Blake What? The Real Riddle.
This story will have German and Xhosa. Blake will talk mostly in German while Indigo and Mimag's conversation will be in Xhosa.
The group flew towards the Fangs' base. An unsettling feeling drifted around them as they neared it. Blake grew nervous as he started to feel the strength from the large base.
Whitley noticed his nervousness. She was about to ask him when Red called out the attack plan. Blake nervously backed up a little before landing with the others. They then raced inside. The main entryway was where they were attacked.
"WAVE INCINEROAR!"
"Wellenkrieg!"
Blake moved the duo water moves as the others raced in. The powers got in front and casted.
"SISTA FÖRFRÅGAN! VARA SAMTAL!"
The blast slammed into the two water users as the flames ran forward.
"VLAMMENDE ROYAL! REGEN!"
The blades raced forward as the attack slammed into the majority of the group. Emmerez froze as they casted.
"HONOR'S LAST CASCADE!"
The attack slammed into her and sent her flying back. The waves cheered as they started charging. But they didn't get far as Blake was thrown back. A hiss of pain escaped him as Mr. Fedorov cackled.
"What's the matter... Blakey? Can't handle a little pain?" The other three Unova Dexters grabbed their ears as Blake hissed again. Water looped around his hand as he glared at the manipulator.
"Don't you dare say that name." The water went black as his voice went dark. "Now you're going to pay for that!" He held his hand up and casted quickly.
"Kriegsehrenkaskade! Veteranenschaft!"
The darkened water raced through the air and took out The Fang in seconds. A calm white water circled each Dexter as the dark water circled the area, looking for enemies. Blake collapsed after the two waters vanished. The air shifted as Whitley suddenly caught him before he hit the ground. The others ran over to her.
"What was that? Blake doesn't get that mad. And I know that's not his normal water." Green said as Whitley shifted his head onto her shoulder. He seemed rather peaceful. Mimag appeared and went over to Blake. It reached into his pocket and pulled out a small piece of paper. It was quick enough to grab it as Blake vanished into a puddle. Black bursted out laughing at Whitley's reaction.
"The next time I see him, he's dead." She stood up and dried herself off as Indigo took the piece of paper. She looked at it and froze. She took a deep breath and read it aloud.
Legenden."
The group paused as a phone went off. White pulled hers out and answered it. She made sure to put it on speaker.
"Blake... that's a nice little trick you did there. Where are you?"
"I'm not answering that."
"Why not?"
"Whitley noticed it, hat sie nicht?"
The group looked at her as he continued. She didn't look happy.
"You have to understand one thing, Ich komme immer mit meiner Arbeit davon."
"English is the best thing in the world, Blake." White said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear. Green paused at the amount of German being used.
"Sie wissen, dass ich das nicht bereitstellen werde. That's a wish you're not getting granted. And the circumstances don't change it."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"You got the note. You should be able to know what's coming. Es ist nicht so schwer."
"Throw another German sentence and I get your head." The line went dead for a moment before he spoke.
"Then you can come and get it, Frau Präsidentin Direktorin. German is my native tongue. If I want to speak it, then you can suffer through it. I'm making a point." White opened her mouth to make a comeback when Green stopped her and spoke.
"What are you about to do, Blake?" The area went quiet as he spoke. Mystery circled the words.
"Du hast die Notiz. Verwenden Sie es und finden Sie es heraus. Sie haben genug Übersetzer und Rätsellöser, um es herauszufinden. Ich habe Orte zu sein. Tschüss."
"Blake-" The line went dead at that moment. Green cursed under his breath as Red spoke.
"Got it." He stood up from his spot next to Emerald. The little mystery group must've figured it out because of how determined Red looked. But it was hard to tell who was in it. Red spoke the translation.
"Every legend that is connected must unite to hit the core of the enemy.
The core lies in a member who is not within the lines, but within the lines of the family.
A search should not be based on physical measures, but on lies that only the shadows can see.
The rain stops when he breathes the last danger and lets the moon scream about the danger when he is near the legends.
Let the hearth ignite its last words and save the target from both lines of fire and save the battle of legends, fangs and the target.
Find it before it falls and has its last fight.
Do not stop. Send him your love and support in the hope that he will return to fight the fangs that have held him down.
Good luck ... legends. "
The group stood in silence as they tried to figure it out. Indigo's eyes flashed as she turned to Mimag.
"Yivani! Uza kulandela utalizer we-zodiacs zomlilo! Umngcwabo!" Mimag's eyes widened as it turned to her.
"Kodwa ... kukuzibulala! Akazukuyenza umzuzwana omnye!"
"Ukuba emva koko ndicinga ukuba emva kwakhe, ke uya edabini ngenxa yesizathu!"
"Yintoni esifanele siyenze? Uya kufa ukuba uyayenza yedwa!" Indigo grabbed the note as the others stared in shock at the conversation.
"Ukuba oku kulungile, uza kulwa noKhathalelo ngenxa yesizathu. Kwaye akukho khetho lokuba enze yedwa." Mimag nodded grimly.
"Can you repeat that conversation in English?" Gold asked kindly. "Cause I don't think 90% of us understood." Indigo paused before blushing in embarrassment.
"Sorry... um..." She gulped as she spoke. "Blake is about to do a battle that is only for him. I should have realized it when we're flying here. We were supposed to come here while he went to go do the battle. We would've been able to complete this battle with ease. The real enemy put an enemy strengthening signal on Blake so that any enemy he's fighting gets stronger. It didn't take effect until now because we were planning this attack." She turned to Whitley. "Did he seem nervous on the way here?" Whitley nodded. "That's why. He knew that the battle wasn't going to go well because he would be the cause of the backfire for our plan. He was able to redeem himself by pulling that card. There's obviously more than just that on him. That's where he's going. He's going to get rid of whatever is on him so that he can rejoin us. That means we have to find the real enemy and start that battle so that Blake can join us later!"
"Um... shouldn't one of us go help? He's one of the weakest members here." Indigo shook her head.
"Do not stop. Send him your love and support in the hope that he will return to fight the fangs that have held him down." She looked at each Dexter. "He has to do this alone. We've all had to do that fight. Whether we've already done it or it approaches us in the future, we all have to fight alone. Let this be his. Because he needs to do this. We have to go and fight the real enemy. And I have an idea who it is."
"Who?" Indigo looked at the paper.
"The entire riddle is focused on the enemy. Who can cast a strong, darkness rising curse on a water user?" Purple's eyes widened.
"Taen. He showed me it back when I..." He grimaced. "Kicked his butt."
"When did you kick his butt?" Pink mumbled, obviously having battle scenes going through her head. He blinked.
"You were still with dad. Jearn... hadn't... been a murderous hellhound yet... ya know? It was just me running around the region. Get a grip, Pink." She cursed under her breath as he continued. "And I bet I know where we can find Taen. He's not the hardest person to track."
"How can he be? It's not like he stays quiet or has a beacon on his head or anything." The Torren crew lost it as she said that. Indigo groaned as she spoke over their laughter.
"Last one to his house has to hide the body I make!" The group turned as she gunned it for the door. She was the first one off the ground while the others were pulling out their pokemon. Her phone buzzed as soon as she got a good distance. "Hello?"
"Danke, Indigo."
"Blake." Her voice dropped to a whisper.
"Hör genau zu. Ich werde meinen Kampf führen. Du wirst den mit Taen beginnen. Sobald ich den Boden berühre, nehme ich, was ihr nicht könnt. Verstanden?"
"Verstanden. Einfach ganz schnell."
"Ja?"
"How'd you know who we were going to fight? And shouldn't you be at your fight?"
The line went quiet as a voice spoke above her.
"Sie wären überrascht, was ich jeden Tag ziehe."
She looked up to see Blake's classic smile before he took off. She froze before picking up speed to get to Taen's. One thought echoed through her head.
How'd he do that?
