Alli's POV:

        When school was over, I went to the  middle of the courtyard to wait for Byron. While I was waiting, someone taped me on the shoulder. I turn to see the kid told Benney to stop ten years ago, and he said "Your Alli...right?" I nod my head yes. He laughs for a second then says, "No wonder Benney was running like a madman this morning," and I flinch on madman. My dad was a madman, my mom and I are also mad, too. He must have thought I took it as an insult, because he said "Sorry, I just wanted to say I'm having a party on Friday, and you and By are invited," then walked away. Byron must have snuk up on me, because I turned around and saw him. "Do you know why Jake want's you and me at his party?"; he asked me with an eyebrow raised. "We knew each other when we were little, he tried to stop Benney from picking on me when I was six," was all that I said. "So he was one of the first one to learn about your powers..." he started to mumble. I whispered "How did you know?!" and he looked at me and said "Not here." It started to rain, and we headed to the truck. We rode in silience for a while, then I said, "How did you know...about my powers?" I want to be mad at him, but at the same time I don't. "All people can, just some people see it better," he says it like it's a matter of fact. Then he adds, "And also because my mom taught me to see it." "What do you mean?" I ask him, because his mom was no godess. She was nice and all, but she didn't have the ting to the air that they had. "My mom was a minor godess, but she tried to save her little sister from Chaos when he was babysitting her. He was in a bad mood for some odd reason that day and turned her into a mortal, like you and me. When I was a little older than Luke and Alice, she told me everything. She also told me that I was not to tell anyone else," he added the last part then took a quick glance at me. I think to myself if he's sharing his serects with me, I might as well share mine with him. "You were right and wrong about some things," I start to say, then I see Mrs. Lyn running toward the truck. Byron hits the breaks, then runs toward his mom. She starts pointing at me, and then Byron starts to nod. She then hands him two backpacks and some other things, then runs back to the house. "What's wrong?" Iask him as he gets back in the truck. "We're going on a trip," he says, then starts the engine. When we are on the road, I ask him again whats wrong. "Some people were at the house, looking for you. Mom knew they were bad news and said you are still at school. You know anyone that would mean bad knews?" he adds the last parts with another glance at me. I barely saw it though, because I knew who those two people were. I didn't mean to, but a tear trickled down my face when I said yes. He pulled the truck to the side of the rode and said, "Who are they Alli? Old family,"  I close my eyes, then open them. "No, they hate my family. They're the reason that I was shuned by my own uncle. Maybe even the reason why your mom isn't a godess anymore." I didn't mean to add the last part -it gave away too much information- but I did. And Byron figured out what I said and said, "You mean they killed your imortal parents, and Chaos is your uncle?" I nod my head, and put my face in my hands. "Then your..." he didn't have to finnish his sentance, I already knew what he was going to say. "Yes, I'm a minor godess, but what of...I don't know," and I ment the last part. He looks at me for a long time then says, "I think I know. Bring out your dagger, I already know it's there." I look at him ,amazed, then do as he said. When he sees it, he nods like he confermed somthing then said "It's fear and insainty, that's how you were able to say only one word to scare Benney. And why they want you so bad." After he says that, he laughed, just like my dad did, and said "I think that this is the most insane thing in the world. Me, the grandson of Zeus, taking the godess of fear and insainty to asylum," and then we both start to laugh. Then I see them, the assissans. Byron sees them too, then sees the look in my eyes...pure madness. "Oh no your not," he starts to say as I open the door. I look him in the eye and say, "They killed my parents, Byron. They laughed at me when I tryed to stop them. Wouldn't you take your chance of revenge if you could!" my voice started to raise into a scream now. Byron locked the doors so we were locked inside, but it didn't work. "Don't you remember, I'm a godess!" I shouted, then vanish into the shadows.

Byron's POV:

        I was so dumb to think that locking a door would stop her. When she melted into the shadows, I face-palmed myself...then jumped out of the truck. I got out just in time, for a body went flying into it. Denting the area I was just in. When I saw Alli battling the assissans, my jaw droped. Because I could see her in godess form without her changing, I saw how she really looked. Her wavy top changed into a black tanktop that had some claw-marks at the area near her waist, like she had a fight with a werewolf. Her jeans were the same, only they had chains all over them. They too had claw-marks on them. She had on black combat-boots, which her jeans tucked into. Her dagger may have been small, but it looked as if had been made of shadows. Her hair looked exactly like it was to human eyes, only her bangs were pulled out of her eyes and held in place by shadows. But her eyes and smile were the scariest part of her transformation. When her mouth was open, you could see her fangs. And her eyes made it look like it was her death wish to kill you. When I could see her a bit better, I could tell she changed into her godess form. The strange thing was, she was still the same hight as her mortal form. I used one of my mom's gifts to me from when she was a godess, being able to hear from a long distance. "You are fighting just like how your parents did when we killed them, not at all!" says one of the two assissians as they circle her. When I get a couple feet behind one of them, he turns to me. He laughs and says, "Go away little demigod, this isn't your battle," and flicks his wrist. I go flying backward. I start to see darkness, then hear her scream. I jolt up to see them grab her by the wrist, and tie a rope around them. As I try to get up, I hear screaming...but not from Alli. It's comeing from her kidnappers. When I see her, she has her dagger raised above one of them, and a ghost like version of her has a dagger above the other. When the daggers right over their ear, there is a firm voice that says, "Allison, stop that this instincit!" She drops the dagger and blinks at the figure in the darkness. She changes back to her human form and says, "Uncle...is that you?" A figure of pure chaos steps out of the shadows and says, "Yes Allison, and I'm taking you home." I then remember who her uncle is and say, "Your Chaos arn't you? The reason my mom isn't a godess anymore." He just keeps on talking to Alli, who seems to be as confused as a six year old. "Allison, you've become friends with the grandson of Zeus, what has gotten into you? I thought my sister raised you better," he starts to tisk on after he mintions his sister. "What's wrong with that? He is one of the first people to be nice to me since you abonded me," she adds the word you with enough vinnniom to make cobra seem like a garden snake. Chaos raises his hands as if he surrenders and says, "We were all griveing for our loss, you should understand that..." Alli seemed to snap out of confusion, because she held her dagger up to Chaos and said, "Yes, we were all greiving. That's why you shouldn't have bannished me to a relm where I spent ten years in mesary!" Chaos mustn't have noticed the ghost form of Alli behind him, because he started stepping backwards. "I didn't want to have to do this, but I guess I'll have to," he said as took two steps toward her, then blew some dust on her. Both Alli's crumbled to the floor, then he turned to me. "As for you..." he started to say, then I interupted him by saying, "Why did you recrut the people who murdered your sister to track down your neice, they were about to kill her." He grins one of Alli's grins then says, "Who do you think recruted them to kill them?" and vanished like Alli did. One of the assissians picked her up, and the other one turned to me and said, "Tell your mother that her father want's you and her to see him tonight, and don't be late," then vanished.
