I felt, it's unfair for me to do that.

This will be the last update... Since I will be updating after few days or months, I don't know.

And about that problem actually is that I ignored my studies for a quite a time and no! Watty is not the reason... It was because of lack of interest. Now I am catching up on them. So it will take me awhile to get back here. But don't worry now I am getting the matter to my hands and everything will be alright, but the updates might take sometime since I will be a little more busy than usual.

Chapter-30

Vanya's POV:-

I looked at the lecturer, who started introducing the subject, he is going to teach. Jhanvi silently sat beside me listening to the lecturer intently, where as I on the other hand stuck up to the incident just before the class started. Surya forgot me? Did he forgot how we used to be with eachother?

The thought of Surya not being with me the same way he used to be so churned my stomach and I just want nothing but to make this heavy feeling in my heart disappear... When I saw him... I felt like someone brought back all my wishes.. I felt the love I am trying to forget and the feelings I am trying supress broke free and travelled like butterflies all over my body.. the minute my eye catched his those features I felt as if someone locked my eyes with his.. I couldn't even turn my gaze even if I want to.. its as if he just came out from my dreams...

But the moment he said 'Do I know you?' I felt like someone repeatedly stabbed my heart... It pained me alot that he didn't remember me that much and missed me as I missed him.. but still the love I have for him is not lessened. So what if he forgot the memories we created? We still can create more right? I thought.

The class ended and soon the next class started. When the mam is about to say something we heard some commotion outside near our class and saw few bunch of people entering. I looked upto find Surya and the other two people who were there before we came to classes along with few other seniors.

"Students, since your super seniors will be busy in preparing and for their last year your third year seniors are here to acquaint themselves.." she said and one of them came forward.

"Hello everyone, my name is Sumit Nandan." He said as his eyes travelled on every student in class. "I am student council leader." He said and started to go on to talk about everything.. which I didn't pay any heed instead my eyes met a pair of black ones which are staring at me intently and when I started staring back he avoided my gaze at all costs. My head snapped to the guy next to him whose name is Adwait or so and found him look beside me and saw how he is looking at Jhanvi. Biting my lip not knowing anything to do I simply looked at that student council guy to avoid Surya.

Soon he ended his talk and left the class as the bell too rang make us lift our butts up from the bench. I was walking in the corridors with Jhanvi as those seniors tagged us behind except for Sumit sir who is ahead of us talking with someone beside him. My thoughts started to wander around college, honestly, when I checked about this college in the website for the first time, I was studying tenth, I was determined to crack that exam to join here. And looks like it's going to be one of the best thing I have ever done considering two things, one I love this college genuinely and second, Surya.

     I don't know what happened when I suddenly felt something slippery and was about to fall at someone when that person turned and held me captive in his arms, he steadied me immediately and when I looked, it was that Student Council leader guy.

    I thanked him with a grateful smile. "What is your name?" He asked. "Vanya Sir." I replied to which he smiled.

       We are just having some mild conversation when I saw an angry Surya walking past us to somewhere.

             I heard two chuckled but thought to let that go.

    After a minute, we ended the conversation with a bye. "He seems like a nice person don't you think?" I asked Jhanvi who is looking at our back.

Author's POV:-

Vanya looked back to find out she is looking at those same people whom they met with Surya earlier. Watching her they came to her. "Adwait." That guy forwarded his hand. Vanya shook her hand with him and Jhanvi speculated him with her eyes.

        Adwait felt that girl burning his head with her mere stare. The girl is beautiful. He thought.

        "Myself Shanaya!" Shanaya excitedly joined her hands with Vanya and Jhanvi.

            "Where is Surya?" Vanya asked trying to get the information from his friends. "Ahhh he is a bit off! So went to spend some lone time." Shanaya blabbered ignoring Adwait's hissing and signals of shutting her mouth. "But why?" Vanya asked now frowning.

              "Just like that...." Adwait trailed and immediately changed the subject to the canteen and all... The whole day passed in blur without another glace of Surya....

          A whole week passed into them getting in college and Sumit and Vanya kinda became close. Surya's anger can be felt at his mere presence as Shanaya and Adwait made their way into his private apartment which he bought as soon as he reached the eligible age to live freely as he desired. Honestly he is sick of his family except for his sweet devil who is life.

            His thoughts suddenly stopped on Vanya and then the image of Sumit holding her waist while protecting her from falling down made its way as if crashing infront of his eyes, that sight was so unpleasant to watch that Surya's head is hammering with each time he is thinking about those two.

           "Adwait? Vanya looked so good with Sumit right?" Surya's ears caught those words.

          "What a heroic pose back then when he held her in his arms?" Shanaya knowingly added fuel to his burning anger to let him realise himself what he is losing.

      But in the mean time she is attracting the danger. "They can be a good coupl-" "Shut. The. Fuck. Up. Shanaya." Surya grunted turning towards them.

      "You won't go to her and tell her you like her and you are expecting her to stay single for you till death? Common Surya, don't be ridiculous." Shanaya snorted and Adwait signalled her to shut up.

    But Shanaya loves to mess people's mind. "See Surya, now you can oversee her with any other guy! What if one day she gets married and-" "Shut the fuck up... I said shut the fuck up." Surya's nose flared as he gripped Shanaya's jaw tightly. "The truth hurts Surya. Doesn't it? You are being an ass to yourself and to her too!" Surya left her jaw and punched the nearby wall.

       "Get Lost!" He barked at them. One side. His father asked him to leave for Russia. Another side Vanya is being close with Sumit. He didn't like it, not at all! There is this unsettling feeling rising in his chest making his want to punch that asshole who touched his Vanya. Pinching his bridge of nose he calmed himself down and called Sumit and asked him to come over.

     Adwait was leaving to his place after dropping Shanaya in girls hostel when his eyes landed on the girl who is walking inside to the dorms, with a package in her hand.

    Adwait stopped his car and got out of it as he made his way to the girl. What is her name again? Jhanvi right?

             "Hey." He said and Jhanvi was shocked to see her handsome senior in their hostel premises.

           "Hi." She said looking into his eyes. She found him cute and adorable with hot and handsome but it's too early to judge someone. "What is that in your hand?" Adwait asked and Jhanvi didn't hesitate. "Oh, actually Vanya got her periods and I am taking her some fruits, chocolates etc, to eat. She gets so much of stomach pain in periods!" Jhanvi said out loud her thoughts.

         "Oh!" Adwait mumbled not knowing what to say. "You are Surya's best friend right?" He heard Jhanvi and looked up at her. " Yeah." He said and saw her biting her lips which distracted him more than necessary. "Do you know why he suddenly left few years back and never returned to Hyderabad?" This question caught him off gaurd.

       She is asking him such a question to which only Surya can answer. It will be validate only if he says why he left and never returned. "Ugh-" "It's alright if it is something personal. It's just that Vanya love him alot." Jhanvi said immediately biting her tongue. The newly found information made Adwait go nuts. They both love each-other but...

        "Surya does too... Surya likes her alot!" Adwait said looking down. "Wanna become a cupid?" A mischievous smile adorned Jhanvi's lips which made Adwait chuckle. "Nah! If Surya gets to know he will kill me-" "Ah! It's only if he gets to know right?" Jhanvi cut him off. Adwait's smile widened as he forwarded his hand to her. She too did the same joining her's in his rough ones sending jolts of pleasure to her veins... That was the official start of their journey!
