" Alright class my name is Mrs. Wu but please call me Tori. Since today is the first day of school you can draw what ever you want. Go ahead and begin." I pull out my pad of paper and begin to work on a saying Toby and I use to have. 'Today, Tomorrow, Forever.' When I finish I see I still have 45

minutes left. I grab another piece of paper and start to doodle. " Alright class its time to show what you drew. I pull back and see I drew me in a corner crying alone. Just then I notice Tori is standing beside me looking at my drawing. " Why did you draw this?" I shrug. " I don't know I just kind of started to draw randomly and came up with this." I tell her. " Can I hold onto this and talk to you after class?" " Sure." I pack up my stuff right as the bell rings. I walk over to Tori's desk. " Do you want to tell me the real meaning behind this drawing?" I sigh. " I feel alone. My home life is horrible my Mom and Brother died and I'm left with my 'father'. Then when I come to school I feel like no one is there for me. That the minute I make friends and they find out who I really am they will leave. I can't take any more abandment." I tell her now in tears and sobbing non-stop. She pulls me into a hug and lets me stand there and cry. " it's okay Tris. I promise if you let people they won't leave you. If you ever need anything just find me I will always help." I pull back and wipe my tears away. " Thank you Tori." " It's no problem. Now you should probably head out I pretty sure I have seen Four standing outside the door for the past 5 minutes." She says pointing to Four standing outside the door. I nod and head out. " Hey Tris can I talk to you?" " Yeah." We walk out to the football bleachers and sit down. We sit there for awhile just staring into each others eyes. " Bea?" Only one person use to call me that.

FLASHBACK

" You can't catch me Toby."

" Oh yeah."

I run through his yard while we play tag. Just then Toby jumps out of no where and tags me.

" Gotcha Bea."
