Alli's POV:
I hear Byron run into the room. I hear Byron trying to soothe me by saying nice things. And I hear the worry in his voice. But I don't see it. What I do see though is his fear for me. For how my blindness will hurt me. I don't know how, but I still have my power to see the fear of people, but my powers also improved. Now I can see people's favorite memory's too. My senses also improved, too. After another minute of screaming my voice goes horse, so all I can do is whisper. I want Byron to stop trying to soothe me so I mumble, "Byron stop, you pitying me isn't going to help the fact that I'm blind." When he didn't hear me I made myself speak a little louder and repeated myself.

Byron's POV:
When I heard Alli say what she said I instantly replied with, "I'm not pitying you Alli, what made you think that?" She bent her head and said, "Well it's what your thinking, and don't deny it...I know it's true!" After she said that she turned to me and said, "I'm all healed, so we can go back to camp now," and started to get up. I didn't realize what she was doing until a second later and I said, "Oh no your not," and went to go get a nurse and Mom.

Mrs.Lyn's POV:
When Byron got the nurse and I and told us what happened to her sight, I didn't know what to expect. When we got to the room we saw Alli trying to find the door, and let's just say that my mother-ness inside me kicked in. I sent Byron back to camp so that he could prepare the place for when we got there, and he complained. I ended up dragging him by the ear to his truck and saying, "If you want to help Alli you can take out all of those roots that she could trip on," and shoved him in the car. He looked baffled, but he drove back. When I asked the lady at the desk what they were going to do with Alli she said, "We're just going to put her on training for her blindness. We aren't letting her leave until she can at least find her way around her room." She waited a minute then added, "I think it would be best if you stayed with her though, she needs someone that she knows to help her with some things, if you know what I mean." I just shook my head in agreement and said, "Will I be put in a room with her or no?" She replied with," You will be sharing a room with her yes," then added without hesitation, "And I think it would be best if your son didn't come by all the time, I think he wouldn't let us completely help her with her exercises, if you get what I mean." And I understood what she meant, I've been seeing him trying to stop her from letting Alli from getting up and finding things for herself, or at least until she snaps at him to stop. I've also noticed a change in Alli too, how she seems to have less of a temper and more of an attitude than before. I just laugh to myself and say, "So which room will we be in," and start walking toward Alli, who was being helped into the room at that exact moment.
