Bettman then returns to Vladdy to torture him some with his Umbrakinetic powers, sending him into a nightmare. Then he brings him back to the scene with the cages in the Bell Centre.

"Bettman, please!" Vladdy insists, trying to fight back.

"Tell the Amalie worker what you did!" Bettman snarls, flinging him to the ground before the cage, where Campbell gawks at him and Killer is frozen, leaning against the bars toward the back corner still mortified over the bloody finger.

Vladdy lifts his head up and chokes out, "I-I—"

Bettman storms over and kicks him hard in the ribs, causing him to scream out in pain. "SPIT IT OUT KID!"

"I..." Vladdy trails off, briefly. "I DID NOTHING! Bettman is just jealous! He's always been jealous of the powerful Tampa Bay Lightning!"

Bettman slams him against the cage. "WRONG! Tell him the TRUTH or I will!"

Vladdy shakes off the pain and says,

A. "I faked being sick to go on a date."

B. "I fell in love with Bettman's daughter."

C. "I killed his pet rat, Marchand."

D. "I hurt Sidney Crosby."

WaywardSon10: 

Beau skids to a halt outside and sees a blood red sky with black clouds shifting across quickly. He spots Sidney's car, which has Vladdy, Kuch and Brayden all awake and bound and gagged with tape in the backseat. They are struggling and unhappy.

"SIDNEY!" Beau shouts out as a storm-like wind whips around him.

But Sidney cackles and zooms backward, just as Cram and Auston reappear fighting one another.

Cram swings a fist at Auston's head, but before he can connect, Sidney - distracted by his villainous cackling - hits them both with his car.

Beau is mortified by this and he stomps his foot on the ground as Sidney pulls forward and turns to look.

A. They see both Cram and Auston on the ground bleeding

B. They see both Cram and Auston dead (oh man AShruinger is gonna not like this haha...)

C. Cram and Auston are both gone

D. Beau's stomp actually shifted time and ends the nightmare, sending Vladdy back to where Bettman has him in the NHL tech headquarters. (See Shannon's above part haha)

AShruinger:

"Oh, but I would. At the same time, you shall have a lovely assistant to help you out..." Auston snarls, before turning to the side to reveal Brett Howden, the Lightning's first round draft pick from 2016.

Brett is bound in black mist at the wrists and ankles and there is some covering his mouth as he struggles in place, before Auston gestures at him. He screams in pain.

"He's going to assist you in the killing."

Brett's eyes then change to a demon red and the mist dissolves off of him, before his eyes return to a darker shade of normal and he joins Auston, wearing a smirk.

Beau shakes his head and tries to get the darkness off of him but Auston subjects him to the same torture, before Beau's eyes flash red and then turn a shade of darker normal.

"Now," Auston snarls. "I want you both to kill Patrik Laine, by any means necessary."

Beau and Brett nod in unison and dart off to the cackling Auston Matthews, who finally "lets his real appearance show." He creates a black cape and outfit with his powers and then flicks it, before vanishing from sight.

Brett and Beau race into the Jets' locker room, finding Laine sitting alone in his stall.

Dustin Byfuglien steps forward blocking their paths. "A Devil and Lightning prospect scum shouldn't be here!"

"We need to talk to Laine, Bettman's orders," Beau snaps.

Brett raises his hand up as lightning sparks from it. "Unless you'd like to...answer to some electricity?"

Byfuglien glares at him and then steps aside.

"Excellent choice. Alright Laine, come with us," Beau says.

Laine looks at them and shrugs. "What's Bettman want?"

"It's about..."

A. Your brother

B. Your contract

C. Just come with us

D. Your best friend

Meanwhile, back in Anaheim...

A. Kuch is still attached to Cram's leg and Cram is annoyed

B. Kuch is eating cookies with Cram

C. The real Gallagher returned and kidnapped Kuch

D. Vladdy has taped Cram and Kuch to chairs and is giving them a thorough lesson on behaving and not being annoying/annoyed...well until Cram breaks free and overpowers Vladdy, taping him to a chair and also taping both Kuch and Vladdy's mouths shut (cause they're annoying...?)
