It had been weeks since we heard anything from my "one true love" i mostly stayed at the precinct or hung out with Maria or Aaron since no one wanted me to be alone i moved in with Aaron. I only chose him because I felt most comfortable around him.  Right now we were at home looking at the evidence. Lately I have been helping with the cases. As we were going over the evidence I  got a text from a blocked number "hey princess" the text read "Who are you" I sent back "Your one true love" he texted quickly I stood up looking at the words glaring at me. "what is it" Aaron said looking at the scared detached look on my face  I took a deep breath then showed the phone to him. he sighed gave me the phone back and stood behind me watching as i typed "What do you want" i started pacing back and forth worried as to what the answer would be. " I hate to start this relationship off with a lie but your friend just might be alive  ticktock goes the clock lover" he sent and that was when my heart clenched "how can i believe you" i sent back to him "you can't trust me but who knows she might be alive she might not be you have to find out you have 24 hours" that was the last text i  got. i quickly stood up pacing back and forth muttering incoherent words under my breath when a thought popped into my mind. " where was it you found me when i was taken" I said the thoughts about my best friend alive again floating through my mind. He quickly grabbed a folder "7901 Mycroft road" he rattled off the address quickly  "Why? Do you think he could have taken her there?" he asked his eyebrows furrowing as he thought about it "i mean it is possible but unlikely... but maybe he left a clue there we should get a back up team ready to help with the search. Did you notice how he did not actually say that she was alive he only said she might be alive" I said "what if he just wants to put us on a  giant goose chase" i said freaking out. Aaron got up quickly walking over to me "we will be fine okay no one is gonna hurt you because i wont let them okay no one is gonna touch you" he said giving me an adorable half smile "okay"i sighed. "where do we start" he asked "we'll i could try to trace the text if i can find where he is maybe we could get   him first and interrogate him" i said pulling out my lap top quickly typing in the password 'cheatercheaterbestfriendeater' "You still never told me where your password came from" he said smirking slightly "it the name of my favorite song now shush  i need to concentrate okay" i said smiling up at him. He mock saluted and said"Yes captain" that comment making me giggle. it was quite for a few moments when I gave up "okay i got nothing it has been to long lets head to the station" i said sadly walking toward the door. We walked to the car got in and drove to the precinct. "Do you think she is still alive i mean statistically speaking it is almost impossible right" i said staring out the windows out of the corner off my eyes i saw Aaron look over "who cares about statistics." He said placing his hand on my knee comfortingly and i hated how this one action caused butterflies to explode in my stomach.  When we finally made it to the precinct we ran inside not noticing the man in a black hood and sunglasses walking towards there car. Once inside the precinct we went straight to the evidence board set up for my case and wrote down the phone number on the board "what is that" Maria asked "okay so me and Aaron were at home looking up stuff for the recent case when i got a text from this random number from a blocked number i-" i was cut off by the shrill shriek of my cell phone and looked at the id it was a blocked number i quickly answered and signaled them to start tracing the number. "Hello" i said the phone on speaker "hello lover" a deep voice said from the other side off the phone "What do you want" i said a steel edge to my voice "Just to warn you 21 hours left my love you better get cracking" i looked at the guys signalling me to keep talking "can you at least give me a hint" i pleaded "now wheres the fun in that sweetheart" he said and you could tell he was smirking i looked at the guys who nodded "okay ill find her myself" i said determination coloring my voice "i bet you will love" "goodbye" i said then hung up before he could say anything "did you find him" i asked hope and desperation filling my tone "we did Aaron said smirking i giggled and jumped into his arms smiling so wide my cheeks hurt as he spun me around "alright romeo why don't you put her down so we can go get this guy" Maria said smirking at the scene in front off her Aaron quickly let me go clearing his throat and scratching the back off his neck awkwardly. "Let's go" I said a light blush covering my cheeks we went outside to our designated cars and when me and Aaron opened are cars we were met with an unpleasant surprise as the car blew up as soon as we opened the doors i heard a loud ringing in my ears as i looked over to where Aaron was to make sure he was okay I looked at him his body still and not moving.
