"You cheated on Sukoon?" Asked Farah angrily holding Agastya's collar after she and Rishabh came to know about everything.

"Woh ladki apna sab kuch chhor ke tere saath Mumbai aayi, itna bharosa kiya tujh pe, aur tune uske saath yeh kiya? How could you Agastya?"

Saying that Farah pushed him harshly. She couldn't believe that her bestfriend did such a cheap thing.

"Sach mein Agastya. Tujhse yeh umeed nahi thi. Tune Sukoon ke saath woh hi kiya jo der saal pehle Rumi ne tere saath kiya tha. You betrayed her and.... It's unforgivable." Said Rishabh.

"Exactly." Said Farah agreeing.

Agastya, who was not saying anything till then, smiled sadly and said, "I didn't betray her. I would prefer to die before betraying my Sukoon."

Farah looked at him with disbelief and said, "Accha? Tu puri raat uss bitch Rumi ke saath tha, you both got intimate and you are saying that you didn't betray Sukoon. Unbelievable!"

Agastya nodded his head negatively and said, "You didn't get intimate. Jaisa maine Sukoon ko baataya, waisa kuch bhi nahi hua tha....."

Flashback...

Rumi closed her eyes and tried to cover the distance between their lips.

But before her lips could touch Agastya's, he got up from the bed.

"How many times I told you not to do such things? Rumi har baar tum jo chahti ho woh tumhe nahi mil sakta. Yaar I love Sukoon, why don't you get it?" Said Agastya getting irritated.

Rumi also stood up and hugged him tightly. She started sobbing.

"I know but... I love you Agastya... I love you... I can't...  Live.... Without you.... I'll die... Please understand...my feelings... I love...you...."

Agastya was about to push Rumi but he suddenly noticed that she got anxiety attack.

"Oh Shit! Rumi..."

He made her sit on the bed. Her body was shaking. She was having difficulty in breathing.

"You will be fine. Okay? Just take deep breaths." He said rubbing her back.

"P...pills....." Said Rumi pointing her finger towards the pills.

Agastya immediately brought her the pills and water and she took the pills. After taking the pills, Rumi became little stable.

"Agastya.... Don't leave me tonight. Mujhe akele nahi rehna..." She said again.

"I'm not leaving, okay? Now change your clothes and have some sleep." Said Agastya understanding her situation.

"Tum sach mein.... nahi jaaoge na?"

"Nahi jaaunga."

Rumi smiled looking at him. She went to the washroom and changed her clothes. Then she came back and laid on the bed. Agastya covered her with the blanket and himself sat on the couch. He thought that he would leave as soon as Rumi sleeps. But he didn't realise when his eyes became closed and he slept on the couch.

Flashback Ends...

"F*ck! F*ck!... Bro have you gone mad?" Shouted Rishabh. "Tune Sukoon se jhut bola ki uss raat tum dono ke bich kuch...... Why? Why didn't you tell her the truth?"

"Sach bolta toh kya woh mujhe chhor ke jaati? Nahi na? Isliye mujhe jhut kehna padha." Said Agastya.

"Toh tu chahta tha ki woh tujhe chhor ke chali jaaye? Bhai kyu? Tu toh pyaar karta tha na uss se?" Asked Farah.

"Karta hoon." Replied Agastya. "Aur iss hi liye nahi chahta ki woh mujh jaise insaan ke saath rahe. Yaar jab se hum dono relationship mein aaye hai, Sukoon badal chuki hai. Yeh woh Sukoon hai hi nahi jis se Delhi mein mujhe pyaar hua tha. Jo Sukoon logo ko easily heal kar sakti thi, woh aaj khud itne dard mein hai. Mere saath usse takleefon ke alawa aur mila hi kya hai? Kabhi usse yeh sun na padha ki woh meri life mein sirf ek distraction hai, kabhi sun na padha ki woh mere type ki nahi hai, kabhi usse mere aur Rumi ke intimate photos dekhne padhe, kabhi apni aakhon se Rumi ko mujhe kiss karte hue dekhna padha toh kabhi kisi teesre ke muh se sun na padha that I slept with someone else.... And in spite of all this, she still had trust on me. Khud itna suffer karne ke baad bhi usne kabhi mujh pe doubt nahi kiya. Main kya karta? Usse apne paas rakh ke aur suffer karwata? Agastya's eyes became teary while saying.

"Tu chizo ko solve karne ki toh try kar sakta tha na?" Said Farah.

"Aisa nahi hai maine try nahi kiya. Par har baar naa chahte hue bhi main Sukoon ko takleef de baitha. I promised her that my past wouldn't affect our present. But eventually it affected our present. Usse itna dukh sirf meri wajah se mila hai. Uss raat main Rumi ki halat dekh ke wapas nahi aa saka, woh meri galti thi. Aur dard kisko sehna pada? Sukoon ko. Main kehta tha na ki Sukoon ne meri broken life ko beautiful bana diya hai? But what about her life? It's broken only because of me. Meri life ke darkness ne usko tabah kar diya hai. But not anymore. Ab usse woh khushi milegi jo woh deserve karti hai. And I don't deserve someone like Sukoon. Behtar hai main puri zindagi akela hi rahu. Apne iss dard ke saath, iss broken life ke saath."

Farah sighed and said, "Tune sahi kaha. Sukoon deserves happiness. Par kya tujhse dur reh ke woh khush reh paayegi? Yeh sab karke tune uss bechari ko aur tod diya hai, you idiot!"

"Maine usse isliye toda hai taa ki woh wapas se jud sake. Abhi usse bohut dard ho raha hoga. Par bohut zald woh sab kuch bhul jayegi. Waha Delhi mein woh apne logo ke saath rahegi. Apni purani zindagi mein laut jaayegi. Wapas se woh wali Sukoon ban jayegi jiske chehre pe humesha ek smile hoti thi. Phir usse sayad yaad bhi nahi rahega ki main kabhi uski zindagi ka hissa tha. Aur ekdin usse koi aisa mil jaayega jo usse sirf khushiya dega, meri tarah dukh nahi."

His heart broke into pieces while saying the last words.

"Tu pagal ho chuka hai. Par hum nahi. Hum Sukoon ko sab kuch baata denge. Bohut hua ab." Said Rishabh.

"Nahi." Said Agastya. "You guys won't tell her anything. Do you want her to suffer more? Tell me."

"No. We won't want that. Par aise kuch solve nahi hone wala Agastya. It will only cause you pain." Said Farah trying to make him understand.

"I'll bear this pain. Par Sukoon ko meri broken life mein wapas nahi aane dunga." He said.

"But...."

"Tumhe humari dosti ki kasam. Promise karo, Sukoon ko iss baare mein kuch paata nahi chalega. Promise me."

Farah and Rishabh had no other option. They sighed and said together, "Promise."

Meanwhile in Delhi...

Sukoon was sitting on the bed, resting her head on the pillow. Tears were rolling down her cheeks thinking about Agastya. In spite of everything, she still was not being able to hate him. It was not possible to hate someone whom you loved will all your heart. But why couldn't he love her the way he loved Rumi? Was she that bad?

"Tum aur Rumi toh kabhi alag hue nahi the. Tum humesha se usse chahte the aur woh tumhe. Toh phir maine kaise yeh soch liya ki tum Rumi ko chhor ke mujh jaisi ladki se pyaar karoge? Main toh sirf Rumi ko bhulane ka ek zariya thi... A distraction... Par tum mere liye humesha mera pyaar hi rahoge Agastya. Main chah kar bhi tumse kabhi nafrat nahi kar sakti. Bhale hi tum kisi aur ke kyu na ho jaao, main humesha tumhari rahungi. Kyu ki mera pyaar kaafi hai, main kaafi hoon." She thought.

Suddenly Seema Dadi entered her room with a plate of food and sat beside her.

"Sukoon Beta! Ab toh khaa le kuch." She said.

"Dadi abhi bhukh nahi hai." Said Sukoon.

"Jab se aayi hai, ek niwala tak muh mein nahi liya. Jab alag ho ke itna dard ho raha hai toh alag hue hi kyu?" Asked Seema Dadi sadly. Even they all were sad after knowing that everything was over between Agastya and Sukoon.

"Aisi baat nahi hai Dadi." Said Sukoon smiling forcefully. "Aur dard kis baat ka? Kaha tha na humara mutual decision tha alag hone ka? Upar se jo kuch bhi hua, accha hi hua. Agastya ko uska pyaar wapas mil gaya. Rumi aur Agastya ek ho gaye. Aur rahi baat meri toh, main kaha uss se pyaar karti thi? Woh toh mera dost tha. Sirf aap logo ki wajah se maine shaadi ke liye haan kaha tha. Isliye main toh khush hoon ki main bach gayi. Ab mujhe aap logo se dur nahi jaana padega. Main humesha aap sab ke saath rahungi."

Saying that Sukoon side-hugged Seema Dadi lovingly. But she could understand the hidden pain behind Sukoon's words.

"Hogaya khush hone ka dikhawa?" She asked after Sukoon broke the hug.

"Tujhe kya lagta hai? Tu khul ke nahi baatayegi toh kya main tera dukh nahi samjhungi? Tu Agastya se kitna pyaar karti hai yeh hum sab jaante hai Sukoon. Aur Agastya tujhse kitna pyaar karta hai yeh bhi hum jaante hai. Jab tu hospital mein maut se lad rahi thi, tab Agastya ka pagalpan hum sab ne dekha hai. Bina pyaar ke ko bhi insaan kisi ke liye itna nahi karta. Aur aaj agar woh tujhe khud se dur kar raha hai, toh iske peeche bhi koi wajah hogi."

"Wajah hai na?" Said Sukoon sadly. "Yeh hi ki usse uska saccha pyaar mil gaya hai. Maybe usse mujhse sirf ek attachment ho gayi thi. Sab ko ho jaati hai kabhi na kabhi. Par pyaar... woh mujhse kabhi nahi kar paaya. Agar kar paata toh itni asani se kisi aur ke paas nahi jaata. Rumi hi uska pyaar hai. Aur mujhe unn dono ke beech mein nahi aana. Mere aur Agastya ke beech jo tha woh tut chuka hai. Aur ab hum kabhi ek nahi ho sakte."

Seema Dadi sighed and said, "Do logo ke bich itna bhi kuch tut nahi sakta, ki tukde bhi na mile. Mera dil keh raha hai, abhi bhi tum dono ke bich kuch baki hai, jo tum dono ko mila sakta hai."

Saying that she made Sukoon eat a bite. While Sukoon kept thinking.

"Kya Seema Dadi sahi keh rahi hai? Kya sach mein mere aur Agastya ke beech abhi bhi....kuch baki hai?" She asked herself.

Next day, Rumi came to the theatre and came to know about Agastya and Sukoon's break up. She was on cloud nine hearing that.

"I knew it. Agastya will come back to me. After all I am his true love. Ab aur koi galti nahi hogi. Ab hum dono saath honge. Koi nahi rahega humare beech. Na Sukoon aur na hi Ishaan. It will be only us." She said in her mind while smiling continuously.

That day she spoke to her family and decided to give divorce to Ishaan.
