Out of all the books I've written so far... What has been your favorite? 

I know that my favorite to write has probably been The Huntress series, because Electra's character has been difficult yet fun to develop. She's complicated. Main characters are supposed to be flawed... that's why there's character development, right?

Her character in the beginning is a person who believes in what her superiors are telling her. She was brought into a dark life, from a dark moment, and she believed what everyone was telling her. How could that many people be wrong? Especially when they had all that technology, and that many people watching what was going on. 

I like her because while she let's Jared point her in the right direction, she doesn't let the guy change her. She makes those decisions on her own. She decides to look into things more. She doesn't let the guy change her or save her. She's a heroin that can stand her own against the worst creatures. She just doesn't have her eyes open yet.
