The next day, me and Camilo planned to tell everyone at dinner. And we had to ask Abuela for permission to announce something to the family, once we did she nodded.

"Camilo and Xye have something to say now." Abuela said while sitting down and me and Camilo both stood up. My heart was racing and his breathing was short and swift.

"Me and Xye went to the lake last night..." Camilo began and looked at me to continue, he was probably nervous or something.

"Oh, er.. well, he asked me something..." Pepa stood up and ran over to hug Camilo.

"This week just keeps getting better and better!" She exclaimed. Dolores smiled beside Mariono. And Bruno stared at me. I felt a pang of pitty towards him. He looked disappointed and sad, but happy at the same time. He really is a mistery... i thought to myself.

"Everyone, we are all greatful and compassionate towards Xye and Camilo's relationship." She kept on saying some more words but I zoned out.

"And to think that you used to get abused..." Camilo gently nudged me.

"Yeah. Amazing how time has the ability to seem like just a day, when in reality it's 3 whole weeks." We giggled to eachother.

After dinner, me and all my friends from the Madrigal family met in Isabella's room again.

"So, can we all just congratulate Xye and her new boyfriend?" Dolores laughed. Everyone started clapping and cheer very quietly so Dolores wouldn't have an earache after. Camilo walked in on our laughing and they started to clap at him as well. I turned towards him and shrugged with a smile.

"Um..." Dolores intercepted him.

"Of course!" She said. Camilo rolled his with a smile and sat down beside me.

"And let's say congrats to our new member!" Mirabel said. She made her infamous Jaz hands and nudged Camilo on the arm. He laughed and Mirabel chuckled. Everyone started to laugh and giggle now.

"Lets have a sleepover in my room please!" Antonio's quiet, but loud, voice said. Everyone nodded and after lunch me and Camilo went to babysit. Cecilia was the first kid to greet me. Me and Cecilia have become close friends.

"How was Dolores' wedding? Is Mirabel going to join you two soon and help babysit us? Did Camilo finally- I mean.." I stopped her to answer all her adorable questions.

"It was amazing, I'll ask Mirabel, and yes he did." I smiled at her. She gasped and the rest of the kids turned their heads symotamiously towards me, gasped, then turned towards Camilo and overloaded him with hugs. I fell to ground laughing while Camilo got flooded with a wave of tiny kids.

"You even got the kids involved!? Oh Camilo!" I couldn't stop laughing until he helped me to my feet. He dusted me off.

"Guess I can't even keep my own secrets!" He giggled lightly and then one of the kids jerked him down to ask him if we could go to his room and they play out how it had happened. Camilo blushed at me and I did too.

"I'm fine with it!" I said excitedly and he nodded. I made the flying cloud and we entered his room. This time, he took my hand and dragged me backstage. He gave me a white dress and I made my headband. He put on his suit and we started replaying everything.

"What do you think a kiss means?" And then the lights went out. We were now done with our play and we bowed at the kids. They all cheered and laughed.

"You two are super cute!" Cecilia told me after I had exited the stage. I giggled at her and she smiled, waiting for a responce.

"Well... you're cute. Oh look, your mom's here!" I tried to change the subject. Her mom waved and Cecilia ran up to her and hugged her. I heard Camilo saying goodbye to another kid before he wrapped his arms around me and we stared after the kids who slowly shrunk into town.

"That was... interesting..." Camilo laughed and giggled back and nudged him slightly.

"Everyday is interesting!" I protested. He tousled my hair for a second then siged. I remembered what Cecilia had said and smiled. This was the place I wanted to stay.

"And to think that you used to be with the Daregals." Camilo tried to be funny but just at the thought of my family my smile faded into a lonely frown. I looked down and hugged myself tight. He must have noticed that I was shaking because he pulled me into a hug and rested his chin on my head.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to-" He began.

"Its fine..." I hugged him back and sank my head into his warm chest. We pulled away when Abuela called dinner.
