The Chapters are all gonna start getting shorter. There's only a few left. I'd say two and a five years forward/epilogue 

As the months past, Sodapop and I stayed together. We were going steady and for the first time in our whole relationship there was nothing getting in the way. We were completely in love

"Hey love," I walk into the DX pecking Soda's lips. "I have open lunch, but I gotta go back to school soon."

"Is Jilly with ya?" Steve asks.

I chuckle as I shake my head, "she got her privilege suspended."

He cocks his head to the side, "how?"

"Jilly isn't the best student," I chuckle.

"Why isn't that a surprise?" He chuckles.

I shrug as I sit on the counter, "at least we're graduating in less than two months."

Sodapop pecks my lips, "how many days do you have left before you're a high school graduate?"

I smile to myself, "well I graduate on June twenty-fourth and it's may third so, I have a month and twenty-one days my love." 

"Wow, you're so smart," he smirks as he picks me up and goes to kiss me.

"Ewe! Ewe! Ewe! Ewe! I am still here guys. Ewe! Ewe! Ewe! Ewe!" Steve starts screaming.

I roll my eyes as Soda puts me down. I look over at Stevie and chuckle, "don't act like I've never seen you and Jilly-yeah. I've even walked in on you tw-"

"Okay!" He yells. "I get it!"

I glance over to see the clock and sigh, "I have to go back to school."

Soda sighs as he grabs my hand, "stay here."

"I have to go," I chuckle as he pulls me onto his lap.

"No you don't," he nuzzles his head into the crook of my neck.

I peck his lips as I pull away from him, "I love you baby and I'll see you later. Remember it takes me ten minutes to walk here, ten minutes to walk back, ten minutes to eat, five minutes to say stop in. I'll see ya at the house."

He sighs, "I love you too baby girl."

"Hey, I'm home," I yell into my house. "Mom?"

I walk into the kitchen to see her sitting at the kitchen table as she looks at a picture tears evident in her eyes. "Mom? Are you okay?"

She wipes her nose as she looks up at me, "oh hey Lace, I didn't release you were home."

I sit down next to her and look down to see her wedding picture the second she went into labor and I laugh softly, "yeah, than there was a Lacey."

"The best thing that's ever happened to me," she smirks as she side hugs me. "Now you're almost out of the house."

"Is that you're crying?" I ask.

"Yeah," she says her voice cracking.

I grab her hand and smile, "you can come with me."

She shakes her head, "I can't just follow you around like a lost puppy and that's why I'm going back home, to Roxbury."

"What?" I ask her. "A few months ago we were gonna live her together."

"I would love, but I have a life in Roxbury and a good one, but you have to stay here my love," she sighs. "I didn't sell the house, I rented it out for a few months while you got settled. You're gonna start a life in Tulsa and this is your house."

"When are you leaving?" I ask her as I hold back tears.

She pulls me in for a long hug, "tomorrow morning."

The next night I sleep over Soda's not wanting to stay in that house by myself. Pony is at a friends. I look around his room before I whisper softly,"Sodapop?"

He turns over and grabs my face pulling my lips to his. He rolls over so I'm on top of him as I kiss him passionately. I pull away as I catch my breathe sitting up before I move my head back down opening my mouth so he can stick his tongue down my throat. He puts his hand on my lower back/upper butt. "I love you," he pants as he pulls away.

I bite my lip as I breathe heavily staring into his eyes, "I love you too."

He pulls my shirt off my small body and puts his hands on my flat stomach, "are you sure?"

I nod my head as I dive back down kissing him slowly, "I'm positive."

He slowly moves his hands behind my back as he kisses my neck. He fiddles with my bra clasp while I quickly pull off his shirt. I place my hand on the middle of his stomach as I stare down at his abs.

He pulls off my bra clasp and I kiss his stomach breathing heavily, "Sodapop, don't ever leave me."

"I won't," he mutters as we stop for a second not staring at each other's body or anything like that just appreciating the relationship we have. After a minute or two we pull off each other's pants. He picks me up and throws me onto the bed as I giggle. He smirks as he whispers, "shhhh, we can't wake up Darry."

I wake up the next morning naked next to Sodapop. I smile as I look over at him pecking his lips, "good morning my love."

"Good morning," he mumbles in a low raspy morning voice. 

I grab the shirt he wore last night as he puts on his pajama pants. I walk over to him kissing his lips once more as I hug him tightly. He grabs my hand as we walk downstairs. Dally looks up at us and smirks, "you guys totally..."

"Shh," Spencer smiles at me.

Jilly walks over to me and whispers, "did you guys use protection?"

I walk over to the door ignoring everybody's hooting and hollering or Darry's glare at Sodapop. I lean against the door and smile, "I'll see you later, after I shower."

He nods as he bends down kissing my lips softly, "I love you."

"I love you too," I bite my lip as I walk out of the house wearing nothing, but Soda's white T-shirt.

Awe! I love the way this ends! I love Sodapop and Lacey together! I love that they're finally happy. I am so proud of the both of them. Ahh! Stay gold. Do it for Johnny!
