I'm so sorry you have been broken so many times. But I want you to know, you are stronger than you will ever know, because no matter how many times you are shattered or broken, you keep beating.

Dear Soul,
You have so many wounds from the battles you have fought through and survived. Yet, you wear them like the champion you are. You still give others the benefit of the doubt always hoping for something good to happen, forever optimistic. Keep pushing through.

Dear Mind,
You have seen things no one would have ever imagined or thought would ever happen to you. Yet you stand back up again and keep pushing forward no matter how many times you break down. You keep fighting to remain alive, and you prove every person who has ever doubted you, wrong. You are stronger than anyone would have ever imagined. Dont give up now, things will get better.

Dear Body,
You have gone through so much pain, broken bones, open wounds,  and stories behind every one of your scars. You are amazing, you heal yourself, you fight anything bad flowing through your veins, and you use your weaknesses to become stronger, a broken bone grows back stronger, your health improves and you push through everything this world throws at you. Please keep going and dont give up on me please.
