As soon as the doctor came out of the operation theatre, Agastya and others went to him.

"Doctor Su...Sukoon.... Kaisi hai woh?" Asked Agastya being restless.

"Aap sab ki dua ka asar hua hai. The operation is successful. Now she is out of danger." Said the doctor with a smile.

Agastya gave a sigh of relief as well as others.

"Hum abhi unhe ICU mein shift kar rahe hai. Unhe puri tarah se hosh aane mein thoda waqt lag sakta hai. Filhaal aap sab apne ghar jaiye. Kaal subah visiting hours mein aa jaana."

Saying that the doctor left from there with some nurses.

Their smiles vanished hearing that. Where would they go now?

"Ghar? Ghar hi toh nahi raha humara. Ab hum jaayenge kaha?" Said one old woman.

"Don't worry. Filhaal aap logo ke liye main kisi hotel mein rooms book kar deta hoon. Kuch din udhar rahiye. Ek baar Sukoon thik ho jaaye, saath mein mil kar koi intezaam kar lenge." Said Agastya.

"Lekin Beta hum 20 log hai. Itne saare rooms ke paise...."

Before Seema Dadi could complete, Agastya hold her hands and said, "Kisne kaha aap ko abhi paiso ki chinta karne ke liye? Woh main dekh lunga. Pehle dekhte hai idhar aas paas koi hotel hai yaa nahi."

They all nodded and left from the hospital.

Luckily, they found a hotel to stay. After they all settled in their rooms, Agastya came back to the hospital. He knew that he wouldn't be able to stay away from Sukoon. He needed her in front of his eyes.

He went to the ICU and saw her from outside through the glass windows. She was lying in hospital bed with oxygen mask on her face. Agastya kept his one hand on the glass windows and teardrops rolled down his cheeks seeing his Sukoon in this condition.

"Kyu sata rahi ho mujhe itna? Ab uth bhi jaao na. Mujhse aur nahi raha jaa raha. Bohut saari baatein karni hai tumse. Bohut kuch share karna hai. Tum jaan ke hairaan ho jaaogi ki.... Tumhare Agastya ko pyaar hogaya hai, woh bhi tumse." Saying that Agastya chuckle painfully.

"Kitni ajeeb baat hai na? Jo Agastya pyaar shabd se bhi nafrat karta tha, woh aaj tumse beintehaa pyaar karne laga hai. Bewakoof tha main jo apni feelings se dur bhag raha tha. Apne pyaar ko dosti ka naam de raha tha. Sirf aur sirf apne dardnaak past ki wajah se. Zidd thi meri ki phir kabhi kisi se dil nahi lagaunga. Kyu ki dobara tut ne ka darr jo tha. Lekin main haar gaya Sukoon. Tumhari acchai, tumhari masoomiyat, tumhari saadgi ke aage mere zidd ki nahi chali. Aaj jab apne andar ek pal ke liye tumhe khone ka darr mehsoos hua, tab paata chala ki tum kya ho mere liye. Tumhare pyaar ne mere dil ke saare band darwaje khol diye. And now I don't have any hesitation to say that, I love you Sukoon. Tumne meri zindagi mein aa ke, meri puri zindagi hi badal di. Now it's my turn. I want to fill your world with my immense love and care. I want to love you with everything I have. Tum bas thik ho jaao. Your Agastya is waiting for you."

Saying that he wiped his tears and smiled sadly looking at her. Then he left from there. While walking he started thinking how fast the night changed. How she mended his broken heart and made place for herself in his heart.

Agastya remembered how his life was before meeting Sukoon. He was a broken soul who had none in his life. His love betrayed him, made him cry. He was in pain. Every moment he was waiting for death to come.

Then he remembered when Sukoon entered in his life. When they met at the Gurdwara. She tried so much to make him smile but he didn't. Now he smiled thinking it.

Agastya sat on a chair and started thinking deeply. It was no surprise that he fell for her. Who would not fall for a girl like Sukoon? She was perfect for him, for his broken life. He remembered how she healed his broken heart and now she became his everything.

Agastya leaned against the chair and closed his eyes. He was feeling that his journey actually ended. He had found his destination. It was Sukoon. Now he only wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

Agastya suddenly felt a touch on his hands. He opened his eyes and saw that Sukoon was sitting beside him and smiling looking at him.

Sukoon slowly caressed the minor cut on the corner of his lips which he got during the fight. Then she softly caressed his injured hands while Agastya was looking at her with love-filled eyes.

Sukoon then looked at him and asked, "Kuch kehna chahte ho mujhse?"

Agastya hold her hands and said, "Kehna toh bohut kuch hai. Par samajh nahi aata kaise kahu. Mujhe laga sayad mujhe phir kabhi kisi se pyaar nahi hoga. Lekin main galat tha. I love you Sukoon."

Sukoon kept looking at her while smiling.

"But I don't know what you think of me. Do you love me like I do?" He asked further.

"Tumhe kya lagta hai?" She asked.

"Paata nahi. Sirf itna paata hai ki main ab tumhare bina nahi reh sakta. Mujhe meri life mein tum chahiye Sukoon. As a friend, as a lover, as a life partner, mujhe fark nahi padhta. I just want you."

"Main hoon Agastya." Said Sukoon blinking her eyes in assurance. "

Saying that she gently kissed his forehead.

Sukoon then hugged Agastya and he closed his eyes. He melted in her touch.

Soon he fell asleep while imagining Sukoon in his arms.

Next Day...

Sukoon gained consciousness. She was now better than earlier. Only Agastya, Seema Dadi and Sheela Dadi went to meet her as much visitors were not allowed.

"Dard ho raha hai abhi bhi?" Asked Seema Dadi worrying.

"Thoda thoda." Replied Sukoon holding her head.

"Yeh bhi thik ho jayega. Ek baar bas ghar chal tu. Roz Yoga kara ke tera saara dard gayab kar dungi." Said Sheela Dadi and they laughed little.

Suddenly something came to Sukoon's mind and she said, "Ghar se yaad aaya. Humare Villa Of Love ka kya hua? Waha toh aag lag gayi thi."

Everyone's smile faded away hearing that. They had decided that they would not tell Sukoon anything right then. It could effect her health.

"Beta humara ghar bilkool thik hai." Said Sheela Dadi smiling forcefully.

"Haan. Woh fire brigade wale waqt rehte aa chuke the. Isliye zyada nuksaan nahi hua." Said Seema Dadi.

"Aap sab kuch chhupa rahe ho na mujhse?" Asked Sukoon as she found their behaviour little weird.

Agastya kept his hands on hers and said, "Sukoon sabse badi baat yeh hai ki sab hi log sahi salamat hai. Tum sahi salamat ho. Aur abhi tumhe kisi ki fikar karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Pehle tum khud thik ho jaao. Till then they all are my responsibility."

Sukoon smiled. Suddenly she noticed his injured hand.

"Agastya tumhe yeh chot kaise lagi?" She asked.

"Yeh.... Woh...." Agastya became nervous.

"Arrey hum kaal raat se pucch rahe hai. Lekin yeh baata ta hi nahi." Said Seema Dadi.

"Kuch nahi hai woh.... Raaste mein gir gaya tha. Uss wajah se lag gayi." Said Agastya hiding the truth.

"Woh toh thik hai. Lekin tumne dawai kyu nahi lagayi?"

"Laga lunga meri Maa. Yaaha se jaate hi laga lunga." Said Agastya in such a way which made Sukoon smile.

Suddenly Sheela Dadi thought something and said, "Waise Sukoon tujhe paata hai? Agastya ko tujhse kuch bohut hi zaroori baat karni hai."

Agastya immediately looked at her with wide eyes.

"Accha? Kya baat karni hai?" Asked Sukoon casually.

Before Agastya could say anything, Seema Dadi said to Sheela Dadi, "Chaliye hum dono chalte hai. Tum dono aram se baat kar lo. Aur Agastya, puri baat kar ke hi wapas aana."

Saying that both the Dadis went leaving Agastya alone with Sukoon.

"Toh?" Asked Sukoon and Agastya looked at her.

"Toh kya?" He asked.

"Tumhe kuch baat karni thi na?"

"Haan woh... Main matlab... I just wanted to say ki tum zaldi se thik ho jaao. Uske baad....."

Before Agastya could complete, Sukoon said sadly, "Uske baad tum wapas chale jaoge, hai na?"

Agastya sighed and said, "Mujhe bhagane ki itni zaldi hai kya?"

"Aisa nahi hai actually... I'm feeling very guilty. Tumhe humare liye ek baar phir se Mumbai wapas jaana cancel karna pada. Udhar tumhara career hai, tumhara sab kuch hai. But here you are stuck with us.....I think you should go back and focus on your career. Hum idhar sambhal lenge. Tum aur kitna karoge humare liye Agastya? You have already done so much."

"Sukoon tum sayad bhul rahi ho ki yeh log sirf tumhari family nahi hai. Yeh meri bhi family hai. Aur apni family ke liye, apne logo ke liye, mujhe kitne hadh tak karna hai, yeh main decide karunga, tum nahi." Said Agastya sternly making Sukoon quiet.

"Ab main yaaha se tabhi jaaunga jab sab kuch puri tarah se thik ho jayega. Aur main akele nahi jaaunga, kisi ko saath le kar jaaunga." He said further.

"Kisko?" Asked Sukoon innocently.

Agastya was going to say something but stopped. Maybe it was not the right time.

He went near Sukoon and kissed her forehead.

"Take rest." He whispered and left from there.

"Kiski baat kar raha tha woh?" She thought making a confused face.

Agastya came out of the ICU and saw Seema Dadi and Sheela Dadi glaring him.

"Baat nahi hui?" They asked together.

"Umm.... Hui naa? Woh puch rahi thi main kab jaaunga aur maine jawab diya ki main abhi nahi jaa raha. Then I told her to take rest...."

"Tu acche se jaanta hai ki hum iss baat ki baat nahi kar rahe." Said Sheela Dadi.

"Hum uss baat ki baat kar rahe hai jo tujhe abhi Sukoon se karni chahiye thi. Agar woh baat kiyi hoti, toh itni zaldi tu bahar nahi aata." Said Seema Dadi.

Agastya gave a stupid smile and caressed his own hair.

"Sorry. Asal mein mauka nahi mila. Aur abhi zaldi kya hai? Woh thik ho jaaye phir baataunga sab kuch. We have enough time." He said.

The Dadis nodded their heads in disbelief.

"Hum tujhe zaldbaazi karne ke liye nahi keh rahe hai. Par haan, dil ki baat zyada der dil ke andar nahi rakhni chahiye. Khas kar jab mamla pyaar ka ho." Said Seema Dadi to which Agastya nodded in yes.

"Baatana toh padega hi. Sirf darr lagta hai. Kahi Sukoon ke pyaar ko paane ke liye main uski dosti ko na kho doon. Bohut muskil se life ko ek second chance dene ka socha hai maine. I hope everything goes fine this time." He said in his mind hoping for the best.
