Sophia's POV :

I woke up to the sunlight settling on my eyes. I tried getting up but I was pulled back and even closer. I turned my head to see Edward sleeping beside me. His hand on my waist and half of my body lying over him.

I sighed. "Edward." I softly said. He just hugged me tighter. "Edward we have a meeting." I said. He just ignored me. "The night is over and if you are holding me like this then technically I win." I said. He opened his eyes looking down at me and I smiled at him in return.

"Two minutes?" he asked. I chuckled and nodded. I cuddled into him and traced his bare chest. My hands unconsciously started roaming lower and lower.

Before it went any lower Edwards hand caught mine. "Sweetheart if that hands go any lower we are not leaving this bed unless you are sore. I don't mind but I don't want to let you win." He said huskily.

He got up and walked to the bathroom. "Hey I want to go first." I said. "You should have got up first." He retorted. I glared at him. I did!

He just quickly shut the door. I sighed as I took out my outfit out. We had a meeting for a hotel site we had finalized. I took out my pencil skirt and shirt grabbing my towel and inner wear I waited on the bed going through my phone.

The door opened and Edward walked out. With only his towel leaning very low n his waist. I looked as his face and he was smirking. "Like what you see?" he asked. "You wish." I replied. When I thought of something. I picked my clothes leaving my shirt behind making it look like I didn't notice.

And to my luck even he didn't. I quickly took a shower and put on my clothes. I had put on my bra, underwear and skirt. I ran a hand through my hair making I look messy. I smirked walking out.

As soon as I stepped my foot out. Edward's head snapped to me and his eyes widened. I smiled at him innocently. "Sorry forgot my shirt." I said. When I bent down to pick it up in the blink of an eye I was pushed up against the wall of the bedroom pressed between the wall and Edward.

"Don't start something you won't finish, Sophia." He warned. My breathe becoming uneven by the second. You need to be in control. "I will finish it but do you want me to?" I whispered in his ear. He grabbed my waist tightly. And now I am in his head. Perfect.

I brought my lips to his slowly kissing him. He didn't respond. Oh now he doesn't want to give in? I opened his shirt button and roamed my hand down his chest. Grabbed my waist tighter and his other hand just below my breast. I grabbed his hair making him gasp opening his mouth.

I deepened the kiss and just when his tongue was about to meet mine, just when he was about to respond I pulled away. He pressed his body against mine no space between us. Only his shirt separating our bodies. "No, Edward I am not going to let you lose. I'm having way too much fun." I smirked.

He narrowed his eyes at me. "Don't tempt me, Sophia." He growled. "Edward it's still under your control whether or not to be affected by me. YOU want Me. Accept it. It will be easier for you. You can do whatever you want..." I said as I grabbed his thumb and ran it up and down my bare stomach.

"You aren't going to go beyond kissing why lose?! More importantly why accept it?!" he asked smirking. I knew he was doing this to tempt me. I knew he was enjoying whatever I was doing to him. That's exactly what he wanted. He didn't want to do it to me. He wanted me to take the move first.

But It made me furious how he said that he shouldn't except what he feels for me?! Well he is wrong. I may be inexperienced but I am not innocent. He turned around but before he could even take a step ahead. I grabbed his arm pulling to the wall beside me I placed both of his hands on my ass.

Before he could process anything I started leaving soft kisses on his shoulder blade. Biting and nipping at some places not enough to leave a hickey. One of my hand was in his hair messing it up. While one was unbuttoning his shirt.

I could feel him bringing me even closer and his breathe uneven. I smirked. I started nibbling on his ear. And I whispered. "You don't want to do this to me?" I asked. His hands grabbed my waist tightly. A warning? Whatever.

"You sure Edward? I mean tonight can be the best night of your life." I said seductively as I kissed his jaw softly. "Stop" he said finally pushing me away. He stood in five feet away from me.

I just rolled my eyes. "Are you sure? You seemed to be quite enjoying that." I said dryly. "What are you trying to prove?" he asked. "That I need you?! That I want you?" he asked.

I wore my shirt trying to flatten my hair which he had oh so graciously messed up. "I am not trying to prove anything. I am just trying to win the deal Edward. You said I couldn't affect you. Which is clearly not the case. But just for your consent by tomorrow you will lose. And whatever I want to prove is not that you want because of my body. But because you actually love me. I will prove it to you very soon. Ill we waiting in the living room. Go get cleaned up." I said walking out.

I was getting ready for the gala. It is 5 pm right now and we had to leave at like 6pm. The meeting was good we bought the land. Me and Edward hadn't actually talked per say. Well to be blunt I was ignoring him. He tired to talk but I just kept quiet.

Rude? I know but he shouldn't have said that in the morning. I sighed as I did my make up and then my hair. I grabbed my dress and started changing into it. It was a beautiful lace black dress. Strapless and backless.

It had an intricate design with black lace. I paired it with diamond studs leaving my neck bare I gave the finishing touches. Grabbing black heels I wore them walking downstairs.

Edward's head snapped toward me and I just gave him a small smile but it fell as soon as I heard his next words I frowned.

"Go change." He ordered.

If it would have been a request I would have considered it. I know I would have not. But now I will definitely not.

"No." I said. "Sophia Emily Macford." He warned. "Yes Edward Joseph Salvatore?" I replied with the same intensity in my voice.

"We aren't going." He said. "You aren't. Bye!" I said and started walking. By the time I reach the door he pushed me against in my back to the door. "Don't you dare fucking leave my side." He warned.

"Sure." I said and we walked outside.

We entered the ballroom and Edward pulled me towards himself. I looked up at him but he was looking forward. "Possessive much?" I asked. "When you look like that? Yes." He replied. I rolled my eyes. A really good way to compliment someone.

We entered the ballroom and soon were greeted by other business associates of ours. Edward let go of my waist and I took that chance to slip away. I looked at all the antique objects, expensive jewelleries and intriguing paintings.

A painting caught my eye. It had a really different look. It looked like it was a random colours but when I actually made out the cool and the warm ones I saw portrait a beautiful women. I gasped. "suppongo che tu veda davvero ciò che l'arte raffigura?" said a italian voice. I turned around to met by a man. (Translation : I suppose you really see what the art represents.")

I smiled. "Si ! La tua ragazza" (Translation : Your girlfriend?)

"How did you know?" he asked laughing. "What that this was your girlfriends portrait or you are the artist behind this beautiful piece of art?" I asked. "Both actually." He said. "You look like you are an artist and the way you asked me the question. I just figured." I shrugged.

"Beauty with brains. I like it." He smiled. "I think you are forgetting you have a girlfriend." I stated. "And I think you are forgetting you have a fiancée" he retorted. I was shocked. He pointed at my left hand. "You aren't the only observing person. See you around." He said and left.

I looked at the ring I was wearing. The ring Edward gave me yesterday I still hadn't taken it off. Why? I don't know.

I just let out a sigh and stated exploring. When a beautiful necklace caught my eye. A hand snaked around my waist and my bare back hit a string chest. A familiar scent engulfed me. "Do you like anything?" he asked. I shook my head. "You sure?" he asked.

"I'm sorry." He finally said. I turned around faced him. "For exactly what?" I asked. "For the dress and for the morning. " he said. I smiled. He knew I was mad for the morning part. About the dress I know he is very possessive so I'll let that slide. I kissed his cheek.

"So you going to talk to me now?" he asked. "Of course. Now I'm hungry lets go." I dragged him with me. Soon the auctions begin. I got a phone call from Jenny and I excused myself and walked outside.

"No ill be in the office by 11 am on Monday. Don't give them the dress designs or schedule any meeting with any of my designers I'll personally meet this lady." I told her. There was this lady who refused to tell me her name but wanted to work with me.

"Yes ma'am. Have a good trip." She said and I ended the call walking back in. After talking to a few people I sat down on a chair completely tired. I scrolled through my phone when I shadow was above me.

I looked up to see Edward standing there. "Ready to go?" he asked. Finally! He offered me his hand which I gladly took and we started going back to our car.

Edward was still in the shower as I took of my dress and was finding something comfortable to wear. I smirked when I saw my Victoria Secret lace night wear. I quickly changed into it and grabbed a magazine sitting on the bed. The door opened but I paid no attention to it.

I heard no moments so I looked up to see him standing there with his towel still in his hand. I got up and hi eyes still on me. "What?" I asked. NO response. I looked back at him. I took the towel from him and snapped my fingers in front of him.

"Huh?" he asked. "What?" I asked again. "Why are you dressed like that?" he asked gulping. "Ohh. I just had one other night wear ad I already used it." I said dropping my book on the table.

"You know what I am going to go sleep on the couch." He said turning around. "Edward." I whispered. He stopped but didn't turn around. "At least wear some pants." I said laughing. He glared at me.

"You can sleep here. Ill change" I said smiling. "No its okay." He said. I grabbed his hand placing it on my bare waist inside the satin pullover. "Sophia." He said groaned. "I just showered." He said sighing and gripping my waist bringing me closer.

"No No. You are going to suffer." I said backing away. "I'm not letting you lose. Not just yet." I said. "Then bye." He said. "Okay. Okay. You can sleep with me. But no kissing." I warned. He nodded grinning at me. He immediately picked me and threw me over the shoulder.

"Edward." I screamed as he threw me on the bed. "If you shout my name like that. I might just take you right here. Right now." He said. I pressed deep into the bed. He came over and was on his knees over me. I smirked. I put my hands around his neck bringing him closer.

I pouted my lips. He gave me a warning glare and I frowned. He kissed me forehead. "Your smile is way beautiful." He said. He got down and snuggled his head on my chest. His hands wrapped around my waist and our legs entangled.

He moved his head looking up. "I have a really good view." He said. I slapped his bare back. But kept my hand there. One hand already in his hair my fingers moving through them. "I will kick you out." Replied. "You love this way too much." He retorted. "And you don't?" I asked.

"I'm not the one trying to throw you out. I enjoy this." He said.

Our eyes closed. We were loving this. Just being in each others company. We wanted this. We needed this. We had so many problems between us. We shouldn't be doing all this before sorting out our feelings but this felt good. This felt perfect.

A small kiss was placed on my stomach. Which brought me out of my thoughts. "Stop thinking too much. With time everything will be fine. Go to sleep." He said pulling me closer and snuggling his face in my chest. I hugged him back.

I was sleepy. Or I had already gone to sleep. When I heard a whisper. "I don't know what you are to me. But you mean the world to me. I won't lose you. Goodnight, love."
