ?

Gwen : When I was very little I slept with my parents in the same room...but after they... I use to keep with lights switched on... The darkness always scares me...

Kodie : So you don't watch horror movies?

Gwen : No... I don't watch any movies...

Kodie : What! Which was your last movie....??

Gwen : I don't know... I don't remember going to a movie with my parents...after that I never did...

Kodie : I feel sad... That you never came out of your book world...you haven't seen the world yet! We will go for a movie after my exams... Aayden won't send me before that...

Gwen : From when do you have your exams???

Kodie : From Monday...

Gwen : Oh...Are you done??

Kodie : Not yet...there are some lessons that Rockey was gonna explain us at school... It's gonna be dinner time...get yourself washed up... I will take a leave... Can I take... Clover along?

Gwen : Yes! Of course you don't need to ask me...

Kodie smiles and opens the door.

Kodie : Clover! Come on!

Aayden told about the attack to Kodie and Carwell.

Kodie : From tomorrow... I will only pick her up...
