Chapter Forty.
The Mastermind Behind Hania's {Zianna's Mother} Accident. And The Real Reason For Hussein To Divorce Her { Part Two}
The two siblings were overprotective of their sister and would protect her even if it was against their parents. When Nour wanted to see Zianna, Dalia needed her to be on her best behaviour.
"I know that I wasn't the best sister you guys hoped to have, but I am...I will try to change for the better for myself and everyone," Nour said to Tayyal and Dalia.
Dalia had to call her older brother to listen to Nour who surprised both of them with her change of behavior.
"You need to understand that you have always bullied our sister ever since she came to live here," Tayyal said, a sad smile formed on his face whenever Zianna would pretend that nothing happened when Nour almost burned her in the kitchen.
"I need to tell...I need to apologize to her for everything that I did. I need to do this, guys. I will tell you what I found out about our mother. She might be planning to hurt our sister and I need to warn her," Nour said, shocking her siblings. "I overheard Mum talking on the phone to someone and they were to meet but something changed and they couldn't meet that day," she explained.
"What are you trying to tell us, Nour? Are you saying that our mother might hurt Zianna because of who she is in our live?" Tayyal asked. "We need to stop her before its too late..."
"No, we don't. We need to keep quiet about this because remember that she will always lie to us, Tay. We need to be more careful about what we do about this. For now, let's go and see Zianna," Dalia said, turning to face Nour. You be on your best behaviour," she added.
They then left to go and see their sister with one thing in their minds. To always protect her even if it's against their mother.
Meanwhile, Nadia was trying to figure out a way to get to her appointment without her husband noticing that she was missing. But what she couldn't understand was the fact that Hussein didn't even bother to ask her why she was always on the phone as he normally would.
To Nadia, it was as if he didn't care about what she did, unlike before, when he would constantly ask her where she was or who she was meeting with.
Nadia needed to confront her husband but she would need to do that without raising suspicions.
She loved the attention that Hussein was giving whenever he would ask her these types of questions.
The last time Hussein was acting was the day when Nadia found out about Hania and Zianna. Even though she refused to believe any of it when she mistakenly saw a message on his phone from her when her friend saw her the proof that Nadia needed to be sure that her husband had another wife and a daughter.
Nadia made it her mission to get rid of them, which she succeeded in doing but by some miracle, the girl was saved.
Could it be that Hussein found out about what I did years ago to Hania? The car accident...No, no, he couldn't have found out about it. Who would tell him when there were no witnesses on that day? And thankfully it was heavily raining, so the investigators deemed it to be just a car accident.
Nadia started to get nervous about the meeting she planned with the same person who caused Hania's accident. And he wasn't the driver, she was.
She just paid him for renting out a car for her to drive that day.
Flashback to the Day Of The Accident.
Hania was in a hurry to get to work after dropping her daughter at school. She was thankful that her boss was a kind woman who knew what it was like to be a single mother as she was one herself. But on this particular day, Zianna didn't want to leave her mother's arms even when Hania constantly reminded her that she would be late to the office.
Hania and Zianna grew closer especially when Hussein had abandoned them when he divorced her.
They were the perfect combination of a mother-daughter duo.
"Zia, we will watch one of your favorite movies after school. After all, it is the weekend," Hania explains to her daughter.
Even though Zianna was almost in high school, she still needed her mother.
"Okay, Mamma. Please drive safe," Zianna tells her mother while looking at the door. It was already starting to rain.
"I will habibty. Now go to class before your teacher scolds you," Hania says, smiling.
Zianna hugged and kissed her mother goodbye not knowing that it was the last time she would ever see her alive.
In the shadows, a figure watched as the mother and daughter hug.
"What a pity that this will be their last day on earth?"
But things don't always go according to plan as Allah's plans are always perfect.
The figure quickly sent a message to none other than Nadia explaining to her what just happened. The problem was that the figure didn't expect Zianna not to join her mother in the car.
After a few minutes, Hania was on her way to work when suddenly she felt someone following her. She looked at her rearview mirror to see a black car with tinted windows coming towards her car.
"Ya Allah, who is this madman and what are they trying to do especially on this rainy day? Don't they know that it's bad when someone speeds on the road when it rains..."
Hania was cut off by her car swerving off the road making her recite the many Duas that her late mother had taught her whenever she would get scared.
As her car stopped, Hania saw the same car coming toward her without stopping. It banged the front of her car, making it fall into the swamp. She was badly hurt due to the impact, all Hania remembered was her daughter and how she would be if she died on this day.
Hania started saying her Shahadah as if she knew her ending was near. Hania didn't know that the driver of the car walked out to see what damage was needed to be rid of the evidence.
Nadia watched as Hania struggled to breathe due to the heavy smoke that was coming out from the exhaust fumes.
She smirked knowing that she got rid of the two and no one would trace anything to her.
"Exactly as I had planned..."
Nadia quickly hurried inside the car and drove away when she heard the sirens coming her way. She didn't want to be there when they pulled Hania and Zianna's bodies out of the car.
A Few days later, Nadia received a message telling her that the daughter had survived and her husband was on her way to the house.
"I had to resort to blackmailing him to divorce and disowning them just for this. I thought I killed both of them. Why does this happen to me? There's always plan B and if that doesn't work then I will have to do it myself."
End Of Flashback.
From that day, Nadia slowly started to poison Nour's mind with malicious things that Hania and Zianna did to her.
After all, she needed her daughter to be by her side even though her other two kids never accepted what she said about their 'beloved sister' and they would call her.
Sending Dalia to boarding school was one of the things she did to separate her from Zianna and she would do it again if she had to.
Just for the sake of saving her family.
Nadia didn't anticipate that someone had heard everything she said and was planning on revealing it to everyone including Zianna.
I wish I could tell someone what kind of monster you are. But in shaa Allah I will be able to tell your entire family about what you did to Zianna and her mother. I will do everything in my power to bring you down. Even if it will be my last breath.
