NEXT DAY

"T ,I need to talk to you." Misha said standing outside the door of her house and saw that Abhay's had vacated his house.

"Where did Abhay go?" asked Misha and T rolled her eyes and invited her in.

"He never loved me ,he had a reason for what he did but to see that you have to come with me." said T and Misha stood puzzled. 

"Piya mam please come with us!" Misha informed both Kabir and Piya ,who were busy in glaring at T.

"Why is she here?" Piya asked and she looked ready to kill T when Misha came in between.

"Actually mam she knows why Abhay did all that with you." Misha started to explain but Piya cut her off..

 
"Obviously because he loves her." Piya pointed at T

"No he doesn't love me. I don't know about you but I am done with him." T said while Piya was surprised seeing her say so.

"I'll show you what is up with him and what all he is hiding. I didn't know before but I do now so I am leaving him." said T

LATER

 T took all of them to the secret Abhay was hiding ,the secret that would change their lives.

Piya looked bewildered as the car stopped in front hospital.

IN HOSPITAL

Doctor' Abhay I think u need to take some rest before the tests'

Abhay nodded n the doctor left.

Abhay felt dejected as he  recalled Piya's teary face again.

He know that he hurt her break her heart but his fate made him do this.

He don't want her to suffer like him.

He closed the eyes as the tears were just not stopping.

Suddenly Abhay felt a hand on his face

He jerked fully realizing the touch.

Abhay opened his eyes look at her angelic face.

How he want to freeze this moment..but the truth is that he can't.

Abhay slowly pushed Piya's hand back.

'What are u doing here ..I said na I don't love u ...now plz leave' He said with a expressionless face.

He need to make her believe that he hate her.

But only his heart knows how much he loves her..

Looking at her unmoved figure Abhay shouted' I SAID LEAVE'

At that time a nurse enter n ask Piya to leave.

' mam plz leave the room he need some rest'.

Piya came out silently and she  angrily marched to T

' So you r done with him coz he's in hospital??..what kind of friend u r??' Piya wanted to give a tight slap right on her face.

T smirk at Piya

"You idiotically in love girl ,he has BLOOD CANCER." T told and Piya got the shock of her life.

 
She held on to Misha for support

she couldn't believe the guy she loved was dying
