I wake up to the nurse coming in with a police. "Good morning Mrs. Prior this is Officer Gaines. He will be in charge of your case. I explained everything you told me to him but he still has a few more questions." "Ok." I look next to me and see Tobias still asleep. I reach over and shake him. "Wake upppp." He groggily wakes up and looks around him. "What's going on?" "This is Officer Gaines he is going to be charge of this case." "Oh ok. I'm going to go make a phone call I'll be back in a few." "Alright." He walks out and Officer Gaines starts asking me questions.

TOBIAS POV

I walk to the closest nurse's stations and ask them when Tris is expected to be discharged. "She should be out by at least tomorrow night if everything goes ok. If not then by at the latest next week." "Thank you." I go call Zeke. "Hey Zeke I just got told Tris should be out by tomorrow. Will IT be done by then?"

"Yeah actually it's done now. We are all moving her stuff in right now."

"How did you get passed Andrew?"

"I talked to a few people and found out he is on a business trip for the next few days."

"Oh. Ok, I've got to go and tell the police where he is before they leave. I'll talk to you later."

"k. Talk later."

I walk back to Tris' room and see the Officer Gaines is still here. I go sit down by Tris and take her hand in mine. "Alright, that's all of the questions for now. Is there anything you want to say Mr. Eaton?" "Yeah. I was talking to a friend and they said that Andrew was on a business trip for the next few days." "Thank you that means we can be waiting for him when he gets home." I nod and he heads out. You wouldn't happen to have brought my backpack would you?" Tris ask. "Yeah, let me grab it." I walk over and grab her backpack from the little closet. I hand it to her and she takes out an old beaten up note book.

Tris POV

I grab my song note book out of my backpack and find the most recent song I have been writing. I call it 'Fight song' (If you guessed I don't own this song your right. This is by Rachel Platten.) I finish up the chorus when the gang burst through the door. "Hey guys." "Hey Tris." They all say at the same time. Tobias shrugs his shoulders. "What am I chopped liver." "Don't worry babe I still love you." Zeke says and jumps into Tobias' lap. "Thanks babe, but get off me." He shoves Zeke off his lap and we all burst out laughing. Zeke looks hurt and walks over to Shauna. "At least some one here loves me." We roll our eyes at his behavior and continue to talk and have fun for the rest of the day.
