The sun was creeping out of the  clouds   slowly...........Kalpi ran out of the cave  with Meenu,   the  little  goat..........Kalpi  was  excited   to go home....she was stunned to see  how  high  she had climbed  the  rocks   the previous evening.........everthing seemed   pitch black   ....and  now  it  was daylight......Kalpi  stood  with   her arms  stretched  out    and    faced  the   sun    .......Raghav   walked up behind her and   stretched his  arms too..and   held  her  fingers..........."Titanic  pose''   said  Raghav...   ..........Kalpi    giggled and  leaned  back against him.........they  both stood there   watching the sun  come out of the clouds........." gosh i am so hungry."     complained  Kalpi  holding her stomach......... "I am hungry too" replied  Raghav .......kalpi  stopped  laughing when she  saw Raghav's  eyes  on the soft mount of  her breasts........" Chi,,,Raghav,,"    kalpi   felt her cheeks   burn with  embarasssment..........What  do you mean chi?........i am admiring my  love........" said  Raghav  and   poked  Kalpi on her midrift ..causing  her to shriek with  laughter  as  his action has  ticked  her  hips  and  stomach...........she  moved away    but he caught   hold of  her........."Raghav  sir  we  have    to get going,,,,,,little  miss    needs  medical attention  for  her  arm"  Ram"s   voice   .interupted  them......."come  on Kalpi "  let's  go  home........holding  Kalpi's  hand   so tightly....they   slowly desended down the rocks......Kalpi felt a lump in her throat,,,Raghav  truly cared   for  her.....They reached the spot  where Kalpi  had carved  Raghav 's  and her name........ on the  rock..........Raghav touched it  and  turned to Kalpi  and   suddenly  kissed her.........Then  pulled out his mobile phone from his pocket  and  took pictures  of  the  carving...........'''Soaham  and  Charmaine"      Raghav  said  and  looked  at Kalpi questioningly......"..Yes..."    replied Kalpi and  nodded....at the same time.........."lucky   girl,  Soham is a good  man.".. ...praised Raghav and  all three continued  their way down  the perilious  rocks......one  bad move ......could end up  falling  way down on the rocks below.......the sun was above their head  now....Raghav  stopped    by a  small  tree with   large  leaves  with tendrils,......he  twisted the leaves and  tendrils  and  a made  a leaf  hat for  Kalpi....."there   this  should  keep your head  cool......."said Raghav placing it on her head,,Kalpi laughed  out......."Oh My  God   I am Tarzan's   Jane....'"   Ram   laughed  too.......'Miss Barbie    Jane......."..........Here  have  some    cakes"   he offered.......Kalpi  was thankful for the  Indian sweet cake.......she nibbled on it  as they continued  their journey........halfway  down........."they head a shot''''''Quick    ..!!  ..duck  !!    Ram warned and pulled both Raghav and Kalpi    down  ........all three crouched  below  the rocks......a twig  jutting out  pricked  Raghav.......and    Raghav's   finger bled......Kalpi grabbed  his  hand  and  without  thinking  tore  her  shirt and wrapped his  finger.......
with it..........a few minutes passed.....without any sound...then  they heard growling..........a  tiger landed in front of them limping..........it's paw caught on a  a steel clamp....."  Poachers"   whispered... Ram  ....."Shhhh....".... Raghav closed Kalpi's mouth sensing she was sbout to scream..in fright......The Wounded tiger  growled at them.......then wobbled in front of them  and  dropped   right in front of kalpi.........Kalpi   was frozen  ........her  eyes  were  filled with terror.......Raghav quickly  turned her toward him........and  hugged he......while Ram   .still in a crouched position  ...reached  the  tiger.... "Raghav  sir......the  tiger is  not  dead........they have  used tranquilizers.......i  hate   poachers.........Hissed Ram in  anger......Such  a Magnificent creature...... He  said  "...it will take  sometime    for this  tiger to come around.......let"s   set  it  free.........Kalpi    sat behind Raghav   ......as  both the men     looosened the steel clamp...........from  the tiger's  hind  paw........there was  so much  blood........Ram   dug into his  old    bag  and  pulled out  some herbs.....crushed it on  a small rock......and      rubbed  the   paste  on the tiger's  paw  and   tore  piece  of    cloth  from  his    extra shirt....and  wrapped it around the  bleeding paw....   and  secured it  with a few knots.........then they dragged   the tiger   with all their  might and    placed it    at the edge of the dense jungle.........and    covered it with   leaves  and  ran back   to the   higher  rocks.........from there  the  jungle was visible............Raghav , Kalpi and Ram waited with baited breath.......watching for movements from the sedated tiger....."...The tiger escaped   Damn it"...someone   cursed   ......Raghav    peeped   from his perch........"he could  see  a man in a turban,   a few men all poachers  surrounding   him......."..we  will search tomorrow"........it  is  broad daylight.............the farm activities will start soon..."   then the  voices   became  distant......Raghav could see the men  walk away...............Ram gave a sigh of relief  ...and streched out his  cramped  legs  and   looked again  at the   leaf covered  tiger....  a sudden movement  caught  their  eye......The  tiger   raised it's  magestic head  and  growled........ Kalpi  shut both her ears.......Raghav  hugged  her............the tiger seemed to sniff  the  air  ,then  growled again..........it's  yellow eyes scanned the area   on the rocks..........then   limped away  into  the  jungle.....Raghav   kept  kalpi    close  to  him all the  time......while Ram went ahead of them  .......clearing the path with his long jungle  blade........Raghav slipped on a  rock  and  fell    on  another rock....... Kalpi  screamed  and  grabbed  Raghav"s  hand he was clinging on a small branch  and  Kalpi's    small hand  clutching his in  fright ,  afraid he would  fall,,,...Ram   hearing Kalpi   rushed back and pulled Raghav away from danger....." I am  fine  Kalpi.........don't  cry..."....... Raghav    pacified a crying kalpi  and    touched     kalpi's    head    ,gently   stroking........the   finger   Kalpi had bandaged    earlier ,,,had started to bleed once again due to  Raghav;s  fall on the rocks......... a few drops  of blood   fell on kalpi's  head and..  trickled on Kalpi' temple.......  Ram  witnessed  it  and raised his hands to the sky  in Silence...............Kalpi touched her temple.........and  tears just  came cascading down her cheeks........was it God.s blessing  ?.she  hugged Raghav   while he brushed her tears way...........and still holding her hand continued  their  way back home.......The farm workers   greeted   Raghav, Kalpi and Ram with great cheer.......Gauri Singhania  rushed out of the house hearing the commotion.........and   ran  up to Raghav and hugged him....."my  son...Thank God,..you are  safe......then she     hugged Kalpi   and  her eyes fell on Kalpi's   forhead .....
Raghav's   sir   hurt  his  fingers..the blood   dropped  on  little   missy......  God  has blessed  them  both.....' "  Ram  said    ...and  went to the well to  wash his hands and feet.........while  miles  away.....kalpi's nanny and companion Madhu mami.... was kidnapped by Sheetal  kapoor   .........................  to be  continued
