If you're wondering why Izuku and Ochako can't hold a long enough conversation and/or text stream it's because I can't do it either and I don't have experience with talking to other people 🙃

Iida🦿: I just got a few tickets to the traveling fair from my brother, do you guys want to go with me? We'll go on Friday around 5 PM

Todo❄🔥: Sure I should be free

Deku🥦: Same :)

Uraraka🌸: Me and Tsu are free!

Tsu🐸: Yep!

Iida🦿: Wonderful see you guys then 😀

Ochako placed her phone back on her desk,

'Gosh, I haven't been to the fair in years, I wonder what new rides and games are there now?'

Ochako pondered a little bit thinking about all the fun games, rides, and of course the food!

Ferris wheels, bumper cars, carousel, tower of doom, fried dough, corn dogs, fries, and enlist possibilities! 

Ochako fell back into her chair and stared outside at the street. She saw a family walking their dog with a child holding her parent's hands. Ochako smiled at this cute site and thought about what would it feel like if she had a family of her own.

Quicky she slapped both of her cheeks with her hands and shook her head trying to get that silly thought out of her brain. A family? Why would she need one? She had everything she wanted, a home, job, friends, and her parents, why would she need someone to baby her, she didn't need anyone to baby her she was an independent woman.

Rolling her chair back Ochako flopped on her bed staring at her ceiling like she does every night. Something about laying down somewhere staring into space was very relaxing to her. Slowly her eyes became heavy and Ochako started to drift off into her sleep.

A family of her own, huh...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~TIME SKIP~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"CHAD YOUR DRINK IS READY!" 

Scurrying around the cafe Ochako and Tsu were busy making food and drinks. Fridays were always a busy day for the two, and something that kept both of their heads up today was the fair they were both going to later. Just a few minutes turned into a few hours, both Ochako and Tsu couldn't keep track of time when it was a Friday.

"Ughh finally we can close for today." Ochako giggled at her friend who was leaning on the counter groaning,

"Yep," Ochako looked at her phone clock, "We have to get going, or else we'll be late for the fair." Tsu nodded her head and stood up to close the cafe, they got their stuff and Ochako started a car up and drove back home.

After they got dressed in more casual outfits they waited outside their apartment building for someone to pick them up. A black car pulled up and the driver seat window rolled down to reveal Iida smiling at them. They greeted each other and Tsu and Ochako got inside the car, the group drove towards the fair. Once they got there they already saw the Izuku, Shoto, and another female was standing next to Shoto. They all greeted each other and it ended up the female standing next to Shoto was his fiancee Momo.

Walking inside the fair the group saw bright lights hanging from all the booths that were shining like the sun, the smell of delicious foods flu through the air, the screams, yells, and laughter from the rides and games bounced around the fairground, it was a sight to see,

"Wow! Look at all the food! The games! The rides! And- OH MY GOSH IS THAT A TIGER!" With stars, in her eyes, Ochako squealed and pointed at all the things she saw that was interesting. She was like a child at a playground.

The group laughed a little and starting walking around glancing at the booths as they passed. They played a few games after buying a few tickets and went on a single ride but something caught Izuku's eye,

"Hey! Who wants to go on that ride with me?" Izuku was pointing at the tallest ride in the whole fair, everyone got a little scared at the sight but only Ochako was just as excited as Izuku,

"Are you guys not going?" Everyone nodded their heads back and forth, Ochako shrugged her shoulders,

"Come on Deku let's go!" The pair ran towards the ride, Iida started yelling at them saying once they were done to try to find them, and not to run.

They got in line and started talking about how cool the ride looks, what they were going to after they got off the ride, and what food they'll get.

Finally, it was their turn to go on the ride, they stepped into the cart and put their restraints on.

The cart started moving when the person operating the ride pushed the lever, and slowly the cart started moving up the hill. The pair looked around as they got higher and higher on the ride. The fair lights still shining brightly below them, suddenly the ride stopped for a moment, after that they dropped.

Shrieks and screams were coming out of everyone's mouth, a few hands were in the air as the cart flew on the track. They went in circles, bumps, and zigzags all while zipping through the ride.

Gradually they came to a stop and their restraints clicked off once they were back at the beginning. Izuku stepped out first and reached out his hand to help Ochako up. She took his hand and got up from the cart. They released each other hands and starting walking back out to all the booths, suddenly something hit Izuku,

"Wait, what Iida say after we got off the ride?" Ochako opened her mouth to answer the question but nothing came out, they stood there trying to figure out what Iida said before they ran off,

"Um, how about we just go around the booths for a while and hope we bump into them! The fair can't be that big." Izuku nodding his head at Ochako's idea, the pair walked off and started looking at what booths they should go to first,

"Ooh look a shooting game! You wanna play?" Ochako nodding her head, they walked over and placed down a ticket. Both grabbing one of the guns they aimed for the targets. Izuku got 6/6 targets and Ochako got 4/6,

"You're really good at this Deku!" Izuku's cheeks dusted with a bit of pink before he scratched the back of his neck,

"Thanks, no one really ever told me that before," Gasping Ochako put down her gun,

"What?! You're amazing at this! I'm sure they were just jealous about your skill at shooting... a toy gun," Ochako giggled at the end of her sentence,

"Nah, I don't think they were jealous of me, I was quite quiet in school, and people didn't really notice me," The worker quickly gave Izuku an owl plushy before they started helping the next player, Izuku said a quick thanks and started walking away from the booth with Ochako, "So the chance they were jealous of me is low."

"Wha- who wouldn't be jealous of you? You're smart, funny, kind, easy-going, honest, polite, generous," Ochako went on and on about how amazing Izuku was, and throughout the whole time, Izuku's face got redder and redder. No one has really ever complimented this much before, "You're amazing! Everyone in your school just didn't have good taste in friends." It was like Izuku's heart was on a cloud, really only his mom only complimented him that much,

"T-thanks Uraraka" Izuku started blushing even more because he stuttered,

"No problem!" Ochako's eyes landed on a cotton candy machine that was spinning light fluffy pink and blue cotton candy,

"Hey Deku, do you want some cotton candy?" Izuku's eyes lit up when Ochako said cotton candy. Something about cotton candy made Izuku love it so much,

"Yea! Which one would you like pink or blue? Oh, yea, and I'll pay to," 

"I'll get pink, and you?"

"I'll just get the blue one." Izuku pulled out his wallet and paid for the pre-made cotton candy, the worker gave it to the pair and they both started walking around again looking for everyone else. 

Surprisingly it wasn't as easy to find everyone as they thought. They ended up getting dinner while still looking for the group... they failed.

They ended up going to the entrance and waiting there hoping everyone else in the group will check there and find them. Luckily they did check and found Izuku and Ochako eating donuts and drinking soda,

"OH MY GOSH, WHERE WERE YOU TWO?!" Tsu ran up to them, specially Ochako, and shaking the life out of her,

"Um, one I don't think Uraraka can talk, and two we were looking for you guys." Izuku had a concerned look on his face at the site his friend was maybe dying because of how fast Tsu was shaking her,

"What- we were looking for you guys to," Momo said while Todoroki was shaking his head, "Oh well we found you guys and that's all it matters- Tsu you can stop shaking her already." 

After everything settled down and getting an earful from both Iida and Tsu about not listing to them and turning off their ringer and volume, the group decided even though they spent most of their night looking for each other they would go home for the rest of the night. They went to the parking lot, bringing all the stuffed animals with them, to say goodbye, and split up. Iida dropped them off at their apartment before saying goodbye and driving home. 

Ochako and Tsu got ready for bed, but before they went their separate ways Tsu ask Ocahko a question,

"So~ what did you and Midoryia do when we were looking for you two?"

"We ate cotton candy, hot dogs, drank soda, and won a bunch of stuffed animals? Just like everyone else?"

"Oh, that sounds soda-lightful... so it was a date~" Tsu had smug look on her face when she said that. Ochako's ears started to turn red,

"I- wha- no! It wasn't a date!" 

"Mhmm~ sure~"

"No! We just did what you guys did!" Ochako was trying to explain to Tsu it wasn't a date but was failing too,

"I mean we didn't buy cotton candy and win a bunch of stuffed animals only to trade it with each other before we left," Tsu was smirking as she continued to talk, "And~ none of us really sat really close to each other, other than Todoroki and Momo of course, but unlike you two who were quite close to each other when we found you two." Ochako's cheeks were turned red as well,

"I- no it isn't- it wasn't- a- d-date!" Tsu sighed,

"I guess my best friend can't see when her soulmate is in front of her eyes, goodnight!" Tsu quickly slammed her door and a small click could be heard indicating she locked her door,

"TSU!" Ochako started banging on Tsu's door hoping the lock will break and she can go in, but it didn't work. Ochako could hear Tsu laughing from the other side. After a few minutes of failing to get Tsu to open the door, Ochako gave up and went back to her room,

"It wasn't a date. It wasn't a date. It. Wasn't. A. Date." Ochako was laying on her bed telling herself it wasn't a date with Izuku. 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~MEANWHILE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"It wasn't a date. It wasn't a date. It. Wasn't. A. Date." Izuku was laying on his bed telling himself it wasn't a date with Ochako, and Momo and Todoroki were just talking nonsense.

It wasn't a date.

They were just hanging out as normal friends do.

Just a date.

So what? They couldn't stop laughing and smiling the whole time, and their stomachs felt like there were butterflies in them, so what? They're friends.

Just friends.
