Chapter-32

Author's POV:-

Shanaya looked at the magnificent building of Surya's apartment. She entered inside and went to his floor before barging inside when she saw three members instead of the usual two.

    She raised her eyebrows at the new found boy infront of her. "Who is this baggage?" She asked settling down with Adwait. "Aliens like you don't understand. Leave it." She heard the boy saying as he settled beside Surya.

    Shanaya gaped at him. Did he just call her an alien? Who the hell... Can't he see what a beauty she is? How dare he call her an alien? Shanaya thought as she glared at him and in return she too received a glaring from him.

     "Loo-" "Any new news? From college that I have to know?" She heard Surya and sighed at him.

        "Well your girl got into a rift with that Kunal. He asked her to bed him." Shanya casually said and Surya's eyes snapped at her. " What actually happened?" Surya asked with dead cold seriousness and Shanaya didn't waste a time and told him about everything. Surya pinched his bridge if nose and heaved a big sigh trying not to thrash things around him.

         "That asshole!" Adwait grunted imagining Vanya in tears, even though he wasn't that close with her yet he care for her deeply, she indeed is a fresh bloomed bunch of flowers that refreshes anyone's mood! Over all these days he watched her close.

Adwait saw Surya slightly narrowing his eyes thinking deeply and he knew by then that he is not going to go smooth on Kunal, when he saw a smirk on his face he knew! He is definitely not going to!!

The next Day:-

The sun is blazing hot even though it has some time for the summer season.

    Vanya stretched her hands and got up from the library. " I don't know why I am feeling so... Light today." She told Jhanvi. "Yeah yeah, why a topper like you won't feel all that, here I am crying because we have exams in less than a week and you a bitch is feeling light? Happy? Aghhhh" Jhanvi whined frowning.

         She looked straight and saw Adwait with Surya and Shanaya as usual. She smiled at Adwait and he waved at her. He motioned for her to come and even though all of this is an act, she felt happy that she can see her crush closer and talk with him.

      She looked at Vanya whose head is bent and is in deep thought, without thinking a minute she grabbed her hand which broke Vanya's trance and her eyes landed on Surya. He looked at her and stiffened at her.

         Adwait looked at Jhanvi and smiled and started talking about random things wantedly. Surya looked at Vanya who bent her head.

     "Hey!" Shanaya chirped trying to ease the tension between the childhood mates. "Hi." She heard Vanya's faint voice and smiled at her warmly making Vanya smile at her too. A genuine one! Which Surya badly missed. How badly he want to crush her in his arms an never let her go? Certainly that isn't something even he can say how much but he knew if he have a chance! He would treasure her like a precious possession of his, indeed she is precious.

    Unknown to him he smiled when he saw her biting her lips, which she does when she is nervous. "What is making you nervous Senõrita?" Even before Surya can control his mouth he blurted out making her snap out of her trance and look at him with her big doe eyes not at all failing to capture his heart now for the millionth time! She will become my death one day! Surya thought.

         "Senõrita?" Vanya's sweet voice reached his ears and he awkwardly looked away from her making their friends bit their inside cheeks to stop themselves from grinning ear to ear.

             "Stop doing this Surya." Her voice came out strained and he looked at her who is having tears. " Vanya?" He called her out and she closed her eyes containing herself from breaking down infront of him. "Surya I don't know the reason but I know this that you are my Surya, and you have been avoiding me intentionally, if you are intending to do so in the near by future then stay away please!" She managed to complete, stunning the other four around her.

   Surya is the first one to come out of his trance. "And why does my absence and presence effect you?" His voice sounded stupid to her ears when she finally looked at him with those red puffy eyes.

          "Because I love you." She whispered.... Her heart skipped a beat as she finally confessed her feelings... Surya looked at her as she closed her eyes. Her confession, not only shocked herself but everyone standing there... Even some students who have been standing there watching the show!

    Without giving a look, Surya marched off from the place, as a sad smile and tears gathered in Vanya's love... As she felt the pang in her heart   heart breaking pain, enveloped all her body. What did she expect from him?

Short chapter... I know but I got less time to write this chapter. Going to update a lengthy chapter soon!!

Also I know Vanya's confession is abrupt! But, their's is a different story, not really a cliche one... So bare with it 😉.
