At school, Corey, Laney, and Layla walked into the building. Layla saw Robert, Rex, and Bill right away as she walked in. They walked over to the three kids.

"Hey Laney, what's going on?" asked Rex. Laney rolled her eyes and smiled. "Nothing much" said Layla.

Robert looked over at Corey and Laney and smiled. Corey smiled back at Robert. "So lets get heading to our first period class" said Rex. Everyone headed for their first period classes.

When lunch came around, Layla took out a tuna sandwich and ate it. "So, what does the band wanna play this period?" asked Rex. "Laney does her solo today" said Bill.

"I don't wanna do the solo" said Layla. "10 bucks is the bet" said Bill, showing her tge money. "Fine, it's on" said Layla.

"This'll be fun to watch" said Corey. "I can already see that" said Laney. Layla went to the front of the cafeteria, jumped on the table, and turned on thr battery powered microphone. Rex turned on the radio and music started playing.

Everyone at the lunch tables were cheering and clapping. "Cody, we can use one of those microphones" whispered Laney. "We'll ask Layla to give us one" said Corey.

Layla put her microphone away and walked over to Rex and grabbed the money. "That was awesome Lanes" said Rex. Layla blushed and smiled.

Laney pulled Layla over to her and walked two feet away from the table. "You did amazing" said Laney. "Thanks" said Layla.

"You sure do make a great Laney, Lanes" said Laney, as she messed up Layla's hair. "You are my favorite characted after all" said Layla. "Favorite character?" asked Laney. "I look up to you" said Layla. "Aww, that's so sweet" said Laney.

Corey and Robert walked over towards Laney. "Linds, Lay, lunch is almost over. We have study hall next. Do you girls wanna hang out together?" asked Corey. "Sure, but I need to help Robert plan out our plan to get you back home" said Layla. "Alright, have fun" said Corey.

Layla and Robert went to the comouter lab as the bell rang. Corey and Laney walked down the hall and hung out.

"So Linds, when we get home, will we ever see Layla again?" asked Corey. "We won't because we won't see her, but she will be watching us" said Laney.

The two of them walked down the hall and bumped into someone. "Hey watch it!" said a guy with a red mohawk.
