Jessica fed Arabella and burped her, then laid on the couch and put the baby on her chest.
She threw a blanket over the both of them, and rested her hands on Arabella's back.
Jessica spoke softly and caressed her back, "Go to sleep, baby girl... Today's been a long day, so rest your pretty little eyes and have sweet sweet dreams..."

During the night Danny reached over to pull Jessica closer to him but when he realised she wasn't in bed, he woke up.
"Jess?" He sits up.
Danny saw that the light was off in the bathroom, so he went downstairs and saw them both sleeping peacefully.
He smiled and kisses both of their heads, then laid on the couch across from them so that he would be there if Jessica needed anything.

The next morning Jessica woke to the soft coos of a baby, and the sound of a whisk hitting a bowl.
She smiles down at her, and gently picks her up to hold her in her arms.
"Good morning pretty girl!  Oh it's so good waking up to you!  Did you sleep well?  This is the first time in months, that mommy actually had a good nights rest... And you slept so well!  You never even woke up once! 
... It's so nice to have you home, baby." She kisses her forehead.
"Let's go see what daddy's making!"
Jessica walks into the kitchen and smiles at the sight she sees.
Danny was wearing his boxers and Jessica's apron. He was facing the counter, so she got a clear view of his bottom.
"Well good morning, daddy." She smiles.
"Oh hi, mommy!  How's our baby?" He walks up to her with a smile.
"Amazing!  She slept so well!"
"Well good!" Danny kisses Jessica, then bends down and kisses the baby.
"And how are the babies?" He puts his hand on her stomach.
Jessica's eyes widen and she laughs.
"What?" Danny asks confused.
"It's just.. I guess with everything, and I don't know, maybe I have pregnancy brain already, but.. I almost forgot about being pregnant.  I'm so sorry, babies!" She looks down at her tiny bump.
Danny laughs and rubs her back.
"Well it's okay, it's understandable given the situation."
"Thanks." She chuckles as she couldn't believe what she did.
"But really, how are they?"
"Well good if I didn't even noticed them!" She laughs.
"Heh!  Well that's good, hopefully it stays that way.  You deserve an easy pregnancy."
"Oh I'm okay, it's all worth it anyway."
"How were you with her? I remember you telling me you were really tired all the time, right?" Danny asks looking down at the baby.
"Ah yes, all the time! And I was SO sick!  ... Sarah was a big help."
Danny bites the inside of his lip and nods his head.
*Clears throat*
"Well, I'm glad she was there for you." He looks into her eyes.
"... Yeah... Speaking of Sarah, she's coming by today... Is that okay?"
"Sweetie, she's your friend, you don't have to ask me for permission.... Besides.. Sarah and I.. We've moved passed everything.. I think."
"Well good.. I mean, you're my husband.. She's my best friend.. It was kinda an awkward situation."
"Yeah, I understand.  Don't worry, I won't make it awkward.. I'm done with being an ass."
"Well it's about damn time, honey."
He laughs and playfully whacks her arm with a dish towel.
"I'm just messing with you!" She laughs.
"Well no, you're right.  It is about time.." He gives her a small smile.
She giggles and leans over to kiss his lips softly.

Sofia runs down the stairs and says, "Where's the baby? Is she okay?!"
"She's perfect, honey. I think she's ready for breakfast, though."
"What is she gonna eat?"
"Milk of course!" Jessica giggles.
"Oh right." Sofia smiles.
Jessica sits down, lifts her shirt up and unhooks her nursing bra.
Sofia sits next to her and watches as the baby latches on and starts eating.

Jessica smiles and softly runs her finger on Arabella's cheek.
Sofia looks at Jessica's chest, then looks and touches her own.
"Mommy?"
"Yes, baby?"
"How are you doing that?"
"What?" She laughs.
"What's going on?"
"Sweetie, don't you remember when I used to feed Jackson?"
"No.."
"Oh! Well.. You see, when you have a baby, you're able to feed them with the milk that uh.. Is in your boobs..."
"Like a cow?"
"Uh well kinda.. but this is just for the baby.  It comes with pregnancy and giving birth.. not everyone is born with milk in their boobs." Jessica laughs. She didn't really know how to explain it.
"It's really good for the baby, and it gives her all the nutrients she needs."
"Did I eat like that?"
"Mhm." She nods.
"Does it hurt?"
"Well when I had you, yes it hurt a lot! Jackson it was only a little sore the first couple weeks, and it's never bothered me with Arabella."
"Oh... Well okay." She lays her head on Jessica's arm and stares at the baby.

Danny walks in without the apron and Sofia turns her face to Jessica's arm.
"Ugh, DAD! Put some clothes on!"
"Yeah, you're grossing us out." Jessica plays.
Danny crinkles his nose and makes a face at her, making her laugh.
"At least throw some pants on, for Christ sake!"
"Oh you're one to talk! Your boobs are out."
"Daddy she's feeding the baby! That's how she eats!"
"I know, princess." He smiles.
"Is Jackson still asleep?" Jessica asks.
"Probably! That boy is so lazy! I was just going to wake him up."
"Okay." She smiles.

"Jax! Wake up, buddy!" Danny shakes him.
"DAD!" He smiles.
"Well good morning!" Danny smiles.
"Is the baby still here?"
"Yeah, she's here to stay, bud." He chuckles.
"Yay!"
Danny smiles and lifts him out of the bed.
"Let's go see mommy!" Jackson lifts his arms in the air.
"Let's go see mommy!" Danny says before he takes off running downstairs.

When they get down Jackson smiles at Jessica, "Mommy! AHHH!" He covers his eyes.
"What's wrong, baby?"
"I see your boobs!"
Jessica laughs and says, "I'm sorry, sweetie I was feeding your sister."
"Sofia?" His eyes widen and he looks at her.
"No, silly, the baby!" Sofia giggles.
Jackson just looks confused and Danny says, "It's okay, Jax. Don't worry about it."
Danny looks around and for the first time it hits him.
He knew him and Jackson would be outnumbered, but this was the first time he actually saw it.
"Look at that.. look at our beautiful girls."
"A lot of girls."
"Yeah, a lot of girls. How many?"
"Three!" He holds his fingers up.
"Yeah, three! We may be outnumbered right now, but we have a chance to take the lead! What do you think mommy has in her tummy?"
"Uh babies."
"But what kind, silly?"
"I don't know?" He shrugs.
"Well if it's two boys, then we outnumber the girls, if not then the girls rule all."
"Uh no matter what these babies are, Danny.. we still rule all."
"Oh sure, Jess." Danny rolls his eyes.
"Ass! Yes we do!"
"Babe, stop!" Danny laughs.

Later once everyone had breakfast and took a shower, Sarah came over.

Danny opened the door and Sofia ran over and hugged her.
"Aunt Sarah!"
"Hi Sof! How are you liking your new baby sister at home?"
"I love it! She's so cute!"
"Yes she is! Just like someone else I know." Sarah taps her finger on her nose, making Sofia giggle.
"Thank you! Come see the baby!" She pulls her by the hand.

"Hey Sarah!" Jessica smiles as she sits on the couch with the baby.
"Hey Jess!  Oh my goodness, look at her!"
Jessica hands her to Sarah and looks over at Danny who was still standing up.
"Come sit by me, baby." She smiles and taps the couch.

"Well hello beautiful girl!  You are so sweet!"
Sarah looks up and realises she hadn't said hello to Danny.
"Oh my gosh, Danny!  I'm sorry.  Hey, how are you?"
"Pretty great, you?" He smiles.
"Perfect...
So how was y'all's first night with three kids?"
"Well this one had her all night." Danny points to Jessica.
She smiles and says, "Yeah, we had a pretty good.. Well amazing first night, actually.  I held her all night long and she never woke up.  So far she's a really good baby."
"Aw, well good!  And how are you feeling?  Any morning sickness?"
"None!  I'm hoping it stays that way, but if not, I've gone through it before, I can do it again."
"I felt so bad for you when you were pregnant with her, oh God, you were so sick!  Poor thing!"
"I was, I think out of all my pregnancies, she was the most draining.. and she wasn't even in there long!" Jessica laughs.
"Right?!  You escaped, didn't you, baby girl?" Sarah baby talks to her, before she kisses her head.
"She did." Jessica chuckles.
Danny looks at her and moves the few stray pieces of hair behind her ear.
She smiles at him, then lays on his shoulder.
Danny kisses the top of her head, and wraps his arm around her shoulder.
"Well don't you two look cozy.. So, Sof, how's school?"
Jessica could tell Sarah still felt a little awkward around Danny, but she chose not to say anything right now.
"Good, but I don't want to go anymore.. I want my mom to teach me."
"Oh really?  Jess, is that something you'd do?"
"When she finished working she said she would.  I remember on the last job mommy and daddy did, she told me that she would quit and teach me at home."
Danny looks at Jessica, and she gets a nervous look on her face.
"Jess?" Danny asks.
"Uh, well.. sweetie, that was before the baby.. I would absolutely love to homeschool you, and your brother, but... With Arabella, and with me being pregnant, I think it would be a lot for me to handle right now.  But we can talk about it for the future." She smiles.
"Oh, okay.. I understand."
"It's not that I don't want to, because I do, sweetie!"
"No mom, I know."
"Come here." She holds her arm out.
Sofia sits beside her, and Jessica wraps her arm around her and kisses her head.
"I love you, sweet girl."
"I love you too, momma." She lays her head on her.
"You two are sweet. *Smiles* Where's Jackson?" Sarah asks.
"He's in the play room, he was in here with us, but he's kinda over it now." Jessica chuckles.
"Heh! It's old news to him, now."
"Exactly! He'd rather play with his toys." Jessica laughs

Three weeks later...

"Bye, mom!"
"Bye, sweetie, love you! Have a good day at school." Jessica kisses Sofia's cheek.
"Okay. Bye Arabella!" Sofia kisses the baby's head, then kisses Jessica's stomach.
"Bye babies!"

"Bye mommy."
"Bye, baby. Have fun at school today!" Jessica kneels down and kisses Jackson.
"Okay!"
She giggles and watches him walk towards the door with his backpack.

"Bye baby, I'll be back." Danny kisses Jessica's lips.
"Bye, sweetie. Be careful."

Once they were all out of the house Jessica put the baby in the carrier and took it up to the bathroom.
"Mommy is gonna take a shower, so you sit right here, and be a good little girl." She smiles.
Jessica took her clothes off and stepped into the shower.
She lathered her body in soap, and looked down at her swollen stomach. In the past few weeks, it has popped out quite a bit.
"Just two more weeks till I get to find out what you two are!" She rubs her belly.
Arabella starts crying and Jessica says, "Oh what's the matter?! Huh? What's wrong, sweet girl?"
The baby calms down and Jessica says, "Oh are you better now? Are you better now that you've heard mommy's voice?"

She finishes up and steps out.
Arabella watches her and coos.
"Oh are you trying to talk to me? I just love your little voice!"
Danny opens the door and Jessica jumps, "Oh you scared me!"
"Sorry!"
"It's fine. The kids did okay going into school?"
"Yeah, they were fine. Look at you! Tummy!" He smiles and pokes her stomach.
She giggles and says, "They're growing fast."
"I know! You look so cute."
"Thanks!"
"You know, I think this is how big you were when you had Arabella."
"I think so too... Scary, isn't it?"
"Yeah.. Very. But look at her now."
They look at her kicking her feet and playing with her hands in the carrier.
"She's a big girl now!" Jessica says in a cute voice.
"Yeah... I love you, baby."
She turns to him and gives him a small smile.
"I love you too."

"What should we do while sissy and brother are in school?" Jessica asks the baby in a cute voice.
"You wanna go somewhere?"
"Leave the house? Hm, haven't done that in a while." She chuckles.
"I just don't want to take her out.. There are too many germs everywhere."
"I understand. You know, no one knows this little angel even exists! You never announced that you were pregnant, and neither one of us have really been seen by anyone since she was born."
"Oh wow, that's right! Damn, and now I'm pregnant again with twins! Hah! They're gonna think we're crazy!"
"Right?! Heh, did you want to announce anything."
"No. It's not really anyone's business. I guess when we go to that Paleyfest thing, or that award show, we can tell them... That's if I go. I don't know if I want to take her with us all that way, and I can't leave her!"
"Yeah.."
"Anyway! *Sighs* What's for lunch *Gasp* Oh my God!" She grabs her stomach.
"What?! What's wrong?!" Danny panics.
"I just felt the babies! Or one of them at least!"
"No way, really?!" He smiles.
"Yeah! Ah, this is so exciting! There's something in there!" She giggles.
Danny chuckles and says, "There sure is, baby."
He puts his hand on her stomach and she smiles at him.
"You probably can't feel it."
"It's okay.. I can't believe there's two in there."
"I know! How crazy is that? I'm gonna be huge!"
"You'll be gorgeous!"
"Thanks, baby."
Danny leans down and kisses her lips.
"Mmm.. Mr. Huston!" She grabs his face and giggles into the kiss.
