The Harder You Work; The Luckier You'll Get.

"Harry, Draco, you have an owl from someone named Dean Thomas," Narcissa called out from the lounge room while she was petting Hedwig and just hoped her voice was loud enough for them to hear. But she was heard as two sets of footsteps came rushing into the lounge room and Draco snatched the letter from her grasp. Hedwig hooted and Narcissa continued to pet her snowy white feathers.

"Well, is it what I think it is?" asked Harry as he and Draco studied the envelope with a Celtic cross and a few clovers, which are called shamrocks in Ireland, displayed on the four corners of the envelope. He was holding Cassiopeia to his chest, the baby girl asleep and peaceful.

"I don't know," said Draco who just stared at the envelope with a smile. He couldn't believe he was getting excited over a Gryffindor's wedding invitation if that's what it was. Harry's Gryffindork friends wouldn't send an Owl to the Manor if it wasn't important.

"Are you going to open it?" Narcissa asked them earnestly as she sank down onto the lounge. She stared at the envelope, not knowing why her son and Harry were getting so excited over it.

Draco carefully opened the envelope and took out the definite invitation to a wedding which was white and had shamrocks vining from one corner of the paper to the next corner.

                                                                  Mr and Mrs Finnegan

                                                                  Request the honour

                                                                     Of your presence

                                                                      At the marriage

                                                                          Of their son

Seamus Connor Finnegan and Dean Edward Thomas.

                                                  Saturday, the second of February

                                                           Six o'clock in the evening.

Balleymargarvey Village, Balrath, Co. Meath, Ireland.

"Yes!" beamed Harry and wrapped his free arm tightly around Draco's waist. Finally, his dorm mates are getting married! And in Ireland! Oh, how are they going to get there? It must be by Floo or a Portkey. "They finally did it. I'm bloody excited!"

Draco was just surprised and smiled brightly as Harry hugged him. He hugged him back and placed a kiss on Cassiopeia's tiny forehead, then a kiss on Harry's forehead. Another wedding he and Harry will go to! What will he wear this time?

"Now this is just so sweet," said Narcissa after hearing that two boys her son and Harry's age are getting married next year. She just wants to start organising the wedding ceremony like any proud mother would. But her son and Harry wanted to wait.

"We need to go robe shopping again," Draco said quickly as he ran his finger over his bottom lip, already thinking of what he could wear. But what could he wear to an Irish wedding?

"Or," Harry says as he gave Draco's neck a kiss. "We can just wear what we wore to Bill and Fleur's wedding. Saves us from going out again to look for something to wear. Besides," he rumbled in his blonde wizard's ear. "You look absolutely gorgeous in a matching outfit with me." He would have said he looked 'sexy' but didn't want to say it in front of Narcissa. "What do you say, babe?"

Draco turned his head to the side but didn't look at Harry. He looked down at the floor and listened to Harry's voice like it was a beautiful song flowing through a room. "I guess we can wear those dress robes from Bill and Fleur's wedding." He smiled and looked at Harry, who stared back at him with emerald green eyes that sparkled brightly like real emeralds. "And you looked absolutely sexy in that red tailcoat that matched my green one."

"Dracooo, what the absolute sodding hell!" Harry whined with a prolonged 'o', flushing because his fiancé had just told him that in front of Narcissa. Can't he keep his embarrassing little opinions to himself? Merlin...

Narcissa chuckled with her hand over her mouth, enjoying hearing this all. She'd honestly give anything to these two, her favourite young men. She gets up off the couch and takes Cassiopeia from Harry's arms, then sits her on the lounge and sits beside her.

Draco smirked, moved his face towards Harry's and caught his Gryffindor fiancé's lips with his own in a soft kiss. He turned his body around and pressed himself against Harry as he deepened the kiss and his arms wrapped around Harry in a hugging position.

Harry was smiling in the kiss, and also the hug. He felt so relaxed and warm in Draco's loving embrace and the kiss just made it all better as the slide of Draco's lips over his own spread warmth and love all through him.

Narcissa smiled at the snogging boys and decided to leave them alone for a while and took Cassiopeia with her. The marriage of these two boys her son and Harry know must be exciting. She certainly is excited even if she has never met Seamus Finnegan or Dean Thomas before. She wishes them good luck on their wedding day though.

Draco leaned away from the breathtaking kiss as he was running out of breath quite quickly and he could tell Harry was too. He kept his arms around Harry and pressed his lips together with a smile. Merlin's Beard, he loves Harry's soft feathery kisses. He stared into his Gryffindor fiancé's emerald green eyes and smiled as he was so in love with Harry that now, thanks to the wedding invitation, he had weddings stuck in his head.

Draco knows he cannot wait to marry this man in his arms. He just needs to. He feels so alive and loved when with Harry and wants to always wake up with Harry by his side, to give and share love and gifts, to give Harry a mother and father-in-law, and to marry into either the Potter name or for Harry to marry into the Malfoy name. He doesn't mind what name they both choose, but he'll make sure Harry picks the name. He wants Harry to pick their last name.

Harry smiled at him, gave him a little peck on the lips and rested his head on Draco's shoulder as they continued hugging. Oh, what a wonderful life. What more could he possibly want out of life? Nothing. He wants nothing else because he has everything that he wants right here with him.

*****

Harry actually spent the rest of their supposed-to-be-living-in-the-muggle-world holiday at Malfoy Manor with Draco and Narcissa. He and Draco mostly spent their time outside either playing a couple rounds of Quidditch or enjoying a nature walk in the forest a few miles from the Manor with Cassiopeia in a cute little outfit.

Everything changed when they were walking up to Draco's room but they discovered a brown school owl as they walked past the Owl Tower. They thought that maybe it had gotten itself lost, but owls rarely do that. This owl was holding a letter in its mouth, so whatever it was it had to be important.

"What do you think it's about?" asked Harry who tilted his head to the side when studying the owl, and oddly enough, the owl did the same. He chuckled at the owl, and the owl hooted and flapped its wings.

"I think the owl likes you, Harry," Draco says sweetly but scowls at the owl. "But let's find out what it is about shall we?" He snatched the letter from the owl's beak and ignored it as he opened the letter to read it out loud, and Harry just sat with the owl, petted, and fed it a treat.

To Mr Potter and Mr Malfoy,

The position of Potions teacher and Defence against the Dark Arts has been handed down to you since Professor Snape and Professor Lupin are no longer here with us. I do not mean they're not alive. They are, do not fret, but their location to me is unknown. It appears that they have left you both instructions about what you need to do this year with their classes.

Now, as I know Mr Malfoy was pregnant last year, I'm certain he's already had the baby. As for your baby, I can arrange for some of the house elves who work in the Hogwarts kitchens to look after her. Or if Narcissa is willing to, she can look after your baby. We can arrange something for sure.

Now, no certain degree is required to take these positions if you want to know. If you have any questions, please by means owl me. Please owl me your answers to my request by the end of the weekend before the students go back to their classes on Monday. They need their professors and right now, and both of you I trust more than anybody who would apply for the positions.

Sincerely,

Headmistress McGonagall.

Draco and Harry were both speechless. What did the professor mean by Severus and Remus' location was unknown? What happened to them? Where did they go? Why did they leave?

"So," Harry tried but it was hard to find words to say because his fathers had disappeared off the face of the Earth without explanation. "Umm... I don't want McGonagall to have to search for new professors before the student's classes start."

"I agree with you," Draco said shortly after the owl hooted and flew around the room in a whirlwind of feathers. "Should we go looking for Sev and Remus?"

"I don't know, Draco," said Harry with a little head-shake. "I think if they wanted their location known they would have at least told someone. So, I guess they don't want to be found, but I do know they'll come back soon. I have a feeling that they will."

"We should discuss this," Draco says and begins to pace the room with his hands on his hips. "We have a baby daughter; are we ready to go back to Hogwarts even after just graduating as students? Are we ready to teach students? Are we ready to take on responsibilities like such?"

"Well, McGonagall insists it should be us," Harry says. "Otherwise, she'd have a week left to find two other teachers that are able to teach Potions or Defence." He stepped in front of the blonde, stopping him from his pacing. He reaches for Draco's hands with a smile. "We'll figure it all out. We'll figure out what we'll do when it comes to Cassiopeia."

Draco sighed and smiled too when he gave Harry his hands. His dark-haired fiancé pulled his hands to him and kissed his knuckles, and Draco chuckled and kissed him. Then he walked into the next room, sitting at the royal wooden desk he pulled out the two drawers, a stack of parchment in one drawer and an ink pot and eagle owl quill in the other drawer. He took out one sheet of parchment, the ink pot, quill and began writing a reply. Before the quill touched the parchment, he felt arms wrap loosely around his neck and soft lips that he knew belonged to Harry kiss his cheek.

To Headmistress McGonagall,

On behalf of myself and Harry Potter, we would be delighted to attend Hogwarts as Professors for Potions class and Defence Against the Dark Arts. But when we arrive, we have a few questions to ask you about Severus Snape and Remus Lupin and why they have decided to disappear, and anything else that comes to mind.

Draco turned his head to the side until he could at least see Harry a bit. "I'm guessing you want to apply for Defence if I'm not mistaken?"

Harry nodded, "Yes, and you suit the job as a Potion's Professor. You'll be wonderful at it." Draco smiled and got back to writing the letter.

About the positions, Harry chose to be the Defence Professor and I, the Potion's. Owl us when you want us to come by so we can officially get started. What do we need for the positions, though? Any books? Outfits? We hope to hear from you soon.

Warm regards,

Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter.

"Outfits?" Harry laughed. "Of course, you'd ask about that, you absolute posh wanker."

"Oh, shove off, scar-head!" Draco said with a smirk, reaching up beside him to pinch Harry's ear lobe, satisfied hearing Harry's slight hiss of protest. "One can never not look good, even for work!" He then checked out his nails as Harry snorted.

Draco folded the letter up twice and grabbed one of the envelopes in the drawer with the ink pots. Placing the letter in the envelope, he sealed it up and stamped it with the Malfoy crest wax seal. "Let's hope we get a response soon," he says when closing up the ink pot and putting it away back in the drawer. He stood up from the chair, Harry's arms disappearing from his neck and he went back inside the Owlery to give the school owl the letter.

They watched the school owl fly away until they couldn't see it anymore from the trees in the distance. "Shall we tell Narcissa about this new stage in our life?" Harry asks him and places his arm around his waist.

"I think we should," said Draco, forgetting about the owl and looking at the sunset in the distance. "I know she would like to know what we're going to do away from the Manor. How long do you think we'll be taking Severus and Remus's job for?"

Harry shrugged and looked into his grey eyes which were looking outside. He gave Draco's neck a kiss and rubbed his thumb over Draco's soft cheek. "I don't really know; it all depends on why they left which I haven't an idea. But let's go tell Narcissa now."

Draco looked at him and smiled brightly as he nodded. "Of course," he said and walked out of the Owlery with Harry. They found Narcissa in the sitting room where they told her what the letter Headmistress McGonagall Owled them was about.

"Oh, congratulations!" Narcissa beamed and hugged both of them. "I'm so proud of you both. But I'm sorry Severus and Remus have disappeared, even I don't know where they went."

"It's alright, mother," said Draco and rubbed her back in the hug. But then he leaned away from the hug, and Harry did the same. "They will hopefully come back whenever they want to, for whatever reason they went away in the first place.

"We're just hoping they will come back," said Harry and his brows drew closer together; he really hoped Severus and Remus were okay and safe someplace. "I wish Dad could have at least told me where he and Remus were going. It makes me worry because they could be anywhere in the world, and we have no idea where they are and if they're in danger."

Narcissa looked at him solemnly and rubbed a hand up and down his arm to assure him that everything would be fine. "Harry, I'm extremely sure they will be fine. If they get into danger, they can get themselves out of it."

"Mother is right, you know," Draco told Harry quietly but Narcissa could easily hear her son as the room was as silent as a mouse. He kissed Harry's cheek just to make him feel better and it did, it made Harry feel grateful that he has such a wonderful fiancé and Draco's lovely mother.

"Yes, mother is always right," Narcissa agreed with him with a strong nod. She placed her hands on their backs and led them out of the sitting room by saying, "Mother also knows that dinner's ready now, so you must get Cassiopeia and head down to the dining room. I'll feed her tonight if you'd like."

Harry smiles at her, "Only if you don't mind." He really liked this family because they actually feel like family to him. Even Lucius is like a father to him, to some extent. He just realized he has four dads. His deceased one, Severus, Remus and possibly son-in-law to Lucius in the future. He's hoping that one day he will be a part of this family.

*****

To Mr Potter and Mr Malfoy,

I'm happy to answer your questions when you arrive at Hogwarts. Come by as soon as possible so you both are ready to teach the students. No books or necessities are required, but I do require you both to dress properly but not too formal.

Sincerely,

Headmistress McGonagall.

"How am I supposed to know what she means by formal but not too formal?" Draco asks a naked Harry Potter lying beside him in bed. He just doesn't understand what she means. He needs a clear understanding of what he ought to wear.

"Draco, don't panic," said Harry and slowly rubbed his hand up and down Draco's flat stomach, grinning, trying to not let his laughter out. He actually missed seeing Draco's pregnant belly. It was really cute. "We can go shopping today for something to wear that isn't formal. Think about what Severus and Remus wear at Hogwarts."

Draco considered this and thought deeply about what he should wear as the new Potion's teacher at Hogwarts. Should he wear black or some other colour like a nice cloud grey or a lovely deep green?

Harry could tell how deeply Draco was thinking about outfits for Hogwarts and rolled his eyes. He crawled on top of the blonde wizard, sat on his abdomen, and stared down at him with a smile. "Why don't we spend the day shopping then, if you don't know what you want to get?"

"If you get off me then yes, we can go shopping," said Draco in a low voice, and Harry grinned at him and leaned down for a morning kiss.

"Mother, we're going shopping for professor robes!" Draco called as he and Harry entered the lounge room and towards the Floo fifteen minutes later, dressed cooly for a warm sunny day out.

"Oh, that's lovely," said Narcissa who was lying on her side on her cherry red chaise and reading a book. Cassiopeia was sleeping on her play mat with her Lion teddy just below the chaise. She finally looked up at them, "Just be back before lunch if you're going to be long."

"We will," promised Harry with a smile. He will never break a promise for this incredible family. Even if his own life is at risk. "We should be home by lunchtime."

"See you later, Mother," Draco said, giving her a kiss on the cheek, and when Narcissa waved a hand at them as a goodbye, they left into the Floo and travelled to Diagon Alley. It was a pretty short trip as the first place they went to was the exact same place where they got their dress robes for Bill and Fleur's wedding which was Twilfit and Tatting's.

Draco searched through a number of dark robes that weren't too formal and found a couple that he liked, but Harry told him that he could have two outfits and nothing more than that. Harry searched the entire place for something that would be suitable and less formal. He just didn't know what to get, he's not a robe kind of guy. He prefers hoodies. He found a mahogany red robe that looked quite casual to him, deciding on that robe and a black one. He asked for some personal engravings on his robes that he decided on. He wouldn't tell Draco; he'd like to surprise him.

When finished shopping, they returned to the Manor and packed their suitcases up for their teaching year. It was both exciting and nerving for Harry and Draco, going back to Hogwarts but to teach younger teens about spells and potions. And they were going to be professors! But they just didn't know for how long they would be professors.

Before they left Draco began to tear up; it just felt like they were leaving for an entire year, and he couldn't help it. It already felt like he was missing a part of him and Harry even if he was hugging that part of them, Cassiopeia, to his chest. Harry had tears in his eyes too, trying to stay strong for them both, and he placed his arms around his fiancé and baby daughter.

Narcissa watched them with a hand over her mouth, tears present in her eyes. "Stop it, you two, you're going to make me weep," she murmurs with a sob. "You're not going away for years, only a few months."

"It feels like it'll be years," Draco said flatly. Narcissa joins them in a family hug, giving them both a kiss on the forehead before taking Cassiopeia from her son.

Saying their final goodbyes, Harry had to pull Draco away from their family hug and to the fireplace. He didn't want to leave, but he and Draco had to. They had a job to get to. Harry hugged his lover and kissed him softly on the lips, waiting until the blonde felt calm enough to head to Hogwarts.

They first Flooed to the Snape Household, the eerie silence of the place made them both wonder why Severus and Remus left without saying anything or even leaving behind a letter. They stepped out into the crisp summer air and apparated away.

Harry and Draco apparated outside of the gates to Hogwarts with their extendable suitcases in their hands. Harry looked up at the castle; he felt nervous but also excited. Here in Hogwarts, a lot of good and bad shit has happened to him. He met Ron and Hermione, and he has tried to kill himself many times and in many different ways, he's fought nearly all of his DADA Professors throughout the years. But he also met the best friend he never knew he had, the best kind of person to fill his life with positivity, light and love; Draco Malfoy, his now fiancé.

He looked beside him at the beautiful face of his lover, noticing tears still present in those stormy grey eyes. He wiped the blonde's wet cheeks with a sad smile. When Draco looked his way, he leaned over and kissed him. He felt the blonde melt in his embrace.

"Ah, Mr Potter and Mr Malfoy," said the tiny Professor Flitwick and opened the large gates of Hogwarts for them, breaking them away from their kiss. "It is so good to see familiar faces again. How's the life out of Hogwarts going?"

Harry looked down at his former professor and grinned. It truly has been so long since he's seen any of his professors, besides his fathers Severus and Remus. "Professor Flitwick, hello!" he greeted happily. "It's so good to see you too!"

"Life away from school has been a little interesting," Draco started explaining, but of course, he didn't go too far into the activities he and Harry have done and the birth of Cassiopeia. Especially with what lay on his finger, though he really wanted to tell everyone what Harry asked him with the ring. "We've been exploring muggle places and have actually stayed in a muggle suburb for a while. It was nice, for a little while."

"What an interesting holiday," said Flitwick whose eyebrows rose up a little. "I hope you both had a very good time."

"Oh, we had a very good time from the moment we graduated to now," said Harry with a happy smile directed at his fiance. "This has been the most memorable year of my life, thanks to my lovely Draco."

"Oh," said Flitwick softly, smiling at them both warmly. "I do recall watching the two of you when you were still Hogwarts students, sneak out of the castle on your own and head towards the Black Lake every now and then." Harry and Draco shared loving glances at each other. "Anyway, Headmistress McGonagall is expecting the both of you in her office in a few minutes, so we better hurry up."

Harry and Draco followed the tiny Professor up to Hogwarts and to the Headmistress's office. McGonagall was seated at her desk when they entered, and Flitwick left the office. Harry looked around the office; nothing had changed at all, he noticed with a smile.

"It's good to see the both of you back in Hogwarts," McGonagall started, smiling at the new young, and much-in-love, Professors of Hogwarts. She gestured them both to sit down which the two young men did. "Severus and Remus have both left notes in your possession which I have here with me." As she finished, two black diaries floated their way over to Draco and Harry, "Those contain everything you need to teach the students for the rest of the year since we don't know when Severus and Remus will be back."

"All the students already know that they have new Professors for Potions and Defence, but they don't know it's you two, so it'll be a surprise to them all." She looked at them both through her rectangular spectacles a little sternly, "Now, since I know of your relationship, there are no overnighters in each other's living quarters. It's just so in case of anything, a fire, an argument, or anything terrible, the students of your houses have someone to help them. Understood?"

Harry surpassed a snort and nodded at her, "Yes, Professor." He didn't know if Draco wanted to tell that they were in fact engaged. But he wanted to. He wanted to be able to sleep in the same bed as Draco. He has a right to being Draco's fiance. "We understand there are no overnighters." He elbowed Draco in the arm. That's a little saddening to hear, though. No shagging at night anymore. They'll find a way though, they always do.

Draco rubbed at his arm with a smirk. "No overnighters, got it!"

"Now, because of your baby daughter – the Book of Admittance tells me her name is Cassiopeia Myrtle Potter - I don't expect you both to sleep at Hogwarts every night and not be able to look after her," McGonagall added with a raised brow at Harry. "You both can decide on who to look after her each night; you'll be allowed to fire-call and connect your office and Living Quarters Floo to your home Floo. To make myself clear, I expect one of you to sleep at Hogwarts during the weekdays, just in case of an emergency."

They both understood that. One of them would have to remain at Hogwarts for the night while the other is with Cassiopeia, then swap the next day.

"You won't be at Hogwarts every day of the week, might I add," the Headmistress continued. "We expect you both here on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to teach, Tuesdays and Thursdays you have a day off as I understand that a newborn baby must have their parents with them as they grow. I understand you both want to watch her grow from her first teeth coming through to her first words, and their first steps and so on."

Harry felt relieved, he could see it on Draco's face too. He didn't want to wait until the afternoon of every second day to see his first-born baby girl. It means more time spent with Draco, Narcissa and Cassiopeia as a family. He was excited.

"So, you really don't know what happened or where Severus and Remus are?" Harry asks her, his head tilted to the side a little. He just had to ask her again in case Severus and Remus Owled her of their location. "They didn't leave a note for us to find at their place. They didn't even tell us they were going somewhere."

McGonagall shook her head with a pitied look on her face, "I apologise, Mr Potter. I haven't an idea where they are. Now," she said as she steepled her hands. "In your letter, you never said anything about payments."

"Payments?" Harry said with confusion, then looked at Draco. He never thought about payments when agreeing to do this job. He actually forgot money doesn't just grow on trees. Merlin, I've been spending too much time with this wealthy family. But he loved this family. They're his family, just like Sev and Remus are.

"I guess we weren't really thinking about payments at the time, professor," said Draco. His mind was too focused on where Severus and Remus were at the time when he got the letter from McGonagall and wrote a response back. "But please do tell us about payments and our salary."

"Very well," said McGonagall, and she told them everything about their salary and payments they would obtain every week. "Are there any other questions before I dismiss you?"

"Are we still allowed to show our love for each other in the hallways by simple kissing and hugging?" Harry asks with a smile. He wants to be able to kiss and hug his fiancé every now and then, in the corridors, Great Hall, and just anywhere.

McGonagall smiled at them knowingly, "Yes, you may. Severus and Remus have been seen doing so in the corridors, so there's no reason why you shouldn't. Although do keep the snogging to a minimum."

Harry grinned at that knowledge of his father's showing how much they love each other. A kiss was pressed onto his forehead by Draco, and he looked at him lovingly. "Well, professor. I think that's all we have to ask."

McGonagall raised an eyebrow at them. "Are you sure about that, Mr Potter?" she asked with uncertainty. "Do you know exactly where you'll be staying and the password to your Living Quarters? What classes you have first this week? Do you have your timetable?"

"Umm...," said Harry and he ended up shaking his head again. He feels like he's back as a student and getting picked upon by the teachers to answer a question when he doesn't know it.

McGonagall smiled. "Mr Malfoy, I'm sure you know where Severus' living quarters are." Then her face brightened up, "Oh, and you're also the Head of your houses. You, Mr Potter, are head of Gryffindor house as the duties of the Headmistress are less stressful if I have less weight on my shoulders of carrying both tasks of the Transfiguration teacher and the Head of house. So, I hear by transfer the Head of Gryffindor House position to you, Mr Potter and the Head of Slytherin House position goes to you, Mr Malfoy."

"Okay," said Harry, smiling because he really didn't know what to say. This is pretty big news to hear. Not only is he the Defence Professor but he's also the head of Gryffindor House. Well, at least he gets to see fellow Gryffindor's every day now. "Thank you, Professor. So, where am I going to stay and when do we get our timetables?"

"That's where you follow me, Mr Potter and Mr Malfoy can tag along," said McGonagall. Draco nodded, and with his arms linked with Harry's, they both followed McGonagall to Gryffindor Tower first, the familiar corridors reminding them both of how they'd come so far. McGonagall showed Harry his living quarters behind a portrait of a lovely cottage which was where she used to stay, and his timetable for the year, then they were off to the Slytherin dungeons.

They walked past students in the common room who were staring at them and the students began to whisper to each other. Harry and Draco didn't think much of the whispering as they recognized some of their faces from last year. Harry knew some of them because they participated in the Halloween prank two years ago. Merlin, that was a great prank.

Unfortunately, they had to part ways and head to their official living quarters to unpack everything from their extendable suitcases into their wardrobes. They'll miss living together like they have been previously. It's just always been so natural for them to sleep in the same bed.

Harry admired his new living quarters, which were originally McGonagall's when she was Head of Gryffindor House, but there were a few changes to the scenery, which Harry didn't pay attention to. On the bed, there was a Gryffindor doona with a couple of red pillows and white bed sheets underneath. It looked pretty cosy and Harry just wanted to be his kid self and jump onto it. Damn, it was tempting. When he finished unpacking his belongings into the drawers and wardrobes, he then read over his timetable and what Remus had written down in the diary for him to teach the students who were now his. He feels like an actual grown adult man now and it felt odd.

He read through Remus's notes in the diary, realising he gets to teach every year group in Hogwarts with a range of different spells that he remembers being taught. He didn't realize there were so many to teach his students in very little time and he thought professors had a lot of time off. He was definitely wrong.

Harry decided to meet Draco back at McGonagall's office because he did have a couple more questions to ask her, and he's sure Draco does too. As he opened the portrait to exit his living quarters, he noticed a bunch of flowers lying just outside the portrait's door. Interesting... He smiled and thought they would just be welcoming gifts from the professors. How nice. He pondered if Draco got the same gifts, as he placed the flowers into a glass vase on the windowsill in his living quarters and cast a quick Aquamenti to fill the vase up halfway with water.

Harry then went back out of the portrait and noticed many Gryffindors sitting in the common room, who then turned their heads and looked at him.

"So," said Ginny, smirking and Luna sat beside her who was holding her hand with a smile. "It's true, you're back. Everyone, please cheer for our new Head of House and Defence Professor."

Harry just smiled at her and then at all the other Gryffindors in the common room who began cheering for him; he really didn't want to be cheered. "Yes, I'm a Professor now and so is Draco." Giggles were heard from somewhere in the crowd of students, Harry didn't know what they were giggling at. Did he have something on his face?

"You and Professor Malfoy are still dating through all the years you've been together?" asked Emilie, who Harry remembers from the Halloween prank last year as she was dressed as Annabelle. Christ, that was something he'll remember for a long time.

"Yes," said Harry, nodding with a wide grin and he was very happy about it all. He loves Draco so much and would spend the rest of his life with him. "Professor Malfoy and I have been together since our fourth year in Hogwarts. We've come a long way, and I'm so proud to be loved by someone so amazing-"

The giggling started up again, and Harry just smiled. On the other girls' faces, who weren't giggling, were smirks that looked like they had something on their minds. Harry pondered if he should feel a little scared about what these girls were obviously thinking.

"I'm excited to meet you all during classes," said Harry, but now he's uncertain about that. It seems he ought to find a way to stop students from interrupting his lessons in the near future. "I'm going to go meet up with Professor Malfoy now." Some of the girls giggled again so Harry rolled his eyes and went out of the Gryffindor common room to the corridors of the castle.

"Draco!" Harry beamed as he spotted his blonde Slytherin lover walking up from the Dungeon stairs. The blonde wizard was carrying a bouquet of red roses. "How's the Slytherin's doing?"

"Good," said Draco, leaning over to kiss Harry's cheek and handing him the roses. "These are for you since I have so many others from anonymous people." Then he sighed, clearly a little annoyed at what he must have witnessed before seeing Harry. "You have no idea how many teenagers were smirking at me whenever I entered the common room. It was clear that they were up to something! I thought I was going to get hexed!"

Harry blushed and smiled at the roses which he then brought up to his nose and smelt. He agreed with Draco, there were a couple of Gryffindor girls who giggled for some reason and the rest smirked at him. "Thank you, Draco," he said sweetly at the pretty fresh scent of roses. "And it looks like I wasn't the only one who got flowers too."

"You're welcome, my darling," Draco responded with another kiss to Harry's cheek, both cheeks, which made the Gryffindor chuckle, and link arms with him. They started walking around the castle together, smiling at all the students they came across. The students that they'll be teaching first thing tomorrow. "Now, what do you want to do while this is our last day of officially being young adults?"

"I was thinking whether or not I should go talk to McGonagall about a few things related to teaching," said Harry, still blushing and continuously staring into Draco's silvery grey eyes that shimmered in the candle-lit corridors. "Like ask for some tips when dealing with misbehaving students and just a few rules she must've missed out on telling us. It might not be something we want to do, but I promise we can do something fun together afterwards."

"Let's go then," said Draco, smiling and thinking about what they could do afterwards. They could go to one of the rooms, ask Hagrid to borrow Buckbeak and go back to the mini lake, or perhaps go to the garden of Amare, or even the Room of Requirement. "By the way, why didn't you mention to Headmistress McGonagall that we're both engaged?"

"I would have thought, as you mentioned earlier during the month, that you want to keep our engagement a secret from everyone except friends and family," Harry says, distracted by that day he remembers asking Draco to be his forever. "So I did what you wanted."

"And unfortunately, we cannot sleep in the same room or bed together when residing here," Draco mutters. "Thanks to you." Harry gives him a guilty look, but kisses Draco's cheek in the hope of being forgiven and the beautiful wide smile Draco gives him tells him he was.

They arrived back in the Headmistress's office, and there she was again, McGonagall sitting in the Headmistress's chair at her desk. "Greetings, again," she said as she looked up at them. "I'm assuming you've got more questions?"

Harry nodded, but Draco started the conversation and asked, "Professor, am I allowed to go visit my father in Azkaban during the weekends or my lunch breaks whenever I want to?"

Harry looked at him and smiled. He too would like to see Lucius a few times a week or months if he has time. "Can I go with Draco too?" he asked her, beaming as Draco secretly intertwined their hands together behind them.

McGonagall looked at them both for just a second, then she nodded. "Yes, you both may go visit him if you would like. But make sure to be back before your classes start," she added sternly.

"Will do," Harry assured her with a nod. "Now, about those rooms, we showed you on our graduation day..." He just wanted to know if they're being used for something, other than a relaxing, cuddling, snogging, and shagging room for himself and Draco. "Are they in use to the students and teachers?"

"Yes," said McGonagall, raising her eyebrows. "The music room and secret room in the library are open to students at all times. The other professors and I had to search both rooms for anything in particular that was odd that the students could get their hands on like old curses and hexes that aren't very well known. The Room of Requirement is too if ever the students really need it"

"So, if our students just keep chatting in the classroom while we're trying to teach, how are we meant to shut them up?" Harry then asks because he just doesn't know how to get people's attention without shouting at them, which he doesn't want to do. His father did it by acting like a scary dungeon bat, which worked like hell. Remus, Harry has no idea how he could grab his student's attention. Remus just had a way with words and children.

"You will both find your way when dealing with your students," McGonagall told them under her rectangular spectacles. "But it'll take some time. I believe in you two boys. Don't let me down with these positions."

"We'll try our very best, Professor," said Draco and gave Harry's hand a little squeeze. He was excited and nervous about their job positions. "It'll be a challenge, but we'll get there in the end." He looked to his side at Harry with a sweet smile, "And if one of us struggles, the other will help them out."

Harry looked back at him, smiled, and brought Draco's hand up to his mouth to give it a kiss on the knuckles. It was Draco's ring hand, the one with all his rings on them and the most beautiful one of them all, the engagement ring. He will always help Draco out if he needs it, even if the work is really bloody hard. "I think that's all we needed to say for now, thank you."

McGonagall nodded and gestured for the door. "Oh, and good luck out there," she said while thinking back to everything the students did for Remus and Severus a couple of weeks ago. She chuckled, and then something sparkly caught her eyes, a ring which lay on Draco Malfoy's finger. She stared at it curiously, then smiled.

"Um... will do," said Harry, and with Draco, they led themselves to the door to exit the office. "What did she mean 'good luck out there'?"

Draco shrugged and placed an arm around Harry when walking down to the ground floor of Hogwarts. "No idea, but I assume she's wishing us good luck when it comes to our teaching positions," he replied with a light shrug. "Why don't we go to the Willow tree in the Herbology ward? We haven't been there in so long."

Harry considered this for a moment, knowing he and Draco really hadn't been there in so long. He nodded as he wanted to see the Willow tree again, the place that brought him and Draco closer together from when they were just good friends. "I'd love to go back there with you."

The Willow Tree is exactly where they went. But as they entered through to the Herbology ward, they went to the back of the long table in Greenhouse 3 and tried to find the heart they carved together next to the larger heart with the initials of J+L they found years ago.

Draco smiled and traced his finger over the heart he and Harry made together a year or two ago. It's a symbol that their love for each other with live on forever, and ever, for eternity. "I love you, Harry," he says when looking at the H+D in the centre of the carved heart.

Harry smiled lovingly at him, placed his hand on the blonde's shoulder and planted a kiss on his cheek. "I love you too, Draco." When Draco turned to face him, he could feel what Draco wanted just by a sense and gave him what he wanted. But as his face neared the Slytherin's for a kiss, they were interrupted by a familiar voice from somewhere around them.

"Harry? Draco? I didn't think McGonagall would hire you two, but then again, I'm not surprised that she did."

Harry and Draco both looked over at a surprised Neville Longbottom. Neither of them knew that Neville, by the looks of his robes and the speck of dirt on his cheek, was the Herbology professor at Hogwarts.

"Hi, Neville!" said Harry with a wide grin, happy to see a fellow Gryffindor. "Surprise!" he said and gave him jazz hands. His hands returned to Draco's waist. "But you never said anything during our get-togethers about being the Herbology professor in Hogwarts. What happened to Professor Sprout?"

"Yeah, well..." Neville rubbed the back of his head. Clearly, he doesn't know what to tell them and he doesn't realize he just spread dirt on his neck. "Let's just say I wanted it to be a secret until I was ready to tell you all, which I think I am now. Professor Sprout has gone off in search of unique plants with other Herbarians, and now that you both know..."

"Less people to tell," said Draco, and Neville nodded at him.

"Also, Blaise might be coming back to Hogwarts to be the Transfiguration teacher," Neville said. Draco looked at him in disbelief. "But that's not until next year," Neville continued. "He's doing it because he knows McGonagall must find it tough doing two jobs at once. He offered and he's waiting for her Owl about it."

"Oh, how marvellous!" said Draco gleefully, glad he wasn't the only Slytherin student he grew up with who would be teaching at Hogwarts. It'll be great to have a best friend at Hogwarts to hang out with, other than Harry during the breaks.

"That's exciting, oh- and it means we won't be the only couple the students will fawn over," said Harry, who began to chuckle. He smiled as Draco placed a hand around his waist and pulled him closer.

"Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow morning at Breakfast then since I need to finish setting up the Fanged Geraniums for my class tomorrow morning," said Neville who reached down and petted the head of the fanged Geranium on the table in front of him. The little plant purred as it was petted.

"Why don't we help you?" Harry offered kindly, but Neville shook his head and smiled gratefully at him.

"That's okay, Harry," said Neville, waving a hand at him. He just didn't want anybody to help him. He's been doing fine on his own. "I've just got two more to go then I'm done. It'll take me a couple of seconds... and I'm sorry for disturbing your...moment."

Draco smirked, remembering being interrupted by the kiss he and Harry were about to share. "It's fine, Longbottom. In fact, we were about to leave." He reached for Harry's hand and led him out of the greenhouse and towards the Willow tree at the back.

Harry smiled behind him at Neville and just let Draco pull him over to the Willow. He thought Draco just wanted to sit by the tree, but instead, the Slytherin pinned him to the tree with a smirk. He and Draco haven't been in this intense position in a while, and he misses it. Harry smiled and stared into the stunning silver-grey eyes of Draco, and the Slytherin stared back until finally, he was leaning his head towards Harry for a kiss.

Harry closed his eyes, and his heart skipped a beat as Draco's warm lips touched his own which sent shivers all through him. He loved when these warm lips kissed him or touched any place on his body. "Draco," he whispered against the Slytherin's lips. Draco made a 'hmm?' noise and nibbled on Harry's lip, then tugged and pulled at it. Harry chuckled and kissed Draco's top lip, but the blonde Slytherin wizard pulled him closer and connected their lips together again.

"Are you excited about actually teaching students tomorrow?" Harry asks him as he pulls away from the breathtaking kiss and pulls him into a comfy and warm hug. He definitely is excited. Being a teacher was never on his list of things to be when he grows up but perhaps, he should add it on and see if he enjoys it.

"I guess I am," Draco responds and rocks back and forth in the hug, turning the hug into a slow dance just for fun but also to dance with Harry. "It will be a new experience we both can share together."

Harry kisses Draco's neck and rests his forehead on Draco's shoulder as they slowly dance together. And that's all they did, besides sitting down at the trunk of the tree, for the rest of the afternoon.

-

They entered Draco's living quarters an hour before dinner, Harry looking around the room with a smile. Everything still screamed 'Severus Snape' to them from all the dark furniture and all his Potion's equipment and books. The only item he doesn't remember being there was a statue of a small grey wolf on top of the mantle beside some dark vases and a family photo of him, Severus and Remus.

Draco headed over to the kitchens and grabbed out the dark teapot and two grey mugs from the cupboards above the sink and opened the grey Urn beside some utensils to grab some teabags and start making some tea. "I can take care of our Cassiopeia tonight."

Harry looked up at him, just as he sat down on his father's armchair by the Fireplace. "Are you sure? I could look after her for the first night."

Draco shook his head. "I will," he stated firmly with a wink. Harry smirked. "I really don't want Mother taking care of our Cassiopeia on her own. She's ours, not her responsibility."

"Then I'll do tomorrow," Harry says as he sinks into the armchair and Draco joins him on the other armchair with the teapot, a milk pitcher, a sugar bowl and two mugs floating in the air behind him. The air smelt of Earl Grey Tea. "You can be Wednesday, I do Friday, and so on."

"I believe we need a schedule," Draco said as he pointed his wand at the coffee table, the teapot, mugs, milk pitcher and sugar bowl landing on the table. He poured himself and Harry some tea into their mugs. "To arrange the times and dates."

Harry laughed and with a swish of his wand, the milk pitcher poured some milk into his mug. "We don't need a bloody schedule, Draco. We'll sort it out together."

"Sure," Draco mutters with an uncertain smile. Harry shrugs and dips a finger in the sugar bowl, then sucks it off his finger with a smile. He tries again but Draco swats his hand away with the sugar spoon.

Harry snorts. "Why don't we fire-call the Manor every night we're here?" he suggests as he takes his mug of tea from the coffee table. "We can start tonight! Any time we can, perhaps a bit after dinner?"

"I'd love that," Draco says, hiding his smile behind his mug. "I shall let Mother know when I Floo later in the evening. Harry nodded.

They decided to have dinner in the kitchens together instead of in The Great Hall. They weren't ready for all the attention, or Harry wasn't ready for it. He wasn't ready for all the eyes on him. All the eyes of all the students, who he'd easily jump to conclusions and think there's something wrong.

Minerva sent them back an Owl after they Owled the Headmistress that they were having dinner in the kitchens, she said it was alright but to expect the unexpected tomorrow morning when they came down for breakfast.

Later that evening Harry paced back and forth in front of the fireplace in his Living Quarters, waiting for Draco's blonde head to appear in the flames. Finally, the fireplace roared to life, but Narcissa's head came into view. She grins, "Good evening, Harry."

"How's my daughter doing?" Harry asks her, and as Draco's mother moves away from the fireplace Harry takes her place and looks into the Manor's lounge room. He smiles as he sees Draco feeding Cassiopeia on her feeding stool. "Aw, how cute."

Draco looks up from his daughter's tiny face and at Harry, smiling with adoration. "She's had a big day, it seems. After we left for Hogwarts dearest Mother took her out for a walk in the gardens. She saw the peacocks again and it appeared that Cassiopeia wanted to pet the bird. Cassiopeia's magic is getting stronger, the poor Peacock wanted to get away as it began to unwillingly float towards the stroller."

Harry laughed. "The poor bird indeed," he says, fondly looking at his daughter. He pondered if he was the same when he was a baby. "She's growing up so fast! First, it was her teddys, now it's a large bird. I'm proud!"

"Soon it'll be you," Draco looked at him with a smirk and Harry snorted. "It can happen, Harry! Mother tells me I once levitated two of our House Elves at the same time and tried to float my father but he stopped it."

Narcissa laughed at the memory, and Harry looked back and forth from mother and son with glee. He wanted to know more. "Tell me, Narcissa, what else has Draco done as a teeny-weeny baby?"

"Nothing more than levitating items and house-elves," Narcissa said with a shrug as she looked at her son with a smile. "Quite lovely fond memories I have. Should I tell Harry about the first time you stared at a handsome gentleman, Draco?"

"No," Drawled Draco.

"Yes!" Harry said immediately with a laugh. "Tell me!"

Narcissa smirked.

*****

Harry woke up in his new living quarters the next day and felt incredibly alone. He missed sleeping with Draco and knowing that his warm lithe body was lying next to him. But Draco wasn't lying next to him, he was at Malfoy Manor looking after their baby daughter.

He suddenly thought about the ring he put on Draco's finger and marriage and smiled at the thought of getting married to Draco. To stand at that altar or however, Draco chooses to get married and to promise his life to him. To wear matching rings that symbolise their love and marriage. It sounds incredible and exciting, honestly. He wants to marry into the Malfoy name, but he doesn't mind if he stays a Potter and Draco decides to take his name. He doesn't mind at all. If he marries into the Malfoy name, he just wouldn't care about all the heirlooms and galleons they have. He has his own.

Harry distracted himself from the thought of marriage by getting dressed into a black shirt, red and black plaid long-sleeved shirt, black trousers and a black robe and headed out of his living quarters by the portrait of a cosy cottage. He raised an eyebrow when he saw another set of flowers which he recognized as Gardenias on the floor, but also a red envelope. Strange... Looks like he has more flowers to add to his collection. The roses Draco gave him yesterday, even if the Slytherin was given them by someone anonymous, were by his bedside table in a red vase.

Harry crouched down and picked up the envelope. In cursive writing, which he can tell is written by a teenager, has 'Harry' on the front. He opened the envelope up pulled out the white piece of thick paper and read it.

To Harry,

You have the prettiest green eyes in the entire world. They brighten up my day whenever I see that sparkle in them, or when you look at me with pure love. And your hair, that messy black hair of yours, I just love it. I love running my hands through it, whether it be just a normal gesture, or when we kiss. Have I told you how much I love you? There isn't a better way of expressing it just by saying it. I love you, Harry, so bloody much.

From,

Draco Malfoy

Harry smiled at the letter. But one thing he was sure of was this was not Draco's handwriting. This actually looked like a girl's handwriting. Merlin... is someone trying to impersonate Draco? He hopes to Merlin not and if there is, he will put a stop to it all. He then realized that these girls must've been giving him these flowers too so they must be in Gryffindor. But what about the flowers Draco has been given? There must be a group of girls doing this and he just needs to find out which ones.

He decided to take the letter and flowers down to the Great Hall with him for breakfast. He'll give the flowers to Draco, but he doesn't know what to do about the letter. He passed a couple of grinning boys as he escaped the Gryffindor common room with the gifts from the anonymous source and went down to the Great Hall. It was his first time sitting at the professor's table with Draco.

Harry walked into the Great Hall and beamed when seeing Draco at the professor's table sitting next to Professor Flitwick. He must've gotten up early to feed Cassiopeia and spend some time with her for a bit before returning to Hogwarts. There was a space on the other side of Draco and Harry got to that seat before anyone else did. He leaned down and kissed Draco's cheek as he slid into his chair. Draco smiled as he finished buttering his toast but raised his eyebrows when he saw a letter and flowers in Harry's hand.

"Since you gave me flowers yesterday, I wanted to repay you back by giving you these Gardenias," Harry said and placed the bouquet of flowers in front of Draco's plate. Draco seemed to hesitate when Harry mentioned he'd give the flowers to him but smiled it off and thanked him by reaching for Harry's hand and bringing it up to his mouth for a kiss.

"I'm flattered, Harry, and I love these," Draco said in a sweet tone when he pulled out one gardenia stem and gave the beautiful flower a little sniff.

"And you apparently gave me this letter," said Harry as he passed his blonde wizard fiance the letter and watched Draco read it. A smirk formed on Draco's face and he raised a blonde eyebrow at the letter Harry was given.

"I have to say, everything in this letter is true," said Draco as he nodded at every compliment the anonymous writer wrote about his fiance. "They missed out on a couple of compliments that only I know of regarding other beautiful parts of you, of course."

Harry blushed and hoped to Merlin that nobody heard what Draco said. "I'm curious how nobody has mentioned that beautiful ring on your finger, my love," he said quietly with a wink as he pointed to the diamond ring on his lover's fingers. "It's not that hard to spot."

"Oh," Draco said, and he looked down at the shiny engagement ring on his finger with a bright smile. "A disillusionment charm, Harry. Only you, me, my mother, our friends and family can see it."

Harry raised the blonde's hand to his mouth and kissed his knuckles repeatedly, then the ring. "That makes sense. No wonder I haven't had anyone ask me about it."

"I'm thinking the same," Draco said, admiring the sparkle in those green eyes. "I only placed the disillusionment charm yesterday afternoon. The ring would have certainly gained the attention of some if they noticed it."

Then McGonagall stood up and went to the Owl podium. "Good morning, students and professors of Hogwarts. I wouldn't normally do this, but as you can see, we have two new professors for Defence against the Dark Arts and Potions. Please welcome our new Professor for Defence, Professor Potter." Harry stood up and smiled down at all the students. "And our new Potion's Professor, Professor Malfoy." Draco just waved from his seat and pulled Harry back down into his seat with a grin.

All of the students gave them a round of applause until McGonagall ordered them to quieten down and continue on with breakfast. Harry glanced at Draco for just a minute while eating his porridge and noticed how perfectly straight his posture was and how elegantly he was cutting up his toast. Such elegance and perfection that Draco showed was adorable to Harry and he pondered if Draco was proud to be a professor. He himself is proud to be one, even if the professoring part hasn't started yet.

He just loves it when Draco shows his elegance, but now and unfortunately, he wants to see Draco's elegance in bed. Their day off was tomorrow but it just feels too long away. He couldn't risk going down to the rooms they'd been to in the past with Draco during their lunch because he didn't even know if McGonagall put some kind of blockage or guard there. So that's out of the question... What about that watering hole Buckbeak took them to? Someone could follow them though. A sudden noise brought Harry out of his gaze on Draco and he looked down at the students.

Bop it!

It sounded so familiar but what was it? Where was it coming from? He scanned the Ravenclaw table. Nothing. The Gryffindor table didn't have any noise except chatter coming from it.

Twist it!

It was coming from the Hufflepuffs. Then he saw the device. The very muggle device. It was one of those weird toys that you bop, bull, twist and flick. It was a 'Bop it' toy. Merlin! He hasn't seen one of those toys in ages! He knows Dudley had one when they were younger and used to annoy the hell out of Harry by continuously playing with it.

He didn't even think students would take their toys to Hogwarts. Surely these toys would become lost, and are the professors even okay with these toys? Don't they get annoying every now and then?

"Head's up, Mr Potter!" shouted a voice from down at the student tables.

Harry, confused, looked towards the middle of the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff tables to find a circular blue and yellow object flying towards him. He ducked his head just in time, but he didn't hear a thump to know that it hit the back wall. He looked up and came face to face with a floating Phlat ball and he could see in the corner of his eye that Draco had his wand pointed at the ball. "Thanks, Draco," he whispered and poked the ball. It spun around in mid-air and fell into his hands.

The Great Hall was silent. Harry pressed down on the ball and it turned back into a frisbee, so he chucked it back at the boy. He thinks he ought to confiscate it since it could have hurt him but just let it off for now. If it were to happen again, however, then yes, he would confiscate it.

The Hufflepuff boy frowned at Harry, clearly regretting throwing the ball around in the first place. Only his friends knew that he magically charmed the ball so it would stay in the frisbee shape and have less gravity so it could stay in the air for a little longer.

"Mr Winchester," McGonagall announces sternly to the young Hufflepuff boy. "You have something to say to Professor Potter?" Harry just looked at the boy, he recognized him a little as he had seen him in the corridors last year and the year before.

Corey Winchester ruffled his dark brown hair as he looked sorrowfully with his dark eyes at Harry. "Sorry, professor. The ball was just charmed to fly around the room instead of falling to the floor. It wasn't my or anybody else's intention for that to happen."

"It's alright, Mr Winchester," said Harry kindly. He didn't want to make kids enemies on his first day. "Just please don't do that again, or I will confiscate the Phlat ball and leave it in my possession for a couple of days." He looked over at McGonagall and wondered if he could confiscate items yet, but when the Headmistress nodded at him, he felt relieved a little.

Corey nodded at the professor and took his ball back to the Hufflepuff table. Harry blew out his cheeks with relief, that was the first time he'd ever told a student not to do something as a professor.

Draco leaned over to whisper in his ear, "Are you alright?" because if he had never seen that weird-shaped ball come flying towards Harry, he wouldn't have known what could have happened to his fiance.

Harry nodded and smiled at him, "Yes, I'm fine. Just a little shaken up. Thank you for catching it before it could have broken my nose."

"No problem, my darling," Draco said quietly just so the whole Great Hall couldn't hear him. "I'll always be here to catch you when you fall, or catch something before it hits you." Harry chuckled softly and reached for Draco's hand to hold.

"By the way, what was that weird ball object that could transform into what looks like a frisbee without magic?" Draco asked him curiously, and for a little bit of amusement, he tapped the buttered side of his bread on Harry's nose.

Harry grunted and wiped the butter off his nose. He would have wiped some porridge or honey on Draco's forehead for payback but decided against it. "It's a muggle toy called a Phlat ball. It turns into both a frisbee and a ball, It's quite popular in the muggle world."

"Oh. So, what was that thing going off earlier?" Draco asked him, raising his eyebrows, and trying to listen in amongst the chattering around the Great Hall to hear the object talking again. "I could hear it ordering someone to bop it."

Harry started laughing because of Draco's representation of the Bop-It toy. Ordering people to bop it, twist it, pull it and whatever else it does. But Draco does seem right about the toy and how it orders the user to do what it says. "Good Gracious Merlin, Draco," he said breathlessly after what felt like laughing his life force away. "You're so damn adorable!"

Draco grinned at him with clear rosiness which appeared on his cheeks. "Thank you, Harry," he replied back sweetly but felt a little embarrassed as students and other professors could have heard them. "But let's not do this now, please?"

As Harry smiled at him and thought yeah, well, what was all that sexual flirting a minute ago then, McGonagall told everyone to get to their classes. Harry, with Draco, walked out of the Great Hall and headed down the corridor. He sighed as they neared the stairs to the dungeons, meaning they had to go their own way to their classes.

Draco seemed to understand that Harry's feeling a bit nervous and didn't want to go anywhere without him, so he smiled, stopped Harry by grabbing his hand and pulled him into a slow kiss. He raised his hands to cup Harry's cheeks as the kiss developed. Harry just melted when Draco kissed him, his heart skipped a beat, and he kissed him back with so much passion but meeting Draco's slow pace.

Draco leaned away, a smile still on his face and he rubbed his thumb in circles around Harry's soft cheek. "It's time to depart, Harry as we, as professors, must go teach our classes now." Giggling was heard from down the corridor, but he and Harry decided to ignore it. Those students should be in class now.

Harry bit his lip and sighed, he did not want to lose trust in McGonagall by being late to his class. He did have a class to teach in a few minutes, which he should get going to. "Oh, alright." He hesitated and gave Draco a kiss on the cheek, "I'll see you soon." Draco smiled when watching Harry run in the opposite direction since he had to go upstairs. Then he heard giggles again and he was starting to get pissed off. Who the sodding hell is still in the corridors? He will just leave Filch to take care of them.

Harry finally made it to the Defence classroom and saw only a couple of fourth-year students in Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw robes lined up outside the classroom. It reminded him of last year, having to line up to enter the classrooms in an orderly fashion.

"Morning, professor," said a blonde-haired girl. It was Emilie, a Hufflepuff.

"Good morning," said Harry, smiling at her and opening the classroom door. He stood aside and let the students enter the class before him, then went in after the students had taken their seats. He went to the front of the classroom and looked over the students seated. He didn't know who else was on their way until a shuffling of feet was heard and three Ravenclaws tried to get into the classroom together.

"Sorry we're late, professor," said a boy with curly ginger hair and little freckles who oddly enough reminded Harry of Ron, except for the curls and that he was in the house of Ravenclaw. Beside him, a boy with short black hair entered beside him and another ginger-haired boy but without freckles and had straight long hair just touching his shoulders."

The room then started to smell a little like butter after the three boys entered. Harry charmed the smell away with a non-verbal spell and accepted their apology. "But, may I ask, why do you three try to enter the classroom together when you should know you physically cannot?"

"We tried using the butter technique, sir," said the other long-haired ginger boy. "We're attempting to uncover the principals of elasticity by applying butter to ourselves to comprehend if we can slip through doorways effortlessly."

"Oh, okay..." Harry just had no idea what that boy was talking about, and he pinched the bridge of his nose trying to think why these young kids would think this logically. Since all the seats were full, he guessed it was time to start the class. "Now, who can tell me what Professor Lupin previously taught you before I came around."

The boy with short black hair raised his hand.

"Um, yes?" said Harry, pointing towards the boy. Students are somehow reminding him of Hermione now. It's strange; like she never left. "Sorry, what's your name?"

"Jaylen, sir," said the boy. "Professor Lupin taught us about the Erkling and what they're most famous for feeding upon human children and they shoot darts." He said it without taking a breath, which definitely reminded Harry of Hermione. "Their skin colour is green; their eyes are a distinct yellow. The native range is the Black Forest and Germany. They are mortal and three feet."

"Very good," said Harry who remembered only little bits of that Creature the fake Mad-eye moody taught him. "Anything else?"

The two ginger-haired boys raised their hands up in the air, and their friend Jaylen kept his hand up. "Err..." said Harry. He didn't know who to pick. "You!" he pointed at one of the ginger-haired boys, the one with freckles and curly hair.

"Daniel," said the ginger-haired boy with curly hair and freckles. "Daniel Yuswack. We learnt the spell Salvio Hexia, and Reducto, with Professor Lupin. Both which are spells of defence."

"Well duh!" said a girl with cinnamon brown curly hair who was in Ravenclaw. A girl sitting next to her, also a Ravenclaw, with black hair and a butterfly clip in her hair snorted. "Hence the reason why we learnt it, you dumbass! This is a defence class after all." Daniel glared at her, and she glared right back at him but with a smirk.

Harry sighed. This was his first time dealing with fights in the classroom and he knows it won't be his last. He cleared his throat as he held his hands behind his back and said, "Calm down and please," he added when looking at the girl. "No use of bad words in my classroom."

"Of course, professor," said the girl with innocence. "And my name, in case you're wondering, is Jessica. Jessica Jones. And my friend here is Raven Brock." Raven beamed at Harry and then started taking out her things for the class.

Harry noted that he should write down a list of kids in these classes who misbehave and give it to Remus once he gets back. Whenever he gets back and from where... "Since I know what you have been taught, I may as well- Emilie, get off your phone." Emilie froze as she was on paper.io with her phone under the table. She's never been caught once. She sighed, turned it off and put it deep into her robe pocket. "-Move onto the next topic you all will be studying," Harry continued as he looked back at all his students and made a mental note to watch and observe any students who are on their phones. "The freezing Charm. Can any-"

Daniel and the other red-headed boy with messier hair raised their hands. Jaylen was too busy playing with the feathers on his quill to notice anything around him.

"Yes, the boy whose name I don't know," said Harry to the boy sitting next to Jaylen, pointing his hand towards him.

"Aaron Reyes," said the boy, smiling as he introduced himself. "The freezing spell, Glacius, is a charm which freezes a target, produced from the tip of the wand with icy cold air. In turn, this may freeze water, extinguish fires, and cool off Salamanders of Fire Dwelling."

It turns out there's a lot of Hermione's in Hogwarts again. No wonder Harry can never escape her ranting about certain things, their uses and their history. "Correct." He then forgot about something. Since he is a professor, he can give and take away points. "10 points to Ravenclaw."

All the Ravenclaws grinned and shouted with triumph. Harry just smiled at them as he remembered how happy his own house was when Hermione or someone else answered a question correctly. "I want you all to practice freezing these oranges I'll give you," he said as he summoned a basket from his desk. The oranges all flew into the room, dispersed themselves out and landed on each student's desk. "You may begin."

Harry was quite impressed with his student's work and participation as he walked around the classroom, even if it took a while for most of the students to cast the spell correctly. "For those of you who weren't able to cast the spell, it's homework for you." He heard a bunch of groans and chuckled when walking back to his desk.

"Professor?"

Harry looked up from his desk at Emilie, Jessica, and Raven who stood by the doorway with their books in their hands. "Yes, ladies?"

"We were wondering, since we know you and Professor Malfoy have been dating for quite some time, when you're going to marry him," said Raven who couldn't help a grin from appearing on her face.

Harry was speechless. He stared down at his eagle owl quill, pondering why marriage keeps coming up in his life every now and then. It's everywhere now. Bill and Fleur's wedding, Seamus and Dean's oncoming wedding... "That's a very personal question," he managed to say after a minute of thinking deeply about whether he should tell them the truth or not.

"But are you thinking of marrying him?" Emilie asked excitedly but kept her excitement hidden well by sounding curious instead. Harry, again, was speechless. He didn't know what to say to these girls. He can't exactly say anything because he shouldn't be telling these girls about anything in his private life.

"Um..." Should he lie to them or tell the truth? There really wasn't any lie or truth to tell anyway. "I guess so?" he said just to shut them up. It just made the situation worse because the three girls were now squealing. For fucks sake...

"Have you got the rings yet?"

"Where are you going to propose?"

"Where's the marriage ceremony going to be held?"

Harry stopped himself from banging his head on the table. Why was he having these conversations right now? It's too early in the morning and now he wants a coffee of some sort. "No, I don't know, and I really don't know. Aren't you going to be late for your next class?" he asked quickly just to change the damn subject.

"Oh, dang it!" said Raven as she checked the time on her muggle watch and knew the professor was right. "We better go, girls, if we're going to make it to History of Magic."

"And please don't mention any of this to Professor Malfoy," Harry requested of them kindly. He was going to sound stern just like his father or even McGonagall, but he decided not to. The best way to go about this is with kindness.

Jessica sighed and nodded at him. "Very well, professor. See you either during lunch or at our next Defence lesson."

"Yes, goodbye," Harry said to them, then grabbed out his timetable and looked at what students he had this time. The footsteps of the girls grew fainter and fainter as he scanned his timetable. He then wondered how Draco was doing.

But Draco, in his double Potions lesson, was trying to understand what's more important than Potions class if a few of his sixth-year Gryffindor and Slytherin students were looking under their desks at something. He doesn't understand it at all. What could be more fascinating under a desk than Potions? But then he saw a familiar-looking brick-like object that looked exactly like the one Ivy had. A phone. How did he not know this? How did Severus not know this? How did Severus put up with these kids?

"Everyone with phones, please put them away," Draco said strictly when scanning all the faces in his classroom. He noticed a few of his student's faces turned blank and others froze and looked back at him with disbelief and confusion. "Yes, I know what phones are. My cousin-in-law had one. If I see even a couple of you back on your phones, I will immediately impound them from you for the day."

The students who played dumb with Draco turned their phones off and put them away in their robe pockets. "Thank you," said Draco and made sure everyone he saw previously looking under the table now looking at him with full concentration. "Who can tell me what Amortentia is?"

Gryffindor and Slytherin students were flipping through their Potions books to the required page and a few raised their hands when looking at the correct page. Draco thought this was going to be simple but no, he had to choose someone. He spotted a familiar girl which he knew a little who had been dating a Ravenclaw for a couple of years. "Ms Weasley, please state what Amortentia is."

"It says here," said Ginny who trailed her finger over the page in her Potions book. "-That Amortentia is the most famous love potion for its pearl and sheen- whatever that is, and it's supposed to smell like the person who attracts you the most."

"Correct!" said Draco with a small smile. "Ten points to Gryffindor." He cannot believe he just did that. He quietened down the Gryffindor students before it got too loud. "So, Ms Weasley, what did you smell when you first walked into the classroom?"

"I smelt fresh Lavender and Strawberries," said Ginny, smiling because she knew exactly who she was smelling. "It's obviously-"

"Luna Lovegood, your girlfriend?" asked Astoria Greengrass, who was grinning broadly at her. "Honestly, Ginny. We all know it's her you smell in that potion. And Professor, I smelt passion fruit, cream, and tulips, just so you know."

"Lovely," said Draco without expression. He didn't really need to hear the rest. "I want you all to brew Amortentia and it must be done in exactly forty minutes. You may begin."

-

"So, how was your first class as a professor?" Harry asked Draco as he caught up to him in the dungeons as Draco closed the classroom door. They couldn't see each other for two whole hours.

"It was good, besides a couple of students on their phones during the lesson," muttered Draco and gave Harry a kiss on the cheek. Harry chuckled because he had the same thing happen in class, and he adores Draco's cheek kisses. Draco continued as they started heading up to the ground floor for lunch, "Nobody in our year who were muggle-borns or half-blood had their phones at Hogwarts unless they hid them well."

"It's the same in my class," said Harry, agreeing with Draco about the phones. Even Hermione never brought her phone to class. "I caught a student on their phone during the lesson. Nearly had to confiscate it. What's with students bringing their muggle toys into Hogwarts? I thought they'd get banned by Filch or McGonagall but apparently not."

"I nearly had to confiscate almost half the class's phones since the students kept going on them when I wasn't looking," said Draco with a scowl, finding it very annoying when he's trying to teach the class. "I only gave them a few chances, and they stopped after two warnings. Oh, and I just taught Ginny Weasley and Astoria Greengrass in those two double lessons."

Harry's eyes flashed with loathing as Astoria's name was mentioned. The little git had tried to take his Draco away from him by drugging Neville with a love potion, making him fall in love with the next person he sees when the potion takes effect which is himself... He realized he was going to have to teach her Defence too.

"Right," Harry saidthrough his teeth when they walked up the dungeon stairs and walked towards the Great Hall. He didn't want Draco to know that he loathed her. "How wonderful," he added sarcastically but tried to sound calm as they went into the Great Hall for lunch.

-

Later that evening after dinner Harry Flooed to Malfoy Manor and immediately scooped Cassiopeia up into his arms, cooing to her how gorgeous she was and how much he loved her. Narcissa was sound asleep on her cherry-red chaise when he had entered the Manor's Lounge Room, he smiled fondly at her and wondered what they got up to today.

When exactly 7:00 hit he fire-called Draco's living Quarters. "Draco?" he said into the fire, but he didn't see his fiancés head pop into view. He began to worry. What if that Astoria bitch had done something? What if she trapped Draco? What if she put him under a potion? What if-

Draco's head finally came into view and Harry calmed down immediately from his overthinking. "Harry! How's my three favourite people doing?"

Harry grinned and shushed him with a finger to his lips, then pointed that finger to his side at Draco's mother. "I'm not too sure, our mother looks pretty out of it. They must've gone to London or Paris for the day. I wanted to find out, but I didn't want to wake her up."

"At least you're there to keep her company," Draco said, adoring how Harry called his mother ours. "Both of them." He smiles at his sleeping mother on the chaise and smiling baby daughter in Harry's arms. He noticed something though which concerned him, "Alright, move aside. There's a look on your face I am familiar with."

"A look?" Harry says quickly, in disbelief that Draco could notice his jealous demeanour. "But McGonagall said-"

"You matter more to me than what someone says, Harry. Even if it's Headmistress McGonagall. If students need me, they can wait until Wednesday when I, we, return in the morning."

"Are you sure?" Harry asked slowly. He didn't want Draco to get in trouble with the Headmistress.

"Positive." Draco enveloped his lover in a hug, "Now, Harry, why are you suddenly jealous? What's going on?"

Harry cringed; he didn't want to tell the blonde who he was jealous of. Or, really, who he kept overthinking about, but he ended up telling Draco anyway. Draco was laughing and Harry rolled his eyes and walked into the next room with Cassiopeia. Draco follows him and reminds him that he doesn't need to worry about the Slytherin girl being a bitch because she genuinely is one and will always be one and that he dislikes her as much as Harry dislikes her.

Harry felt relieved when hearing that, but he made Draco follow him around the Manor because it was fun, and he enjoyed it when Draco repeatedly told him that the Slytherin girl is an arse. He reached their bedroom and shut Draco up with a kiss, then headed to Cassiopeia's changing mat.

Draco smiled, "I can't bloody believe you'd be so jealous-"

"I'm sorry, I just feel so protective over you," Harry says, rather quickly. "I love you, Draco, you're my muse. I love Cassiopeia, your mother, and even your father. I feel protective over this family, my family."

Draco hugged him before Harry could say anything else, and with a flick of his wand pointing behind Harry, finished changing Cassiopeia for Harry. He placed kisses all over Harry's face until his dark-haired lover started to chuckle. "Ditto, to all that you have said," he muttered to Harry's warm flushed cheek. "I love you too."

Harry smiled in the hug, fully relaxing in Draco's arms. He felt at peace. He knew who to go to after a long day of teaching. After asking him multiple times if he really is ok, and Harry telling him repeatedly that he is, his blonde fiancé first kissed him and then took care of tucking Cassiopeia into bed before he reached for Harry and they fell onto their bed together with laughter.

*****

Harry fell asleep hugging Draco's pillow in their bedroom in Malfoy Manor, drowning in the scent of Draco's citrusy hair gel. To him, it felt like Draco was right next to him, in his arms and he pretended Draco was there with him. It made him feel less lonely even with Cassiopeia sleeping in her cot on the other side of the room.

Immediately after Flooing to Malfoy Manor from Hogwarts, he had dinner with Narcissa while feeding Cassiopeia her warm bottle of milk. He had told her that the students had given him and even Draco bouquets of flowers and even silly letters written for him "From Draco', even mentioning how the students did the same for Severus and Remus, and she laughed joyfully.

Now he lay napping on their bed, but he woke immediately, feeling something crawling on the bed. Thinking Cassiopeia might have woken and levitated over to the bed somehow, he blinks his eyes multiple times and looks up, expecting to see a blur of a tiny baby on his bed but instead, he sees a blur of blonde hair, and grey eyes, and a familiar beautiful face.

"Draco," he mumbles sleepily, happily as he reaches for his blonde fiancé. "Sleep with me."

"Only if you beg for it," Draco whispers. Harry blinks at him, eyes still blurry. He didn't have his glasses on.

"If you can find my glasses then sure," Harry says, slowly smirking. Draco snorted and looked around the bed, finally finding them and placing them on Harry's nose. "Thanks, babe. Now, can you please sleep with me?"

"In what way, Harry?" Draco asks quietly with a wink.

Harry groans, tired and suddenly horny as the image of a naked Draco pops into his mind. "I dunno, both?! First time I just meant you snuggle up with me and I can fall asleep in your arms," he says quietly.

"Snuggling in each other's arms it is," Draco says as he leans down and lays next to Harry, putting an arm around him and pulling him close.

"Now that you got me thinking of it, I want the second option now," Harry mutters as he reaches down for Draco's groin. Draco laughs and swats his hand away. "Sodding tease."

"You can wait," Draco says as Harry pouts at him. He grins and rolls Harry onto his back and crawls over the top of him, sitting over his groin. "I'm not done with you yet."

*****

Harry stared out into the November sunrise in the early chilly morning and the snowy clouds which were filled up with snow were beginning to come as December was only a month away. Only a couple of days ago he started teaching at Hogwarts with Draco and he also discovered that the students really liked when the class was enjoyable so he decided to bring Hedwig back to Hogwarts so she could humour the kids. He hasn't started taking her to his classes yet, but he decided to do so today.

So far, he's dealt with having to teach bloody Astoria Greengrass Defence. She's fairly good at Defence, to be honest, but Harry tries to stay as far away from her as possible in case she tries to do anything else. He has also always rushed to the Potions classroom to walk with Draco to the Great Hall just in case Astoria, more like bitch ,does something when he's not there to protect Draco. He's tried his best to stop loathing her since she is his student now, but he really just can't. He just cannot forgive her for what she tried to do.

He got dressed into some warm clothes with his Gryffindor Sweater and black robe and headed out of the portrait only to find more bloody flowers. Merlin's Beard! Flowers again?! He doesn't entirely need them. He picked them up, closed the portrait and went down to the common room.

Harry went towards the bunch of Gryffindor guys and girls in the common room, turned around and said, "Catch!" as he threw the bouquet behind him. He grinned as he heard a few girls shout, "Mine!" and he turned around. One of the young girls had caught the bouquet and was grinning.

"If I may have your attention, I would like to announce a few things that I would like to be stopped," said Harry who watched all the Gryffindors in the common room, but not all of them were there. A few must be still in their dormitories or at breakfast early. "Even though I adore you and whoever else giving me flowers or love letters that appear to be signed by my fi – boyfriend, can you please stop? It's sweet, and I know they're not from Professor Malfoy. Whatever your aim is, I don't think it's working."

"Sorry professor," said Cody, but he didn't look like he regretted a thing as he just smiled. Nor did the other Gryffindors in the room. "It's just a thing we've been doing since we found out Professor Snape and Professor Lupin have been together. It's not just us Gryffindors, the other houses are all in it together. It started up as just us muggle-borns giving them gifts, but then the muggle-raised half-bloods joined, then the other half-bloods and then some of the Purebloods."

"Have you ever thought about how much these would cost, though?" Harry tried to reason with them and crossed his arms. He tried giving them a stern look but couldn't quite muster it. He has been given at least three bouquets since he started working, and Draco's been given a couple too. How much did a bouquet of flowers cost exactly? Or even a few dozen. "Or how annoying it must have been for Professor Snape and Professor Remus to be given dozens of flowers which they don't know where to put them because you lot gave them so much?"

None of the Gryffindors in the room spoke because they knew there was no point to it. Harry gave them all a nod. He was proud to have proven his point. Right now, he must head to breakfast to meet with Draco. "I must go, my partner is waiting for me."

"Wait, professor!" called Emilie and she stood up to and ran towards him. A few others blocked the professor's entrance out of the common room. "Can we play a little prank on our fellow students?"

"What kind of prank is it?" Harry asked, raising an eyebrow. He doesn't really mind if the students play a prank on other students as long as nobody gets hurt.

Emilie grinned innocently and pushed back a strand of her long chestnut hair behind her ear. "It's a prank and a secret, professor. Headmistress McGonagall approves of the prank just so you know. You can ask her if you don't believe us."

Harry knew that if McGonagall approved of something, then it was safe to say that he approved of whatever prank these children would do in a matter of seconds, minutes, or hours. "Then yes, you may prank whomever you want as long as it is safe, and Professor McGonagall approves of it. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off."

Harry pondered what this prank these Gryffindors would be doing when he exited the common room out of the portrait and headed for the Great Hall. There, he spotted Draco walking up the dungeon stairs towards the Great Hall and he grinned. "Morning, my lovely Draco Malfoy," he called when strolling over to him. He threw his arms around the blonde and when Draco kissed his neck, he chuckled and leaned away a bit so he could give him a morning passionate kiss.

Harry didn't realize he was being backed up against the wall until he felt a solid stone wall behind him. He slowly smiled and raised his knee up to Draco's hand, which the Slytherin grabbed onto and pulled a bit higher so he could slither in closer to Harry until their pricks touched from inside their pants. They both groaned in unison, wanting the exact same thing: sex, because it's just been so long.

Harry sunk to the floor, and Draco went down with him. The Slytherin pushed him up to the wall from the floor and continued with his passionate kissing. "Christ," says Harry breathlessly, leaning away from the kiss and staring into silver sparkling eyes. "You have no clue how much I want sex with you."

When they have their days off, they spend the day with their daughter, Cassiopeia and mother, Narcissa, spending the entire day as a family. They don't have much time those days to spend alone and pleasure each other, only at night but they're too tired by the time they tuck Cassiopeia into bed and get cosy in under the sheets of their bed.

Draco smirked, agreeing with Harry more than anything. "I know," he groaned. He can feel the need to be inside Harry already, or to have Harry inside of himself. "I want it too, so much. Lucky for us it's the weekend tomorrow."

"What do you want to do on the weekend?" Harry asks him fervently. "Besides sex, obviously." He reached up and twirled his finger around a lock of Draco's blonde fringe which the Slytherin didn't style as neatly as he used to, and Harry was glad he didn't. "Think you're brave enough to go back into the muggle world? Perhaps a roller-skating rink in Australia, or a zoo, an aquarium, or a theme park?"

"I don't know what half of the things you said are, Harry," Draco responds nonchalantly with a shake of his head, confused with the muggle terms Harry's been using. But sure, he was brave enough to go back to the muggle world.

"Oh, right," said Harry with a wide grin. He hasn't told Draco about the other things in the muggle world, so he did. "It's easier to show you a Theme Park, Aquarium and Zoo than explain it."

"Sounds intriguing," said Draco, raising his eyebrows. He would like to try this theme park thing and the zoos. "And sure, I'd love to go on dates with you on the other side of the world. Especially that liquid zoo, that sounds cool."

Harry chuckled at how Draco said Aquarium, which he found utterly adorable. "Yes, we can go to the Aquarium if you want. But first, let's head to breakfast. I'm starving!"

"So am I," said Draco with a smile, and he leaned forward and kissed Harry with love. He was going to say that he was the only source of food for Harry, but there could be students in the corridors who could hear him say that inappropriate sentence.

Draco stood up and helped his lover up with ease then started walking with a hand around Harry's waist to the Great Hall. When they entered, they sat together at the professor's table and dished their plates up with cheese toasties since it was Thursday Toasties Day.

But then a couple of Gryffindor and Hufflepuff students wearing tactical vests and what Harry notices are Nerf guns entered the Great Hall. A shout was heard, and they all started firing their blue Nerf bullets at random students. Then a few students from the Ravenclaw and Slytherin tables brought out their Nerf guns from under the table and began shooting at everyone around them on their table.

A lot of the students, who didn't know what was happening, were ducking under the tables or running around the Great Hall in horror, most likely thinking they were going to die. Harry looked at all the professors sitting beside him and Draco and noticed they were all laughing at the students. Honestly, could his day get any better? He wished he had something to record this all with.

Harry began to laugh because this was a hilarious prank that really, he never thought he would ever happen to see in his entire life. Nerf guns in Hogwarts? He remembers Dudley had a few Nerf guns, which he used to fire at Harry all the time when he came downstairs. He was just lucky the Nerf bullets didn't hurt. He hopes the Gryffindors he talked to this morning didn't lie to him about McGonagall's acceptance of this prank. He laughed even more when Christina shot Draco in the head with a Nerf Bullet and the bullet just stuck to Draco's forehead.

Draco looked up at the weird muggle object stuck to his forehead and pulled it off. He stared at the little orange suction cup on the object and pressed it on the table. It just stayed there, until it bounced up and scared Draco a little. "Harry...!" he said uneasily. "What's happening?"

"Muggle-raised students are having a Nerf gun war, by the looks of it," said Harry loudly as the screams of other students echoed through the room and he was trying to duck away from Nerf bullets being aimed at him.

"Bullseye!" shouted Cody in triumph as he fired a Nerf bullet at Draco and hit him right on the nose. He grinned and ran off into the crowd of other Gryffindor and Hufflepuff firing bullets at students running around and under the tables.

Harry chuckled and pulled the bullet off Draco's nose and kissed it better, even if it just made the Slytherin's cheeks turn that beautiful shade of red Harry likes. Merlin's Beard... "You know..." he said amiably, placing the Nerf bullet down on the table and stroking Draco's warm blushing cheek with a finger. "I love it when your face turns that beautiful shade of red."

Draco let out a tiny giggle and Harry just melted on the inside from how adorable that sound was coming from his lover. Harry just couldn't help it at all. He leaned forward and kissed his blonde fiance's blushing cheek over and over again. It wasn't until Draco turned his head around and his lips met with Draco's soft ones that he just got up from his seat and sat on the arm of Draco's chair so he could kiss Draco deeply. He ignored the Nerf bullets hitting the back of his skull as he was used to them now.

Draco slid his arms around Harry's waist as he passionately kissed him. He didn't realize the noise around himself and Harry had stopped as he was too busy kissing his Harry in this odd but lovely position. When they realized there was only silence besides the slide of their lips against each other, they leaned away from the kiss with flushed faces.

Harry looked to the side and noticed a smirk on McGonagall's face. Then he knew something was up. He looked down at the Professor's table and swallowed. All the students with Nerf guns were aiming their Nerf guns at him and Draco. Soon, the sound of Nerf bullets flying out of the gun chamber echoes through the Great Hall and Harry was hit first on the forehead, then on the shoulder, and it kept going but they also aimed at Draco and shot him multiple times. But then the Nerf gun wielders ran out of bullets too fast and they were left firing nothing at Harry and Draco.

"Well, students," said McGonagall as she stood up with a smile. "That was quite the sight to see. But breakfast isn't over yet, and so is our prank on you." She raised her wand, and with her, all the bullets on the floor, walls, on the tables and under them flew up into the air and aimed at all the students with Nerf guns. "You have about ten seconds to run, and these will follow you anywhere you go. So, you better start running."

Those students looked up in horror at the Nerf gun bullets all aimed at them in a circle. Then they all made a run for it and ran to the exit of the Great Hall, screaming, and the bullets started flying after them.

The professors all clapped at McGonagall and laughed joyfully at her. "One of the rules I overheard Fred and George talking about a few years ago was to never tell a professor about what prank they're going to do. I'm hoping those students have learnt their lesson, and to only prank people without a professor's consent."

The students below them all were still confused about what had happened and warily went back to their seats. Harry stayed seated on the arm of Draco's chair and slid his hands around the blonde's neck. He rested his temple on the side of Draco's head where his soft blonde hair was brushed back a little and he looked back down at all the students. He pondered if the students who were chased by magical flying Nerf bullets were up in their house common rooms somewhere hiding.

Harry and Draco, after a humouring breakfast, headed to their classes after a departing little kiss that left Harry wanting more but he had to wait an entire day for the weekend. But first, Harry went to the Owlery and carried Hedwig with him to his classroom. Harry was happy because he and Draco didn't have to teach any sixth years this morning that had no boyfriend-stealing Astoria Greengrass in it. In the afternoon, however, Harry wasn't so lucky. He didn't know what classes she had in the morning and honestly, didn't care.

Harry got an adorable little group of first-years to teach this morning. He welcomed all the little first years into his classroom, and placed Hedwig on his desk to wander or flap around while Harry taught the students about the knock-back jinx, Flipendo! They were all very quiet and did as they were told, which Harry was glad of. The double lesson went by pretty quickly since all the first years just practised the spell and thankfully none of them were asking Harry when he'll marry Draco. That conversation, which sadly has become a three-times-a-week thing, was for the third years and up. And finally, the class was over, and he could meet Draco in the kitchens for a little romantic lunch.

"Hello, my darling," said Draco as he entered the classroom after all the first years had left. Whatever happened to meeting Harry at the kitchens? "I just thought I'd walk you to the kitchens. Students are still playing with those muggle guns and literally are firing everywhere and at everyone. One soul was brave enough to have a go at McGonagall, I don't know if they made it out alive or if she caught them."

"Now that takes guts," said Harry as he put his things back on his desk, walked over to Draco and linked arms with him. He was really proud of whoever had a go at McGonagall because that's tough. Nobody he knew except Fred and George was able to test their luck and life with McGonagall. Even Dumbledore would have been able to. Harry could picture Dumbledore, if he were alive, throwing an apple pie with whipped cream at her face. It would have been funny at first, but then the food fight would have become worse.

They walked to the kitchens, memories flooding their minds of when they were students again and had meals together here. The only house elf they spot is Winky who Harry hasn't seen in so long. "Winky!" Harry beams. "Can you please get us some Fried Dill Pickles?" he asks quickly because he wants to eat and take Draco someplace nice like... the garden of Amare!

"Winky will get Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy's Fried Dill Pickles," said Winky with wide excited eyes. Harry cringed; she reminded him of Dobby. "Winky will be back in a few minutes!"

"Great!" said Harry, and the little elf rushed off into the kitchen. He and Draco went over to the long table and sat there waiting for their food to arrive. Harry rested his head on Draco's shoulder and gave a little yawn. Teaching is very tiring even if the students are quite calm and do what they're supposed to do.

"Merlin, when was the last time I had Fried Dill Pickles?" Draco asked Harry beside him and gave Harry's warm forehead a little kiss.

"A couple of years ago," said Harry and closed his eyes when feeling Draco's kiss still on his forehead. He always feels like Draco's kisses melt into his skin and flood his senses with warmth and love, which they do. When he opened his eyes, he could already smell Fried Dill Pickles and in front of him, was a bowl of them with ranch sauce.

Draco was the first to grab one and dip it in the ranch sauce. He bit down on the fried pickle and hummed with delight. Then he grinned and reached under the table to unbutton Harry's pants.

"Draco... What are you-"

Draco pulled out Harry's cock and wiped off the pre-come with his half-eaten Fried Dill pickle. Then he put Harry's length back in his pants and took a bite from the dill pickle he contaminated with Harry's seed. He gave an even bigger hum of delight.

"Draco, that's just... disgusting!" Harry hissed. "And don't you dare put it in-" He sighed as Draco swirled the tiny bit of Fried pickle into the ranch dressing and ate it. "You can keep the dressing and I'll have all the pickles to myself then Fucking hell, I'm going to smell like pickles now." He smirked as Draco pouted at him with that adorable little pout. The Slytherin distracted him with his charming smile and "accidentally" poured a little bit of the ranch dressing onto his pants. Harry grumbled and tried to wipe off the dressing, but Draco had crawled under the table and started licking it off his pants.

Harry gave a soft moan as he could literally feel Draco's tongue running along his length from under the material of his pants. "Fine, and you know the exact place to go, Draco," he said under his breath. "But eat up, we need our strength."

Draco smirked from under the table and got back up to his feet. "Oh, alright," he said with a grin, knowing the exact place McGonagall didn't know about. The Garden of Amare. He was excited both emotionally and physically, so he ate at least five more Fried Dill Pickles with Harry and dragged him, with the little bowl of ranch dressing, to the corridor where it leads to the Garden of Amare.

When entering the garden, Draco took Harry over to a patch of grass next to a flower meadow and sank to his knees. It was a familiar flower meadow, it's where they made Cassiopeia. Draco unzipped Harry again and pulled his pants down with ease, including his boxers. He smiled at Harry's obvious hardening cock and poured the ranch dressing all over it. Harry moaned as the liquid ran down his length and tickled him pleasantly.

Draco grabbed the base of his lover's cock and began licking teasingly at his hard member and lapping up any pre-come that dripped from the head and the dressing that coated his dick. Harry was moaning pitifully as Draco then took as much of him in his mouth as he could, and he threaded his fingers into Draco's silky soft blonde hair. Draco's silver eyes looked up into Harry's green ones as his mouth moved down Harry's shaft and he could feel the slide of Harry's dick moving to the back of his throat and he swallowed eagerly. Feeling Draco's throat muscles contract around him, Harry cried out, seeing stars, as he came, shivering in pleasure as his lover swallowed everything he released out.

Harry gently ran his hands through Draco's soft blonde hair and sighed with happiness. "Your mouth definitely is talented," he panted and bit his lip as Draco chuckled around his cock and removed it slowly from his mouth but continued to suck gently.

"I've had practise on you for years," Draco said as he placed a light kiss on the head of the cock that was in front of his face. "I think I need to put my mouth to good use more often."

Harry made a 'mmm' sound in his throat, agreeing with Draco about that. "You most definitely should. My turn now; pull those trousers down." Draco smirked and did what he was told.

The bell for the next class rang just as Draco came in Harry's mouth, he swallowed every ribbon of come Draco blessed him with. They both groaned in unison, not wanting to leave. Draco shuddered at the feeling of Harry's mouth vibrating over his length.

Harry pulled his mouth off his fiancé's length, smiling with satisfaction. "I hope to see you at dinner," he said to the beautiful blonde man looking down at him with eagerness. He knew what the Slytherin wanted: more. But they both had classes to go to.

"Or we can come back here-" Draco started but Harry cut him off by putting his own prick back in his pants and zipping himself up in a rush. Harry quickly Scourgified his pants so no salad dressing remained, and the scent disappeared too. The Slytherin grinned at the little flowers that had bloomed around himself and Harry but there was only a few. "Dinner it is then."

"Yes, dinner..." Harry helped Draco up onto his feet even if the Slytherin could have done it himself. Draco was just making him hard all over again by staying in that position. "I'll see you then, okay?" He gave him a quick kiss, not caring if he could taste himself as he just ought to get to class on time, and hurriedly left the gardens. On the way, he spelled his mouth clean.

He finally made it to class and a couple of sixth-year students were already lined up. "Good evening, class," he said brightly and opened the door for them. One by one, Gryffindor and Slytherin students walked in and chose a seat for the lesson.

"Please continue practising your non-verbal spells," Harry requested his students kindly. As his students got into partners and started trying to hex each other with non-verbal spells, Harry walked around the classroom to observe what they all were doing. Remus taught these students well, Harry knows truly. Like the first lesson of the day, it went by so quickly and before he knew it, his students were leaving the classroom. All but one...

"Professor?" asked Astoria Greengrass who stood at her desk in the back and twirled a finger around a lock of her dark brown hair. "May I please speak with you?"

"Of course, Ms Greengrass," said Harry kindly with a nod. Honestly, he just wanted to put this girl in a pen of Billy Goats and watch her get chased by them. Or even better, a shark tank with Great White Sharks and killer jellyfish. He's going a little too far...

"I have a feeling that you dislike me," Astoria said and rubbed at her elbows uneasily when moving to the front of the classroom. "-Which I understand because of a few years ago, but I was hoping this dislike could melt away like ice cream on a summers day."

Harry could have snorted. He doesn't know if the dislike for this girl will go away, but he hates disliking people, so he does hope it'll leave him eventually. "I don't dislike you. I may still be trying to forgive you for what you did that year, though. It was very...selfish..." He didn't know what else to tell her as he didn't want her to be upset.

Astoria frowned. "I understand and know, professor. My parents just want me married into a Pureblood family, which I've found, in the States. There are so many Pure-blooded families over in the States that I understand how none of them have come over to the United Kingdom. His name is Jeremy Macarthur. But while I was there...I stumbled upon a girl who oddly enough smells like a potion I made a couple of days ago. I remember her name as Cheryl Smith."

Harry smiled at her and wondered if he knew of that potion. Amortentia, wasn't it? "That's lovely, Ms Greengrass. I hope you choose who your heart desires, not what others want of you. It's all I, who's been in a strong and loving relationship with a lovely man for years, ask of you."

"I understand what you mean, professor," Astoria said sympathetically. "I will try," she promised. "Perhaps, to make my family happy, I'll marry the boy called Jeremy, produce an heir and then get with the girl after..."

"Yes, that is an option," said Harry, nodding. "Or you could find that girl and make her yours before anybody else obtains her. If gay wizards have birthing potions, I'm sure lesbian witches have something too."

Astoria seemed to consider this for a moment. It all made sense to her too. "I promise I'll do my best, even if it means doing it behind my parent's back. I may get disowned, but I have a friend who I know will let me stay with her."

Harry frowned at her, not knowing why a parent or two couldn't come to terms and accept their homosexual son or daughter. "You won't get disowned, trust me. Draco thought he would get disowned when his father found out about our secret relationship, and is he? Not at all. You have parents and they should love you no matter who you fall in love with."

"Thanks, Professor," Astoria said Greatly. "For the talk. It somewhat helped me. And again, I apologize for that year and how, I admit, selfish I was."

Harry regretted calling her 'selfish' now. He misinterpreted Astoria, thinking she was some man-eater or something. She clearly wasn't. Just a nice girl trying to fit in and finish Hogwarts like the rest of her year. "It's quite alright, Ms Greengrass. Remember if you need to talk about anything, that doesn't relate to extremely girly stuff, then I'm here and same with all the other professors."

Astoria giggled and nodded. "So, professor... when are you going to tie the knot with Professor Malfoy?"

Harry wanted to repeatedly thump his head on the table. Why do these marriage questions keep coming up in his life and why is he talking about it to a student? He's tried so hard to forget about the questions and try to continue on with life, but they just keep on coming. Honestly... "I haven't thought about it," he replied back and shook his head. He just didn't want to tell anyone yet that he is engaged to Draco, but now he just wants the entire world to find out just so the question doesn't bother him again. "I'm just too busy with teaching to think of something that enormous to happen in my life someday. It's quite busy being a Professor."

"I can tell it must be busy," said Astoria. "But anyway, I must be off. Goodbye, professor!" And in a blink of an eye, and a swish of brunette hair, she was gone.

Harry looked back at Hedwig and sighed. That just happened. He then got up from his desk and headed down to the Great Hall for some dinner with Draco. Later, he'd return to Malfoy Manor to check on Narcissa and his daughter Cassiopeia.
