Charlie's P.O.V.

I'm walking in the woods. God, have mercy. I'm having the same nightmare again. I'm running as fast as I can, but it doesn't work. My legs won't move and the dark shadow is coming closer.

Open your eyes.

Please open your damn eyes!

I shoot awake and I'm sitting straight on Luke's bed. My breath is unsteady and apparently I woke Luke, because he opens the door a little.

"Charlie?" He shifts through the dark "Are you okay?"

He puts on a nightlamp and sits next to me.

"Yeah not really, I had a nightmare, it's haunting me for years now." I say, and I accidently look in his eyes. They're a lighter shade of ocean blue, they look so crystal clear but warm at the.. Wait what? Do some clear thinking, Charlie.

"Well do you want to tell me what's it about?" Luke asks, and I nodd.

After I told him the whole story, he looks understanding to me, and without a word, he hugs me and sings a song I don't know. It's beautiful though.

When he feels I'm almost asleep, he puts me on my back, but I grab his arm.

"Please stay" I ask. He looks a little confused, but sits back on the bed again. He takes me back in his arms again and I drift away again, just between sleeping and tiredness.

When I look on the clock, I see it's 8 in the morning and I decide to get up to eat something. Luke is still fast asleep, so I carefully remove his arms from my shoulders. He looks so peacefully and almost like a kid and... Charlie don't. I catch myself smiling at Luke, what the...

I quickly walk to the kitchen, which I find easily since I've never been here. Nobody's home, lucky me.

I make myself a sandwich, and also grab a glass of milk. When I just sat down at the kitchen table, I hear the door being opened. Really, at half past 8 in the morning, they have visitors? The visitor opens the kitchen door, and I realise it's Calum.

"Oh hey Charlie, why're you here?" He asks, clearly surprised. "Well, I could ask you the same, it's early."

"Just answer me, would you?" he smiles at me.

"I fell asleep in the car, and Luke carried me inside his house, so here I am." I say while taking a bite of my sandwich.

After we chat a while, Calum seems like he needs to ask me something.

"Cal? You want to ask something?"

"Uh, yeah, actually. I was wondering if you want to go to the fair today with me, there are loads of stands, really fun." He beams, and waits for my answer.

"Ofcourse, that sounds lovely!" I smile at him, and he smiles back at me.

By the time Luke wakes up, the rest of the boys have already arrived. Luke looks a little tired, he doesn't say a thing.

"Luke isn't really a morning person." Ashton explains to me. "Anyways, what are we going to do today?" He asks.

"Well, me and Charlie are going to the fair here in town." Calum says, and the boys are very exited about the idea, exept for Luke. He just stands up and goes wherever I don't know. Morning issues?

"I'm need to get ready, anyone bothers to drive me home?" I ask with puppy eyes, with a lack of sarcasm ofcourse.

Calum volunteers, he said we can go right after I'm done.

Since it's summer, I decide to wear jeans shorts along with a flower tank top and my favorite sneakers. My hair will be in a ponytail, that's easier for me when it becomes warm outside.

"You look beautiful" Calum claims when I come downstairs. He takes out his sunglasses, and when we're about to leave, I say I forgot my shades, so I quickly grab a pair.

I see we're going by foot, since it's already pretty sunny now.

It's a 15 minute walk and we chat about the most random things. I can already hear the fairmusic, and I wonder which games we're going to play, and whether or not we're going to win something. Eitherways, I'm super exited and I hope Calum is too.

4 hours, 2 stuffed animals and 1 ice cream later, we're heading back to my appartment.

"It was such fun with you today!" Calum beams, and we laugh at the stupid things we did today. For example: I almost tripped over some pillows. But who puts pillows in the middle of the path?

When my home is in our sight, I think I can see Joy jumping on the driveway.

"What's up with her?" I ask Calum, and he just shrugged his shoulders, mumbling "I don't know".

Apparently we're walking too slow, because Joy already runs towards us.

"Guys! Guys, oh my god! Sleepover at Ashton's! Quick, pack your things so Calum can grab his things too!" She practicly screams.

"I can already go for my stuff" Calum says, as he gives his stuffed animal to me. "I'm not really into those, and besides, you totally beat me at the last game" he winks at me. Behind me I can hear Joy giggle, and I slightly kick her with my foot.

"Oompf! Hey! What was that for?"

I just laugh and go inside for my things.

Joy keeps on squeeking about the sleepover, and which games we could play. I, on the otherside, was still wondering why Luke acted so weird in the kitchen this morning. I hope he turned out well.

When I'm finally done packing my things, we walk to Ashton's home, it's apparently just 10 minutes from our appartment.

By the time we're there, the boys have already taken their places on the floor. Well, I guess we're sitting in a circle now.

Joy sits next to Ash, I sit next to Luke and Calum, Mike next to him and the circle is complete.

We're all talking to each other, exept for me and Luke. There's an awkwkard tension between us, and don't ask me where that came from.

Suddenly Ashton gets up and runs to the kitchen, and seconds later he comes back with a huge bowl of popcorn.

"Popcoooorn!" Michael shouts, and we all laugh at his exitement. The sweet taste of the candy doesn't really help our hyperness, but it doesn't really matter.

After a good 2 hours of talking, laughing, and eating popcorn, Joy stands up and wants to make an announcement.

"Shhht!" She hums, like a little kid.

"Let's play a game! Anyone has suggestions?" She asks, and before one of us can answer, she yells: "Because I do! Let's play truth or dare!" And while she yells/says that, she looks at me with a weird face.

"Uh, I'll pass" me and Luke say in unison.

Ashton says: "Come on, it'll be fun!"
