Sophia's POV :

I got out of the penthouse. I was ready to explore this lovely city. It was 8:30 am and I was really hungry.

I walked out of my locking it. I went to elevator and down to the lobby. I saw Mr. Brown there as soon as he saw me he approached me. "Good morning ma'am. Sir's driver is waiting for you. Sir told us you wanted to go sightseeing. Would like me to give you a map and the broacher of all the tourist spots here?" he asked.

"Yeah that would be helpful. Thank you." I said giving him a smile. He nodded and walked to the reception as I followed. "You would like to have your breakfast here or outside?" he asked. "Can you please tell me an amazing local restaurant?" I asked.

I walked to the café Mr. Brown had suggested. It looked really cosy. "Gionavi please stay here. I'll be back in half an hour then we can tour the city." I said. 'Yes ma'am" he said. I got out the car and I opened the door and the small bell attached to it rang. Cute.

A barista came and guided me to a seat. "Hello ma'am what should you like?" he asked in broken English. "Qual è la specialità in Italia" I asked in Italian. He smiled. "Insalata Caprese al Pesto con un po 'di pasta e vino?" he asked in his thick Italian accent. "grazie" I nodded.

(Translation: she asked what was speciality of Italy and the waiter suggested Caprese Salad with Pesto Sauce with a little pasta and wine.)

I took out my phone to check my Instagram and see so many comments. Some form my friends.

JordanBennet- "That bastard took you there and not me. @EdwradSalvatore have fun but not too much ;)"

VeronicaBennet - "Gorgeous. Next time we are going together!"

ShawnMacford - "Lucky you get to go to a vacation!"

I laughed all of them had liked my picture. But what caught my eye was Edward had like it to and that's what the majority other comments were about.

Wow! I smiled. "What is a beautiful girl like you doing alone?" said a voice with a rich Italian accent. I looked up from my phone. "Enjoying my time." I said. "Sassy. mi piace" he said. (Transalation : I like it.)

"A Italian guy knowing English shocker!" I gasped. "An American girl knowing Italian! More shocking!" he fake gasped and I laughed. "Hi I am Valentino." He said. "Hi I am Sophia!" he said. "Ah! Un bel nome americano per una bella ragazza Americana" he said. I laughed. "Mind if I join you?" he asked. "Please." I said. And we started talking.

(Translation : A beautiful American name for a beautiful American girl.)

Edward's POV :

I was in a discussion with my employees but certain girl was already occupying my thoughts. "Keep the contract on my desk. I'll go through it. You are dismissed." I said. I took out my phone and rang Gionavi.

"Where is she?" I asked. "Sir we are in the most famous local café." He said. "Is she alone?" I asked. "Sir she has a companion." He said. "What?! Who is it?" I asked already grabbing my laptop and the contract. "Sir I can't see a face but seems to be a man." He said.

"I'm coming there. Text me the address. And keep an eye on her. Don't let her see you." I said and ending the car and putting the address in the GPS. I fucking told her not be with any boys. But does she listen no!

I don't know why I feel this way towards her. I am attracted to her? Clearly yes. But Do I like her? I don't know. The deal was a really stupid idea. I mean know she is going to do anything. And I am going to lose. I'm pretty sure.

I mean before I could do all these things to her and then ignore her saying it was mistake. But If I lose it this time it will be on me. And I would have to figure it out. I don't want to.

I sighed. Lets see who is this man trying to take my girl.

Sophia's POV :

"Would you like to go touring?" Valentino asked. We were both done with our food. I placed some euros and some tip. "I was actually about to go..." I started but a voice interrupted me. "No Thank you." Said a ruff voice. I looked up to see Edward. "What are you doing here?!" I asked him getting up.

"I told you no boys." He said. "Well I didn't go looking for him." I said. "Shut up." He said. "Didn't you have a meeting?" I asked. "Let's go" he said. "And if I see you near her I will destroy you." He said towering over Valentino. He just sat there glaring at Edward.

He then looked at me smirking. "I'm sorry but she is hot I cant. Hottie se non ti dà. Puoi chiamarmi stasera" he said. My eyes widened. He did not know Edward knew Italian did he?!

(Translation : Hottie if he doesn't give you. You can call me tonight)

"bastardo" Edward growled punching the asshole in the face. And immediately blood started coming out of his nose.

(A/N : No offence. Italian guys are actually gentlemen. I just needed that in the story flow. But please know Italian people are really sweet)

"Edward lets go." I said. He glared at me. I grabbed my bag. He yanked my hand pulling me with him.

As soon as we reached our car he pushed me on the door. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" he shouted at me.

"I'm sorry." I said softly. I know I was wrong. "Do you not understand when I say not to be with people you know?! Are you a kid Sophia that I need to keep an eye on you all the time. Do you not know not to associate with strangers?!" he shouted. I softly shrunk in my position. He was right.

I just hugged him. "Thank you." I whispered. I saw his muscles relaxed as he wrapped his arms around me. "I don't know what I would have done if he touched you like that." He whispered. "I'm sorry. I'll listen to you." I said softly.

"I'm not restricting you Sophia. You aren't a teenager to give you rules are curfews but I want to take care of you." He said. I nodded.

"Come on there are so many beautiful places to visit." He said rubbing my back. I looked up at him smiling. We both released the hug.

"Gionavi. You can go. Give me the keys." He said. I waved at him as he left us alone. "Come on Sweetheart." He said opening the passenger door for me.

I happily got in. And we drove away. After driving for minutes the car came to an stop.

"St. Peter's Basilica." He said as we walked towards our first destination. "Its beautiful." I said walking ahead. Soon his hand grabbed mine. "Come on." He said dragging me with him.

We finally reached the most visited spot. The Roman Colosseum. One of the seven wonders of the world. "It's beautiful. I mean even though it is half built. It is just...." I sighed.

"There is a show in three hours." He said. "REALLY?!" I asked turning to him. He nodded. "Ill get the tickets." He said. And I nodded. "Wait here okay?" he said. I sat on the bench trying to take a photo. Keyword trying.

The view wasn't good. I sighed. I waited for a while when Edward came. I ran towards him. "What happened? Did someone hurt you? Are you okay? I knew I should have took you with me! Tell what-" I kissed his lips softly and after a moment I pulled away.

He raised his eyebrow. "What was that for?" he asked. "Shut up. Come on I want to take pictures." I said. Grabbing his hands. I walked forward when I heard a snap. I saw him holding his phone. "You did not!" I said.

He just started walking. "Show it to me!" I said. He just dragged me with him. I sighed. " I will sit there. You take the picture." I said. He nodded and I sat down turning to look at the beautiful monument.

I heard a few snaps and I turned around. "Okay now come here. We need pictures together." I said. "I hate taking pictures." He replied in a monotone. "And I don't care. Get here fast." I glared at him and he obliged.

He sat beside me. I saw a two girls walking by. I quickly walked down. "Hey do you mind taking our pictures? Please!" I asked. "Are you Sophia Macford?" she asked. I nodded. "Can we please have a picture with you?" she asked. I laughed.

"Sure. Isn't that my collection?" I asked. She nodded eagerly. I took a picture with them. "Do you want us to take a picture of you guys?" she asked. I nodded handing her my phone. "Thank you." I said walking to Edward. I sat closer to him. He faced the front while I faced the him.

"Fans?" he asked. I nodded smiling. "Do you want me to kiss you?" I asked. His eyes widened I pulled my face closer to his and he gulped. I pulled his hand towards me pulling him close to my face. "Im kidding." I laughed. Hs lips turned into a soft smile.

And we heard a click. "You guys are so cute!" they squealed. She handed me my phone. "Thank you!" I said as they walked away giving me a smile.

Edward took my phone from my hands. "hey!" I said. He unlocked the phone with ease. "Your birthday?" he chuckled. "Hmmm. Nice." He said and sent it to himself. I snatched my phone. "Send me the previous one." I said. He just smirked.

And my phone dinged. I looked at it so see a shirtless picture of Edward. "You are such a Narcissist." I said. He laughed.

He got down and put his hands on my waist pulling me down. "Come lets walk around." He said.

I was getting ready for going to Mr. and Mrs. Reeves house. Edward had a conference call so he got ready and was attending that in the lounge. I looked at my image in the mirror. Good. I walked downstairs grabbing my clutch and my phone.

As I reached Edward he was just concluding. "Yes. When I get back there we will discuss. Sure. I will see that when I get back." He said closing the laptop. He loosened his tie. Relaxing back. He looked at his watch and sighed.

I walked behind him and put my hands on his eyes. "Sophia." He said. "Shut up. Just five minutes. And then you will feel fine." I said. He dropped his hands. I started massaging his head He let out a big groan. I massaged his forehead and scalp slightly. Once he looked relaxed I left a small kiss on his forehead.

I let him sit there for a while. As I slowly untied his tie. I bent forward to take it out and he grabbed my hands making me lose my balance and fall down to his lap. "Thank you." He said. I smiled at him. "How do you do this?" he asked. "Do what?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"You know exactly what I want. You know exactly what I need and when I need." He said loking at me with an unreadable expression in his eyes.

"That's because I know you. I care for you. And I want you to know that no matter what I will always be there. Even if you don't accept me. I will always be there Edward." I said softly as I put my head on his chest and he pulled me close.

"I'll always be there for you too." he whispered. I smiled even though he couldn't see it. This is Perfect. Me in his arms. Us telling each other what we feel.

I got up and stared at him. "Come on we have a deal to sign." I said as I offered him his coat. He turned around and I put it through his arms he turned around and pulled it towards his chest.

"Perfect." I said smiling at him. "You look beautiful. but something is missing" he said his eyes going up and down my body. "Shut up." I said walking to the door.

He grabbed my left hand and pulled it front of our faces. I was confused. You need this. He said taking out a beautiful ring.

My eyes widened in awe. It was a beautiful diamond ring. It shine perfectly against the light.

"Edward..." I started to protest but before I could say anything he slipped the ring in my hand making me gasp. It fit with ease.

"Now you look Perfect." he said dragging me with him. I was told shocked it move.

We sat in the car and drove away. My thoughts were out of place. This was the first time I had no idea what to think or what to do.

Am I actually engaged?!

I mean he did this to make it believable right? It didn't mean nothing to him. It was just for show. He just wanted this as a fake setup right?!

I sighed. I shouldn't be asking a bug deal. He doesn't even like me.

The car stopped and Edward got out and opened my door. As we stepped out I saw a huge mansion with a beautiful fountain in the front. Edward rang the door bell.

The door opened and Mr. And Mrs. Reeves came into our view.

"Welcome Edward and Sophia! We are so glad to have you!!" Mrs. Reeves said in Italian accent bringing us into a tight hug.

"Honey they are probably not able to breathe." Mr. Reeves chuckled. She left us.

"Come on in." Mr. Reeves guided us.

"You have a beautiful house." I commented.

"Grazie" Mrs. Reeves replied smiling.

"Dinner is ready let's eat first before us men have too sign the contract." Mr. Reeves said.

"Sure." Edward said as we now sat on the already set dining table.

A maid came and started serving his the dishes.

Mrs. Reeves said, "Spero non ti dispiaccia che ho fatto Arancini, lasagne, pollo Alfredo e vino."

(Translation : I hope you don't mind I have made Arancini, lasagna, chicken Alfredo and wine.)

I looked at Edward when she said that. "Is there a problem dear?" she asked when she saw the look we shared.

"Oh nothing Edward just loves Chicken Alfredo. But you didnt have to take so much efforts Mrs. Reeves" I reasoned. "Oh that's no problem. Mangiare Darlings!" she said.

(Translation : Eat up Darlings)

We all digged in. "This is amazing Mrs. Reeves" Edward said as he swallowed his first bite.

"This much better than what I make! This is heaven!" I added.

"Oh Grazie" he replied smiling. "So Sophia you have a fashion line or so I heard." Mr. Reeves said.

Oh so he did a background check. "Yes. I started it about five years. I always wanted to become like mom." I replied.

"Ah I heard your brand name in Edia. Is that you guys ship name is that what kids these days call it??" Mrs. Reeves asked wondering.

I started choking on my food. Vigorously coughing. Out of all the people and all the questions. She had to ask that now.

Edward rubbed my back as he handed me water. I took the glass and starts school drinking the water when he asked me, "Babe are you okay?"

And I started choking again. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. I fame back to normal.

"Are you okay dear?" Mrs. Reeve asked. "Yeah sorry about that." I said. They both just smiled. When I secretly glared at Edward.

I put my hair that had fallen to my face away with my left hand when we heard a squeal. " Is that your engagement ring?!" Mrs. reeves asked. She took my hand to examine it.

I nodded. "Yeah it is." I said blushing. "I'm happy to see Edward has a good choice." she said.

The conversation started again as we discussed about everything. When I felt hand on my right thigh. I looked down to see Edward hand resting on it.

When something came to my mind. The deal!! I slowly out my hand on his left inner upper thigh slowly teasing circles. He quickly grabbed my hand placing it back in place.

We both were still talking to the elders.

I scowled. When I had an idea. I took his hand that was in my thigh and brought is up to my inner upper thigh. As if knew what I was doing he tried to remove his hand but I kept it in place.

He quickly glanced at me and I gave him an innocent smile.

As the dinner finished the men went to their things while I helped Mrs. Reeves clean up.

"You are nice child. I am glad Edward Settled down. You are perfect for him. " she said. I smiled in return. "Thank you for the compliment. We really improved each other." I said. I felt bad lying to her.

"Yeah I noticed the things happening under the table." she said. Making my eyes go wide and making me blush.

"It's time to leave Sophia." Edward's voice came.

We both made our way too the loving room. "It's was nice meeting you Mr and Mrs. Reeves." I said as Edward grabbed my hand.

"We will soon meet for business." Edward said to Mr. Reeves. "It as good seeing you Sophia." Mr. Reeves said.

"Edward don't forget to invite us for the wedding. Good night darlings." she said.

My eyes widened while Edward just laughed nodding and we got in the car driving to the hotel.

I removed my shoes throwing them away as I walked to my wardrobe. I heard the bathroom door close. I was tired.

I grabbed a random t shirt and changed getting in bed. I soon heard some shuffling and the bed dip. I moved to his side and placed my head on his chest.

I saw his arm move but he stopped. "It's Okay Tonight doesn't count. I don't have my pills. Please help me sleep." I mumbled.

Instantly he wrapped his arm around me. And brought me to his bare chest. I snuggled closer. Both drifting off to a peaceful sleep.
