At lunch

TRIS POV

While walking to lunch I tell everyone to go ahead while I get something out of my locker. I find my wallet when all of a sudden I am slammed into my locker. I look up to see Lauren. "What do you want?" I hiss through the pain. "For you to stay away from Four. He's mine." I roll my eyes. "Last time I checked he isn't yours ." She slams my head into the locker again. "Because if he was yours I wouldn't be wearing these rings." She goes to slam my head again but I take my chance and flip her before running to the cafeteria. I walk in and take my seat by Tobias. "What took so long?" He asks. "I got held up by Lauren." "Are you okay?" "Yeah." I place my head on his shoulder but quickly move because of the pain. "What's wrong and don't say nothing I know you." "My head hurts it's nothing." "Okay." He places a kiss on my forehead and eats his lunch.

We walk in and I go straight to the couch to lie down. "Tris are you sure you're okay?" "Yeah. I'm fine my head just hurts." "What did Lauren do?" "She slammed me up against my locker. But, I ended up flipping her to get away." I tell him with my eyes closed. "Do you want any Advil?" "Please." He goes to the kitchen and comes back with a pill and water. I take it and lay my head on Tobias' lap while the gang does home work.

I walk into the music room with Tobias and wait for Tori. Today we are practicing for the singing competition. "Hey guys glad you could make it. Let's get started. What song did yall choose?" I flip to the song in my book and hand it to her. "It's a song I wrote called 'Like I'm gonna loose you'." "Alright let's start on it. (Watch the video) "That's really good. I still want yall to practice it every day. Also yall need to choose one of you to sing by you self and what song." We nod and head to our next class.

Tobias and I go to the recording room and talk about who should sing. "I think you should do it. If you sing during this you could be discovered and get a record deal." Tobias tells me. "I don't know I've never performed by myself in a really big crowed before. Music class is about as big of a crowed I have performed in front of." "You can do it; I know you'll do great." "Thanks. I guess I'll do it but you can't hear the song till I perform it." "Deal." He kisses y cheek while I start on a new song.
