Lucy's Pov

I woke up at 5:00 in the morning, did my daily routine. I wore the only black dress that I have.

"Auntie I'm gonna go now," I said to my aunt who is cleaning the house.

"Bye Lucy, take care," she said.

I entered my car and went straight to Starbucks to order coffee.

"Good Morning, May I take your order," Said the lady.

" 1 Chile Mocha Tall size and 1 Caffe Mocha Tall size" I ordered.

"Names," she asked as she gets the cups. "Natsu on the Chile Mocha and Lucy on the Caffe Mocha" I answered.

"That would be 700 jewels please," the lady said as she named the cups.

(A/N: I know but really that Chile Mocha is real expensive alright no kidding, but I mean we're talking about Starbucks here. And a 100 jewels is Equivalent to a dollar in case you didn't know)

"Here" I give her the money as I get the coffee.

I was about to get in my car when my phone rang.

Hello, Juvia

Ah, Yes Lucy-San Juvia's really in a hurry right now. Juvia needs to run some errands. The papers on Juvia's desk are Natsu-san's appointments and meetings there not arranged yet so Lucy-San shall take it from there.

Do you speak in the third person?

Yeah, Juvia's trying to get used to speaking in the first person tho anyways bye.

The call ended and I went inside my car and drove as fast as I can to my destination.

As I walked in I went straight to Juvia's desk. My mouth dropped as I saw the stack of papers. I placed my coffee down my desk and went to his glass door as he gestured me to come in.

"Here's your coffee sir," I said and place the cup down on his table.

"What flavor?" He asked "Chile Mocha" I answered.

"Sounds good," he said. "What's my schedule for 8:30," he asked.

Oh shit. I don't know I just got here.

"Ughhh... sir I just got here and I haven't arranged your schedule yet," I said shyly. Way to go, Lucy, you'll lose your job this time.

"And that's my problem because..." he said as he stopped on what he was doing and looked at me.

"No sir, that won't happen again, I'm very sorry," I said.

"Good, now leave," he said as he continues what he was doing.

That was the worst first day ever. "Oh dear," I sighed and immediately started to go to work when I noticed a small speaker and mic. Is this where he asked about his schedule and orders. Now that's convenient.

"Ms. Heartfilia, what's my schedule for 8:30 you should probably know that by now" the speaker voiced.

"Ah, yes you have an appointment with Mr. Eucliffe" I spoke through the mic.

It took me an hour to finally finish everything. I saw a raven-haired man walk in and entered Natsu's office. Then followed by Juvia. She deeply sighed and sat on her desk.

"Hey, you okay," I asked.

"Juvia's fine just tired, how's your first day," she asked.

"Horrible" I sighed.

"Well, now you now know to be extra early at work and always be ready" she giggled.

Natsu's Pov

I was in my office doing my paperwork. I glanced at my clock and realized it was already 9:00 so I stood up and went outside.

Lucy's Pov

I was doing some paperwork Juvia assign to me when I saw Natsu leave his office and went straight outside. The last time I checked 9:00 is his free time. Maybe he's going to his friends or something.

I was waiting for that idiot to get the damn in here already he's late.

"Is he in?" a voice said and I knew who it belongs.

"You're late" I bluntly said.

"I'm never late" he replied.

"You're late by my watch!!!" I shouted.

"Can we just get inside?" he said.

I sighed and opened the door of the warehouse and there tied up, a blindfolded man.

"This is Mr. Dino Cavallone, under my wife's investigation he is part of your brother's death," I said.

He looked at the man and nodded.

"So how do we do this," I said pulling out my gun.

"Look fellas no matter what you do you can't make me talk so kill me now if you don't want your time to be wasted," Dino said.

"Not interested if you know something I can make you talk," I said, "Don't worry though I'll take good care of you." I grinned.

"Get as much information as you can out of him. After you're done. Kill him." He said.

"Roger" I nodded.

"Good," he said and walked away.

Natsu's Pov

I just got back from the warehouse and I was inside my office when suddenly the glass door is opened by Juvia.

"She asked me about it," she said.

"What did you say to her?" I asked her and stopped what I'm doing.

"You know the usual" she replied

"Good she must not know anything about this," I said and stood up.

"Is there anything wrong if she does" she gave me a confused face? "You can just kill her if she got something. Like Natsu-San always do." She added.

I sighed "She's the first woman I interviewed that didn't annoy the shit out of me, I don't think I can do that to someone like her and no matter what it takes I don't want her to get involved, but if she knows something it will be the end of her"

"Whatever you say but Juvia asks you to please be careful," she said.

"Of course I will, I won't let those suckers get to me first," I said and opened the window. "Not until I get my revenge"

"Also Loke-San is coming," she said and exited my office.

Brilliant, I need him to take over for me for just a little while.

Lucy's Pov

It's almost lunchtime and I'm making him curry my very own recipe. Once I'm done I put everything in a tray and went straight to his office.

"Sir, here is your lunch," I said as I entered his office.

"What is it?" he asked and doesn't look away from his computer screen.

"Curry sir" I replied and placed the tray and arrange everything on his table.

"If you're making me a spicy dish make it a little bit more interesting," he said and stood up and sat on the chair and started eating.

I was about to leave until he spoke. "This is good. I like it....... good job," he said.

"So did he like it?" Juvia asked.

"Yes, he did." I smiled.

"Lucy," Juvia called as I sat on my chair.

"I have a date tonight and I wanna go shopping for clothes, wanna come?" She said.

"I would love to!! I'm also gonna buy some clothes because I don't have that much black in my closet" I said.

"Brilliant!!" She smiled. "It'll be the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other."

We entered the store and we started searching.

I picked a couple of black tops and skirts and two pairs of black stilettos until Juvia called me.

"Hey, Lucy what do you think?" She emerged from the fitting room and she's wearing an asymmetrical bodycon red dress that hugged all of her curves perfectly.

"O my God!" I gasped. "You look absolutely beautiful. I never would've thought that red suits you this much. Just put on red lipstick and your date would be in awe."

"I'm surprised as well, red isn't a color I normally choose." She said. "And I call myself a fashion designer." She laughed at herself.

"But I thought you're Natsu's secretary," I said.

"Juvia is both. Juvia can manage it though. Juvia only makes custom designs for her friends." She smiled. "And you are already one of them. I'll conjure up something stunning for you one day."
