I got back in the car after my brother's football game. I drove cause I had stuff before. So when I was driving home, I was going through the light and this person crashes into me. My mom was behind me so she stops and gets on the side. She gets out of the car and comes over to me. I try to get out of the car but my leg was in pain really bad so she called 911. The ambulance came.

I got to the hospital in a lot of pain. They rushed me into the emergency room. They had to do a cat scan and everything.

The doctors leave after they are done with the scan and stuff. They come back a couple minutes later saying, "So we got some bad news. You have a fractured bone in your leg. You will not be able to swim and you will be in a wheelchair and crutches.

I thought through my head, "Noooo! I can't. Noo!"

So I texted Nate and took a picture of my cast. He replied, "Babe. Oh my gosh. I really hope you are okay. I really love you and I believe you can do it. I will see you at home and I will take care of you. Whatever you need, I am here". "Aww. Thanks babe. I will try. See ya! Love ya too!"

Angie, Olivia, and Chloe were in the waiting room. I got on my crutches and hopped down the hallway. I hopped out and all of their mouths dropped. They ran over and gave me a hug. They were all crying. Angie said, "Girl. What did you do to yourself". "Haha", I told her laughing. So then they helped me out and into the car. "Thanks besties", I told them. They smiled.

On the way back from the hospital I thought through my head,

"I AM A BROKEN ATHLETE".
