Summary: Elisa Chipping was smart as she was witty, that might be how she came friends with Jughead and River Jones when they arrive at Stonewall prep, but they don't meet there,no. Her father takes her along as he tries to persuade the two to come take a take around the school.  They eventually agreed, maybe River felt a somewhat bond to the teenage daughter of Mr Chipping but Elisa wasn't easy to make friends with and she didn't let her guard down till the two of them find her crying in a storage cupboard one day.
