Passion.
All of it was filled with passion, ecstasy, and love. Their lips molded together like fingers being entwined. It was a mess of teeth, tongue, and lips as the two kissed each other passionately, neither caring about what usually went on in their daily lives. The two who were in love were in a heated moment, both on the queen sized bed. Stiles grinded against Barry creating a moan from the hero beneath him and Barry lightly bit down on his lover's soft bottom lip.

"God, Stiles," Barry breathed out, the feeling of lust coursing through his veins. With the sudden confidence, in a second, Barry had Stiles pinned to the mattress, his hands above his head and the hero drooped his head between his jaw and neck kissing down and lightly sucking on his skin. These were the moments the two longed for, never getting what they wanted due to the fact Barry was always out saving Central City and Stiles was a detective working almost 24/7. The newly engaged couple needed some time to themselves so they headed out to Starling City for the night and rented out a highly expensive but beautiful hotel room paid by the one and only Oliver Queen. Caitlin and Cisco promised them it would be okay for one night so they went off on their own in desperate need of a night to themselves.

knock knock

Barry sighed heavily, "Who is it?"

"Room service!" a voice responded. The voice sounded highly familiar to the two and Barry jumped up ready for who was behind the door and Stiles grabbed onto the gun that was hidden under his pillow. The couple inched towards the door, Barry glancing at his fiance who held the gun low but ready if something were to happen. Barry's pants tightened upon seeing Stiles, his fiance having had a black shirt on that was tight around his biceps and they were bulging from the work outs he does every night and he was a little sweaty which made him appear to look really good looking. His hair had grew out and was kind of long at this point and it made him look sexier in Barry's eyes. After a few more moments of staring, Stiles caught on and gave him a wink causing the hero to become flustered. He shook the thoughts from his brain and smirked to himself and as he gripped onto the handle of the door, he quickly pulled it open.

The British boy, Oliver Barnes appeared and Stiles' gun instantly came up to shoot him but it seemed that he beat him to it. The gun fired, the bullet burying it deep into Stiles' left bicep barely skimming his heart. "NO!"

"NO!" Barry shot up from his chair, a red mark on his cheek from holding up his head and the red head and the long haired boy both turned towards him startled. His cheeks were stained with hot, salty tears making his friends concerned. They wondered what he could have been dreaming about, both though instantly thinking Stiles. Barry did this once before. He used to have dreams, more like nightmares about the love of his life constantly. The nightmares never allowed him to rest at night, getting zero sleep was usual for him at the time.

"Barry? Are you okay?" Caitlin questioned, hopping up from her seat and laying a hand on his shoulder. He jumped startled from the interaction and he was suddenly on his feet, grabbing her hand and was squeezing it with a good amount of strength. "Ow, Barry! What the hell?" he let go, his hand shaking and his breathing got shallow. He couldn't breathe, it felt like the walls were crushing him and the shakiness increased.

"I can't, I can't do this, I-I need to go, I need to go." Barry ran out, grabbing his coat and took long strides out the door. He couldn't be in there any longer, he needed some fresh air and fresh air was what he was gonna get. Using his speed, he was outside within seconds and the cold air rushed towards him, surrounding his entire being and it made the hair on his arms stand up. He put on his black coat, instantly feeling some heat radiate from it and he blew into his hands to make them warm up. His breathing had slowed down a bit, he no longer felt like he was suffocating and that's when the tears kept falling from his eyes.

The hero reached into his pocket, digging for the piece of technology and he pulled it out. With one swift move, he unlocked it and began searching for the one number he needed.

He put the phone up to his ear and waited. The rings continued and continued until it went to voicemail. "Hey, it's Stiles! Leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!"

beep

"Hey, Stiles, it's, um, it's Barry. I don't know why I called, I knew you wouldn't answer. I just, I needed to hear your voice..." his voice cracked and he tried to brush away the tears but they kept falling. "God, I miss you. I miss you so fucking much, it hurts so badly, Stiles. Why'd you have to go? We could have made it work. We could've found a way to beat the nogitsune. You didn't-he didn't have to shoot you, Stiles." he stopped speaking for a moment. The sound of cars was all he could hear as they passed by, each car louder than the last. "I never got to tell you. I never got to tell you those three most important words...I fucking love you, Stiles Stilinski...and I'm sorry I didn't tell you while you were alive. I should have. I should've told you. Maybe-maybe then you wouldn't have gone through with your plan. I blame myself for your death every single day. I feel like-I feel like if I were just a little bit faster, maybe just maybe, I could have saved you. Maybe then your sister wouldn't have left Central City. Maybe then Caitlin wouldn't have to worry about me traveling back in time. Maybe then Cisco wouldn't be so heartbroken and maybe then, I would be happy...happy with you. I guess all I wanted to say was...was that I love you, Stiles. I wish you were here..." his voice dropped down to a whisper, the salty tears sliding down his slightly pink cheeks and he pulled the phone away from his ear, ending the call then stuffed it back into his pocket.

Barry stood there silently while the tears fell freely, the sound of cars filling his ears and birds squawking from above in the sky. His heart ached, he missed Stiles and his sarcastic self. Stiles deserved to be here, not gone. He deserved to have all the love he wants, he deserved the world and no matter what, Barry wanted nothing more than to make that happen. But without Caitlin, he wouldn't be able to do it. Going behind her back would leave him feeling like a bad friend. He wants her happy too and he's willing to sacrifice his own happiness for her. That's one of his best friends and he wasn't willing to let her be alone.

"Barry?" the red head came into view, a small but sad smile on her face and she had a tear-stained face. "Do it."

Barry was taken aback, he became confused and wondered what she meant, "Do what?"

"I am not going to sit here and watch you suffer. I don't care about my happiness, I care about yours and Cisco's. I am willing to let Matthew go if it means you and Cisco will be happy. Stiles needs to be here. This isn't a life I want to live if it means no Stiles." Caitlin explained thoroughly. She wanted to make this sacrifice for them and maybe one day she'll meet Matthew again but for now, she wants her friends happy again.

The hero let the information sink in; never did he think she would allow him to do it. He believed she was caring about her happiness and hers alone. He didn't think it was a bad thing, sometimes she needed to be selfish but he guesses she wants him to be selfish this time. He felt a weight lift from his shoulders, a small smile creeping onto his face and he laughed, picking up the red head and spun her around. "Let's get back our friend!"

And so, for weeks on end, Barry practiced getting faster trying his hardest at it. Day in and day out, he was running and that's all he did. Stiles was his number one priority and he was determined to bring the love of his life back to him.

_______________________________
Across Central City was a man who walked slowly during the night passing by each store that was beginning to close, the lights turning off and the owners going home. The stars were beginning to shine bright up in the nights sky, illuminating the city and it was beautiful to him. He was walking back home from the coffee shop, he had a good but sad talk with his significant other. She was doing an incredible thing for her friends and he was proud of her for making this bold move. He knew she would lose him in return but the man did not care. She would be happy and that was all he wanted. He was in love with her and that was that. Love was selfless. That's what he went by so as he walked the streets of the lit up city, his heart may have been heavy with heartbreak but he felt happy. He will see her again one day, he swears on it.

Suddenly, as he walked by an alley, the man was grabbed by his coat and was yanked into the alley. He went to scream for help but a hand covered his mouth and squeezed. He tried to bite the hand, but whoever it was that grabbed him had only chuckled and threw him into a corner.

"What the hell?"

"Hello, Matthew, it is lovely to see you all grown up and so independent. How's it going with Caitlin? Has she decided to let Barry go back into time?" the voice was so deep, it terrified Matthew and his heart began thumping against his chest speeding up.

Matthew responded, a little angry, "How the hell do you know Caitlin and Barry?"

"Well if you insist on knowing, I am the one who made Stiles turn dark and might I say, I did a pretty good job at it all." he chuckled darkly. "So, Matty, did she make that decision?"

"I am not saying a word to you." he spit at the mans face, the saliva running down his forehead.

"So you want to play that way? Okay. Oliver, come on out please."

Another man made his way into view and Matthew did a double take. He knew of the man, it was the guy that had shot Stiles and murdered him. Matthew's blood ran cold, his heart dropped and he reached towards his phone. "'Ello, mate. Matthew, is it? I advise you to answer my fathers question or I'll make sure you regret it."

"What're you gonna do? Torture me? Ha! Wouldn't the first time, you son of a bitch." Matthew glared at the two men, putting up a fake act of confidence. Without looking, Matthew was able to go to his speed dial and call Caitlin who was beginning to hear the conversation the man was having with Oliver and Oliver's father. "Look, just let me go and you won't get hurt."

"Oh mate, you underestimate me. I am not here to hurt you. Yes, I want information but torturing won't get me anywhere. But I sure can get it from Barry. Thanks for joining us, Barry." Barry stood behind the two men in his red suit and a flash of yellow was seen in his eyes. He was ready to attack them when needed.

"What do you want, Oliver?" asked Barry furiously.

"It's more about what I don't want. I don't want you bringing back Stiles."

"And why is that, Oliver?"

"If you bring Stiles back, you'll bring the nogitsune back. We can't have that." Oliver explained.

"You wanted the nogitsune in the first place. Why not now? We can defeat him."

Oliver's father laughed out loud, not believing Barry could defeat the dark spirit and he began to speak between laughs, "You-you actually believe that you, Barry Allen, can bring down a thousand year old dark spirit?"

"Yes I do. It'll take a lot, I know that, but I will bring back Stiles and defeat the nogitsune. I don't care what you say."

"The nogitsune is a thousand years old. He's had experience, he can and will kill you and all of your friends. Don't test him."

"Why don't you want him back?"

The man began to reveal the truth. "Because he had paid me a visit before your little boyfriend and my son came up with that stupid plan. He told me he would kill everyone I ever loved. Believe it or not, I do have people I care about. Nobody is born evil, Mr. Allen. I have a wife, I have three kids. Oliver being one of them and Matthew as well. Matthew was my first child and I got rid of him because I was young. Mr. Allen, I advise you to move on with your life. Marry that one girl you had previously been in love with. We'll meet again, Barry, very soon." with that, the man and Oliver stalked off leaving Barry and Matthew confused and alone in the alley.

Hey guys so, I decided to post this chapter because I already had it written out. I haven't decided on whether or not I want to continue this series. I'm leaning towards continuing at least this book. I do have another book in the making that I really want to publish. It's an original book about these five kids in high school. I'd love if you guys would check it out but if you have struggled with bullying, depression, selfharm and/or suicide, that book might trigger you. Thank you for reading!
