Sophia's POV : 

"No those are not the sample flowers! I wanted Lilies and Roses! Yellow Lilies and Red Roses!" I shouted at the person. "Sorry ma'am we will be arranging those!" he said walking away. "The decorations need to be up by 4 pm You idiots! The event is at 6 pm!" I shouted. "And I asked for white curtains! These aren't white! These are off white! Change them!" I shouted. 

"People I paid you to do work! This is not helping!" I screamed at them. "This is the one the biggest hotel chain and one of the most important events for both the Salvatores and The Macfords! You better not screw this up for us!" I said and they snapped back to their work. I rubbed my templates as I answered my buzzing phone. 

"WHAT?" I snapped,  looking at the caller ID. "Okay sis, I will just call you later," I heard Shawn on the other line. I sighed. "I am sorry there is so much going on right now, I mean the wedding is in two weeks and today the launch of our hotels. It's just too much... Sorry WHat did you want?" I asked. "You see there is a problem.." he muttered. I rubbed my temples. "So what did you do know?" I asked. 

"You see... Allisa is nowhere to be found," he said. "WHAT?!" I shouted. "I told you not a good time to call you.. you do your thing I will find her!" he panicked. "You idiot! What did you fu*king do?" I asked. "You see... I slept with her..." he trailed off. I took the phone off my ear and looked at it confused. "So she left because you slept with her?" I asked. "No! She didn't leave because I wasn't good in bed! I am amazing at it!" "TMI Shawn." "Right so I might have told her that it didn't mean anything to me..." He said. 

My eyes widened. He was definitely Edward's best friend. "You are so stupid! You better find her and get her back! APOLOGISE you, idiot! She better be here tonight or I WILL KILL YOU!" I threatened him. "Edward was right I shouldn't have called you," he muttered. "What did you just say?" I asked. "I will find her, bye," he said hanging up. What was I going to do about him? 

I sighed getting up but fell back down as I get dizzy. "Are you okay?" I heard two voices. I looked up to see Bella and Cole standing there concerned. "Hey! I am fine!" I said standing up slowly and hugging them. "We saw you shouting at the workers. Everything good?" Cole asked. "Yeah I am supposed to be taking care of this while Edward handles all the official work," I sighed distorting back down. "I will look into it for a few minutes. You sit down you don't seme to be doing well," he said walking away. Bella grabbed a chair and sat beside me looking at me. "How's Jason doing?" I asked. "He misses you," she smiled. "I miss him a lot too," I smiled. 

"How are your body and head responding still have blackouts?" I asked. She had some complications after she got out of the coma. "I am taking medicines. It isn't as frequent as before. But you tell me why do you look so different?" she asked. "I am just tired a lot. These past few weeks have been really hectic. I mean the wedding, this party. After tonight we will be able to relax a little," I sighed. 

"No honey that's not it," she said putting an arm over my shoulder. "I am not sure about this but I think-" she started but my phone rang and it was Edward. "I am sorry just hold that thought I need to take this," I said getting up. 

"Hello?" "Why aren't you feeling well?" he asked immediately. "How do you know?" I asked. "Cole called me. Now do I need to know why my wife's ex is calling me to tell me that?" he snapped. "You mean your fiancee's fake ex?" I asked annoyed. "That is not the point. Go back home," he ordered. "Don't you dare use that tone on me," I snapped back. "I don't fu*king care, I am sending someone to pick you up. The decorations will be taken care of. I want you home," he demanded. 

I just rolled my eyes and hung up. I was about to walk back to Bella when I was stopped by the decorator. "Yes?" "Ma'am all of this is done. We need yo to select the table and which people are going to sit on which table?" she asked. I sighed pulling out the priority list from my phone and showing it to her. 

"Sophia we are leaving," Cole came to me with Bella with him. "Why?" I asked as Bell looked confused. "I don't know Edward seemed pretty mad. So I am going to go before he kills me tonight," he said. "But I need to talk to her-" "You can do that in the evening babe! Bye Sophia!" he shouted rushing out.  laughed I didn't get why he and Edward behaved this way. 

I walked to the table helping arrange the vases and flowers when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and immediately smiled. "Heyy!" I said hugging them both. "What are you guys doing here? Where is my little niece?" I asked. Jordan and Roni had a baby girl a few weeks ago and they named her Emma. She is such a cutie. 

"She is with her grandparents today since we have to be here tonight," Roni said smiling. "That's great still doesn't answer my question of what you guys are doing here?" I asked. "Edward called... Let's just say he was mad that you hung up on him and he has a huge ego to call you back..." Jordan said. "And you guys came here because he told you too?" I asked raising my eyebrows. "More like ordered," Roni muttered. "Threatened!' Jordan muttered. 

"But I am going nowhere with you guys, there is a lot of work to finish. So you either help me or you leave," I said. "He was right she is bossy and rude today," Jordan muttered. I glared at him. "I am kidding. But we got back up. Since Edward said you wouldn't agree to go with us," he smirked. I rolled my eyes. "So where is your back up?" I asked. "HERE!" I heard a voice as three heads popped up from behind Jordan and Roni. 

"HI!" I squealed looking at Kyle, Kiara and Elina. "Wait don't you guys have school?" I asked hugging them. "Nope we are taking the day off," Kyle explained. "And how did you guys agree to Edward's deal? He threatened you too?" I asked. Elina scoffed and Kiara smiled a little answering. "The kinda bribed us actually," she explained. I rolled my eyes. He always got his way with whatever he wanted. Threatening, Ordering, Bribing. Kissing. 

Okay, that came out wrong. "Great so you guys can help with it too," I said as I asked the decorator to give them so light work. I looked at Kiara and I smiled, she seemed a lot better after all that depressing phase she went through. I had been trying to trace Asher and I found out he was in Italy good knows doing what. Now all I needed was his number to get him to be at that wedding so everything would be sorted out. 

"Mam sir is calling the decorator said looking at my phone. I groaned before answering. "I hope they are working," he asked. "Hello to you too," I smiled. "Ohh so now you are in a better mood?" he asked. "Thank you, I don't appreciate your ways of getting them here but I am grateful you did," I said. "Your welcome, now could you please tell me why aren't you feeling well?" he asked. "Its nothing just normal dizziness," I said. "Hmm, Fine, just take care I will see you at home, okay? Please be ready by 5:30," he said. "I will, bye, Love you," I said. "Love you too, Sophia," he said before hanging up. 

I always loved this about him. He always called me sweetheart but when it came to said I love you, he always said my first name. With that smile, I got back to work.

"Are you done?" I asked irritated. "Wow, Shawn is right. You and Edward are just like each other. Bossy, annoying and short tempted," Kyle said. "And I will punch you in the face, I have sitting here for the past two hours! Edward will be here any minute I want to be ready! We can't be late for our own party!" I snapped. 

"Okay, Okay sorry," he said. "You know what call Shawn and put it on speaker.  I heard a ringing and then my lovely brother spoke. "Yes, Kyle, this better be important, I am currently in a situation," he said. "You better hope this situation better not be a one where you haven't still found your fiancee, I will kill you SHAWN!" I snapped. "Wow Kyle a heads up would have been nice, don't you know she is Godzilla today?!" he muttered. 

"Did you find her?" I asked. "Yes, as a matter of fact, I did," he said. Elina and Kiara tugged at my hair again making me groan. "Sorry," they muttered. "Then get your ass at the event on time. And bring her with you!" I said. "I will try," he said. "You better," I said. Kyle hung up after that. "All done," Kiara said. And finally stood up and slowly opened my eyes. 

I looked at my reflection in awe. Wow. It looked like they did some magic or something. 

"Wow, Thank you!" I said hugging them. "You guys look stunning too!" I said looking at them. Kiara wore an off white stain romper her hair in a laid back ponytail, with white heels. Elina was wearing a strapless black dress with nude heels and Kyle was wearing a black suit. 

I heard a knock on the door and smiled. "That's our cue to leave we will there at 6," Kyle said hugging me and they all left. Edward walked in with his eyes closed. I laughed walking to him and grabbing his hands. He looked really handsome. 

"Can I?" he asked. "Yes you may," I said. He slowly opened his eyes. Looking at me from head to toe, again and again. I snapped my fingers at him when he just stood there staring at me. "Wow, you look really beautiful, just like always," he said kissing my cheek. "Why Thank you, you look very handsome as well," I smiled. "You know let's just stay here, the event will be fine," he said his eye darkening at the slit in the dress that showed my thigh. 

"Absolutely not, we have been really working hard on this project," I said grabbing his hands. "We can't be late," I said pulling him with me. "Will you kill me if I mess up your hair, more importantly, lipstick?" he asked licking his lips. "I won't, but Elina just might," I laughed. He turned me around in a swift motion and smashed his lips on mine. 

"You look really ravishing," he said between kisses. I grabbed his suit pulling him even closer. "Just shut up and kiss me," I snapped deepening the kiss. After a few minutes, we pulled apart and just stared at each other. "My sister is smart," he muttered smirking. "Its smudge-proof," he said. I rolled my eyes. "Good for you," I said and he grabbed my waist securing his hands tightly and walking with me. "Of course, its the best actually you should use these more often," he smirked. 

"You have no shame," I said getting into the limousine. "I don't need to have any shame in saying that my wife looked hot, so I made out with her, not that I wouldn't make out with you even when you are in your pyjamas, that actually makes it a whole lot better for the next steps," he said pulling closer to him and placing my leg over his putting it on full display as his hands started caressing it. 

"You should thank me for actually giving into you every time," I said pulling his hands off me. "I should thank you? You don't give in! Your body does, you just don't complain about it, because you love it. You are just an innocent soul in the hands of a devil," he smirked. 

"You think only you can make me give in?" I asked glaring at him. "You can't seduce if your life depended on it," he smirked. "Really?" I asked. "Okay," I said getting up and sitting opposite him. He raised his eyebrows at me but I just ignored him and looked at my phone. 

I slowly put my legs over one another giving Edward a full view of my legs from my ankle to my upper thigh. I heard him groan and smiled to myself. "If you think this is going to get me then you are wrong," he said his voice raspy. "I am sorry? But I didn't do anything," I said innocently tilting my head at him. 

"You know what I am not going to look at you," he said looking out the window his hands clenched. I smirked. I got up from my seat and walked to him sitting on his lap my dress exposing almost all my legs and giving him a perfect entrance. I placed both of my hands around his neck making him look at me. His eyes darkened. "You were saying?" I asked. "Don't fu*king tempt me," he warned his hands pulling me closer and then one resting between my thighs very close to my umm... His hands massaging my skin. 

"If you think you can seduce me, you are so wrong," he said his hands dangerously close. His hands around my waist tightened making me inch closer to him. I can't lose this. I smirked and rested my head on his shoulder giving me perfect access to his neck. 

"Sophia...." he groaned. "Is something bothering you, sweetheart?" I asked in my weekly sweet voice. "You aren't supposed to call me that. I am the only one who gets to call you that," he dead planned. "Sure," I said rolling my eyes and trying to get up but he pulled me closer. I raised my eyebrows at him. "You arent going anywhere," he smirked. "But I don't affect you. Nor can I seduce you, right? So.. let me go," I said irritated. "You really think you can't?" he said inching closer as I moved back. 

"Do you even have any idea what you do to me? One look at you and I am melting. You wouldn't understand, the arrogant boss wants to cuddle... The ruthless businessman wants to go shopping with you. And let's not get started on the way my body reacts to yours. 

Do you think you cant seduce me? Do you not affect me? Seriously? You don't know how much self-control I need right now to not tear off this dress and take you right here," he whispered huskily. Making me clutch my dress in horror. He chuckled and continued. 

"You don't wanna what goes in this mind of mine when I see you," he smirked. "Okay Okay. I get it. Please keep your dirty thoughts to yourself," I said blushing profusely. 

The car came to a stop and we could sense the flashing outside the car. "Do we have to?" Edward asked burying his head in my neck. "Oh, I don't think we have to...." I said rolling my eyes. But Edward did not take it sarcastically. 

"Exactly let's just go back!" He smiled but frowned when he found me glaring at him. "You idiot! It's our party our hotel chain!" I looked at him. "The press is here," he groaned. I laughed. He was the favourite person in the press. 

"They need to keep their fu*king cameras and stupid articles to themselves," he snapped. "It's fine," I said rubbing his arm trying to calm him down. "You won't understand you are the queen. Everything the press writes about you like you are some saint," he murmured. 

"And they write about you like you are the devil," I laughed. "Shut up," he said. "It's okay," I smiled. "They are going to ask about everything," he said. "And you don't have to answer," I said. "But I am going to," He smirked as he opened the door without warning and cameras flashed. 

He got out and I elegantly got down as I took the hand he offered. his hands secured around my waist guiding me up the carpet. I looked at Edward to see his face stoic. I smiled as I stopped and kissed his cheek. 

"Mr Salavtore is it true you two are going to get married?"

"Mr Salvatore, is she one of your flings?" 

"Does she know about your past flings?" 

"Does she know about your drinking problems?" 

I could see Edwards hand tightening around me. "You need to calm down. You don't have to say anything," I whispered. 

As we were on the last step he stopped and turned around. "I believe that you people are here for your stupid and shitty gossip. So I will do the honours. I know all of you fu*king know that she is my fiancee. 

And you have the audacity to ask me all those stupid questions. So Yes we are getting married and that too really soon. You are not invited though, so it doesn't concern you. She is not a fling of mine. She is the love of my life, and it would be appreciated you guys stop harassing her with names. 

She is perfect and I love her very much," he said looking at me briefly as I squeezed his hands. "And she knows about my past flings. They were flings and I had no feelings about them I wouldn't give two sh*ts about them. But I would die if something would have to happen to her, he said staring at me.

"I don't consider having a drink every night a drinking problem. And it none of your business anyways. So I would appreciate it if leave us alone," he said glaring at them. We both turned around walking into the venue. 

"That was very rude," I said looking at him. "And I don't care," he replied. "And you wonder why the press hates you," I said rolling my eyes. "If you don't stop rolling your eyes at me I am going to punish you," he snapped. "I would like to see you try," I snapped back. As soon as the main door of the room opened the guests turned around and looked at us. 

Everybody was silent for a moment before we heard people clapping welcoming us. I smiled as we both walked in going to our centre table. But before I could say anything Edward walked away. 

This is going to be a long night.....

Look who kept her promise?! I am not very sure about this chapter... I don't know if this good or not. I did my best! I promise! Three more chapters to go guys! The journey is coming to an end but the memories are forever!
