Lucy's Pov

I was worried no I'm scared. I don't know what happened to him. I tried to get out of the manor but the guards won't let me out. I tried to ask Richard for help but he can't get out either. All I can do at the moment is wait. I feel useless. I feel like I'm trapped inside a cage and I can't get out.

Natsu's Pov

I entered the completely deserted arena. And right there in front of me. Stands my one and only nephew Larcade Dragneel together with some members of Alvarez.

Today everything will end.

Back to the present

Lucy's Pov

While the maids dress me up and put everything that's on the box. I took care of the gun and hide it somewhere no one can see. I took a deep breath and I eventually calmed down a bit.

Natsu where are you?

Natsu's Pov

I'm tired and out of breath, I stayed in my position trying to keep a hold of myself. Even with the Tartaros members with me. Larcade kept on calling for more back up. I wiped the blood that's on my jaw and ready for another round.

Fuck! This is suicide.

I balled my hands into a fist and kept on attacking anyone on my sight. Even with all my strength, there are some that passed my defense.

I cursed when someone punched my stomach real hard. I have taken aback but that doesn't stop me. I kept on throwing punches and kicks I don't care about who I give damage to I don't care about how much damage I give then because if I don't hurry up I won't make it in time. I have to go all out. These bastards will regret messing with me.

"You're all gonna die!!!" I shouted and fastened my pace.

Lucy's Pov

I'm finally ready I placed the gun where it should be on my leg I need to be secure. 

I heard a door opened and saw Richard.

"Are you ready?" He asked.

"Is he okay?" That's all I said.

"I don't know, but don't worry if he really loves you he'll be fine and I contacted someone to stop the wedding just in case he wouldn't make it in time." He replied.

"Thanks." I nodded.

Natsu's Pov

After some round of punches, I saw that some of my men are badly hurt, and as far as I know, Larcade ran out of men to call.

"Why?" I asked.

"Huh."

"Don't play dumb Larcade I know what you did you betrayed your own family how could you!" I exclaimed.

"You see father really doesn't care about me I knew and accepted that fact right from the start. I did have heritage from him but that's just a chore for me to do for his mishaps." He replied. "Only mother is the one who understands me." He added.

"New-Chan died together with him remember." I said.

"And that's not my fault what happened there is a double murder. But no need to worry the person who killed mother already got his head displayed on my wall." He snickered.

That made me sick on my stomach. I gritted my teeth and started giving him some punches.

???'s Pov

"Are you in." I called in the earpiece.

"Yes. Where are you?" She replied.

"Already in position." I replied. "You know what to do."

"Yes, too bad he's wearing white." I can hear her snicker in the background.

Lucy's Pov

Is he hurt? Is he unharmed? Did he win? Did he lose? Those were the questions that keep popping up on my head. I can't think of anything else. All I can do is worry about his safety.

"He'll be fine." Auntie said who is right by my side. "He showed me a long time ago that he's more than capable to survive that."

"Your right." I took a deep breath and the death march started.

Where the hell is that bastard. I swear to God if he lost and come back alive I'm the one who's gonna kill him.

Lucy's Pov

"Do you Richard Conte, take Lucy Heartfilia as your lawfully wedded wife to take care to cherish in sickness and in health, in richer and in poorer, till death do you part." The priest said.

Natsu where are you?

Richard looked at me with concern in his eyes I Just nodded.

"I do." He holds my now trembling hand.

I squeezed his hand even tighter. I almost lost my breath. And tears started to fill my eyes. I keep on asking myself is he even coming.

"Do you Lucy Heartfilia, take Richard Conte as your lawfully wedded husband to take care to cherish in sickness and in health, in richer and in poorer, till death do you part"

I gaped my mouth open to answer but a memory of what he said stopped me.

"I'll stop the wedding I promise. So don't you dare say I do unless it's me your marrying."

I can't help but blush at the thought.

I sighed and looked at the priest.

"I...... I." I gulped. "I can't." I sighed.

"Why you little......" Victor shouted and pointed a gun at me.

"Father." Richard shouted. "Don't hurt her."

"You stay out of this!" Victor shouted.

???'s Pov

You slow-ass bastard.

I pointed my gun down and fired a bullet.

Lucy's Pov

Victor still pointed the gun at me. Until two gunshots were heard it didn't hurt anyone but it causes damage.

While Victor is distracted I swiftly grabbed the gun that's on my thigh and pointed it on Victor. Good thing the gown has a slit and thin fabric.

"Where did you get that?" Victor grinned his teeth.

"Found it on the box together with my gown." I smirked.

"Lockser" His eyes sharpened and grinned his teeth. "I thought you kept your eyes on them!!" he shouted to his men. But then he was shot on the shoulder causing him to fall back a little and groaned in pain. "Get those two!!!" He shouted pointing to a specific spot on the building.

He then quickly grabbed my hand causing the gun to fall on my hand. And began to choke me.

"Father stop it!" Richard shouted. "The wedding is off!"

"Shut up!" He began to choke me harder making it even harder to breathe.

"You let go of her this instant!" Auntie shouted and pointed the gun I was holding earlier at Victor.

Victor then groaned in pain when was shouted again from above.

But that doesn't stop him he continued to choke me.

"You're a demon." I groaned.

"Yes, I am." He snickered. "And you will pay for ruining everything."

"You let go of my woman, Victor, or I'll cut your hands off!"

My mouth gaped open in shock and tears started to fall again.

There stood a man that's all beaten up but still looks handsome and the man she loves.

"Natsu....."
