"Nico! I've been telling you the train's stopped for like, twenty hours! Come on!" Percy pulled the headphones from my ears unceremoniously.

"Hey!" I protested, but he already had my iPod in his pocket.

I grumbled but followed him out of the dank train nonetheless.

Once off, everyone seemed ready to go.

We were standing on a pier overlooking the ocean.

They were all looking expectantly at Percy. He looked around quickly then shrugged.

"What?"

Reyna sighed, wiping her hand down the front of her face. "Summon one of your water-bubble things. Please. We need to cross the American-Canadian border unseen."

"Oh, right," Percy chuckled, hopping into the water, an waving a hand for us to do the same.

I was hesitant, but after begging from Hazel, I jumped in.

I first felt a sharp cold wetness then it was gone, replaced by an odd, whimsical air.

I opened my eyes to see I was encased in a giant air-bubble along with Leo, Percy, and Jason.

In another air-bubble was Reyna, Annabeth and Hazel. I assumed Frank was the giant salmon swimming next to us.

"Onforth!" Percy declared, and I felt the bubble begin to move forward. Saying the feeling was weird would be an incredible understatement.

My stomach felt like it was doing somersaults and I felt a bit dizzy.

A large school of silver fish swam past me and I shook my head, feeling kind of miffed.

Like a dream.

Percy grinned at me and winked. I blushed and glanced away quickly, focusing my attention back on the hypnotic waves.

Something about the whole ordeal was very... lucidly hazy.

After a few minutes I felt less and less awake and slowly began to feel myself fall onto Percy's shoulder, my head lolling back so I could bury my face in the warm neck that belonged to a certain son of Poseidon and close my heavy eyelids.
