The early morning rays were seeping in through the curtains playing hide n seek with the person who was sleeping so soundly like a log. But with the continuous rays falling on his face irritated him and he turned another side only to feel his bed very soft and fluffy. There was a different kind of warmth which he never felt in his 25 years of life. He snuggled more into the warmth and tried opening his eyes but suddenly he sneezed as something got in his nose. He opened his eyes and what he saw in front came like a bolt from the blue as the soft and warmth feel he was getting was from a ...

PINK TEDDY BEAR!

"What the f***"

Yes, he was till now hugging a pink teddy bear whose furs got into his nose resulting him to sneeze. This wasn't less when he removed that big teddy away from him, he found Aarohi sleeping right on the other side so calmly like some sleeping beauty as her bangs were falling on her face.

Arjun moved out of the bed in haste while his head was bursting with immense pain while he was trying to decipher that how the hell did he come here at first place.

"Aaahhh... my head, how did I end up here and that too in Miss Aarohi's bedroom? Gosh when did I drink so much, I don't even remember anything, " He mumbled as he closed his eyes due to the shooting pain. Aarohi was sleeping like a log, well not her fault she had beared Mr. Arjun Malhotra's drunk tantrums whole night and now she was enjoying her beauty sleep, looking at Aarohi once he went to the washroom to freshen up as his head was bursting.

Arjun splashed some water on his face to ward off the sleep and hangover a bit and it did help him a bit and as soon as he opened his eyes he got some flashes of the night right here but in blurred form.

"What did I do last night? Shit I'm so screwed. What will Miss Aarohi think of me?" he just sprinted out of the washroom and came to the room and slowly and carefully climbed down Aarohi's window giving her a last look.

Malhotra Mansion 

The combination of dark blue, black and grey bedroom was still dark with stars on the sealing were shining brightly for their brightest stars on the order of the brightest star's firefly and that shiniest star was happily snuggling into his dark blue duvet dreaming about his firefly but his happiness was short lived when he had to face the harsh sunrays glaring at him making him whine in sleep. 

"Nandini, sone do na." 

Yup, The Manik Malhotra was happily sleeping in his room when his little baby sister came in his room with the mission named "troubling your brother" and the first step was disturbing his sleep. Her grin widened seeing Manik was in a deep sleep a perfect state to prank on her brother. 

She slowly and steadily moved towards his bed with her phone on recording video mode. Kneeling down Ruhi was exactly opposite to Manik, while Manik was lying on the middle on his king sized bed. Adjusting the camera properly on the side table Ruhi kept her both the hands on the bed with one above another adding to it kept her chin on them still grinning. 

"You love Nandini, haina?" She whispered to Manik who nodded his head with a slow smiling adorning his lips on hearing his firefly's name. 

"Since when?" She continued in her whispering voice enjoying the state his brother was in. 

"Years" Manik replied softly, his smile still intact

"Is she gonna be your wife?" Ruhi asked intrigued about her brother's answer though she knew what's gonna be the answer.

"Yes" Manik's hold tightened on his duvet snuggling more into it to save himself from the cold waves of AC. 

"Does she love you?" Ruhi palmed her mouth to save herself from giggling out loud and hence stop the fun. 

"Of course." Manik frowned but answered the question nonetheless. 

"Will you open a chocolate factory for your little sister?" Ruhi asked him with a lots of hope in her eyes, may be just maybe she can trick him to open one with this video. 

"Hmm..." Ruhi grinned assuming his brother said yes but that soon turned into frown when se heard, "...No" She fumed at his reply and gave Manik an evil smile thinking, 'Achha bachu, abhi batati hoo' 

"Should I tell about you and Nandini to mom and dad?" She whispered again hoping this time her brother says yes. 

"Hmmmm" Manik hmm-ed in his sleep when in reality its was his pandiculation stretching as he started waking from his slumber. 

"Thank you Mr. Malhotra, don't say I didn't asked you!" Ruhi jumped in her place and fist bumped in air and danced a bit for her victory . she cleared her throat and shouted at the top of her voice. 

"MOM, DAD, BHAI IS IN LOVE!" 

"Shit, What the fuck? No Mom dad... I mean yes,.. no, I can explain." Manik woke up with a jerk and in his disheveled state he started explaining as if his Mom and dad were present in front of him but then a loud laughing noise brought him black from his state. 

Manik looked to his side seeing his little baby sister having a stomach clutch laugh on his misery. 

"Youuuuuuu." Manik threw an accusing glare at her which of course had no effect. 

"VVVVVVV, WWWWW, XXXXXXX, YYYYYYYY, ZZZZZZZ. Bhai, see I completed all the other alphabets for you." Ruhi giggled and showed her tongue in a teasing manner adding more fuel to the fire. 

Manik got up from his bed and started marching towards his sister saying, "You wait there..." but fumbled with duvet causing him to land on his bum and another feat of laughter for Ruhi. 

"Agggh.... You little mouse." Manik yelled in frustration and starting chasing Ruhi. 

Ruhi saw this and thought it was the best if she saved her life if she wanted live to see her dream of having a Chocolate factory one day with this thought her legs took the command from her brain and started running all over Manik's bedroom with Manik following her everywhere she went. 

"Okay stop!" by now they reached in the living room and Ruhi stopped abruptly but Manik bumped into her because of the sudden stop and no control over his speed.  

"If  you don't stop chasing me or did something to me I'm gonna show this to mom and dad." Ruhi played the video of Manik confessing that he loves Nandini and he is gonna marry her and to say he was in shock will be an understatement, he had to give this one to his sister that devil really played well this time. 

"You wouldn't dare." Manik narrowed his eyes at his sister trying his remaining 0.00001% of his chances. 

"Try me." She smirked at him. 

"Teri toh, gimme the phone you chudail." Ruhi squeaked and started running to her her phone and the magical precious video through which she can make The Manik Malhotra do anything.  

She saw her eldest brother entering the mansion with confusion itched on his whole face, she ran faster towards him, the only person who can save her now. 

"Bhai...bhai...bhai. Save me. Manik Malhotra is in monster mode." Ruhi huffed hiding behind her big brother in order to save herself and in this game she forgot what relation her brothers share now. 

"Manu kya kar raha hai lag jayegi bachi ko." Arjun spoke still in his hangover state not knowing what blunder he made. 

"Bhai wo koi bacchi nahi hai." Manik was huffing due the morning exercise he had to do because of his sister and involuntary answer came out of him but the realization upon dawned upon him and not only him but other two too who were now staring at each other with unknown emotions. Now Ruhi was sure that another verbal fight will start between her brothers and all her bubbliness ran out of the window which both of the brothers saw. 

"Uhhu.. Ruhi stop troubling your brother early in the morning you are my good girl right. Also I have told so many times not to run on the stairs you may fall. Take care of that." Arjun cleared his throat and tried to explain Ruhanika who now stood shocked looking at her elder brother while from the corner of her eyes she even saw Manik's face adorned with a small smile hearing Arjun. With this Arjun smiled at both of them and then left towards his room. 

"You Ruhi chui I will see you afterwards and dare you show that video to Mom and Dad, I will tell them about their dear little daughter's study nights slash night out parties." He warned her and tapped her head playfully and left from there leaving the ever happy Ruhanika who started dancing and jumping in the entire hall like a rabit.

ArMan Co. 

Aarohi came running in the office fully stressed, she got so worried when she woke up in the morning by her mom's constant knock on her door and didn't find Arjun around. He went away before she got up. She was worried that how would he be, how he went home and what all he must have remembered. Reaching the reception she asked the lady

"Hey Riya, has Arjun sir arrived yet?" 

Riya-" No, you are lucky Aarohi that he is late today. But this is strange you know that for the first time he is so late for office today, it's almost 10 now. Hope he is fine." She showed her fake concern for him, Aarohi knew better why was he late and also this girl's over care for Arjun, all she wanted was some attention from Arjun which she never got. Aarohi gave her a tight lipped smile and left from there in a hurry deciding over whether she should call Arjun and ask about his whereabouts or not. As she was so engrossed in making a decision that she didn't see in front only to get collided with a rock... ohh sorry Shivansh. 

Shiv-" Hey Aarohi watch out!" He balanced himself as well as her along with his files. 

"I'm ...i'm so sorry sir. Hope you are fine." She straightened herself as he gave her a full blown smile shaking his head left and right. 

Shiv-" Ohh I'm alright, but what is your reason of being a 'khoya-khoya-chand' plus 'bhag milkha bhag'? As far as I know Arjun has not reached yet so no worry for you to hurry like this." He asked looking at her from top to bottom while listening him she left a huge sigh making Shivansh arc his eyebrows. 

"Actually, I know why Arjun sir is late today, I mean not fully but yes maybe this is the reason for him being late and this is also why I'm worried for him and don't even know that whether I should call him or not. This is so confusing and I just__" 

Shiv-" Hold on hold on hold on.. what are you exactly saying Aarohi? I'm not getting your Jalebi talks. First thing that how do you know about Arjun being late and why is that worrying you?" Shivansh stopped her while now she bit her tongue for she blurted out about Arjun and now she will have to tell Shivansh about yesterday night. She didn't know whether Arjun would have told him this or not or whether it was right on her part to tell Shivansh about yesterday.

"It's.. it's nothing Shivansh sir, I was just saying crazy stuff, huhh how would I know about Arjun sir. I was just saying like this." She tried dodging his questions and run away but he blocked her way and gave her a 'out-with-it' look. 

"Ok... Arjun sir came to my house last night being completely wasted." With this she told him everything from the start till the morning. How he was behaving fully kiddish to his emotional breakdown and him telling about his and Manik's relation. Shivansh was just gaping at her with open mouth and eyes wide open. 

"And when I got up he was not around. I don't even know that how did he went back home and is he fine or not. I'm sure the amount of drink he had last night, right now his head must be blasting like anything." She mumbled slowly more to herself than tell Shivansh but as he was right beside her he heard her and was surprised to see the concern for his friend in Aarohi's eyes. 

Shiv-" Arjun came to YOUR house? But why and he is a controlled drinker then how come he became so wasted. Hmm.. will have to see. Aarohi please don't tell this to anyone specially Manik and Arjun's talks which he shared with you." He was shocked as Arjun never.. like never shared his thoughts about Manik with him also but he did with Aarohi. He has always been an introvert, keeping his thoughts and feelings to himself and not opening much but he shared with Aarohi maybe cos of alcohol effect. 

"Shivansh sir, I will never tell this to anyone, after yesterday night I have got to know that this is a very sensitive topic for all of you. It's just I shared with you because you are his best friend and maybe you could help him talk this out. I don't know why all this happened but the' Arjun Malhotra' I saw yesterday is nothing like the insensitive devil he shows to the world but a broken big brother who though wants his younger brother back but is stopping himself because of his ego." Shivansh had a small smile hearing Aarohi who understood the real Arjun so easily. 

At the same time the lift ding-ed and out came Arjun Malhotra in his all time charming and danger avtaar in a white shirt and greyish blue color check office suit. As he was moving towards his cabin he saw all his staff was looking at him in a strange manner while when he passed they were whispering at his back. He ignored them all and walked towards his cabin. 

As he came closer towards his cabin he saw Aarohi and Shivansh were talking at a corner while Shivansh was smiling and Aarohi was telling him something. He felt infuriated seeing them talking and moved towards them. 

Arjun-" Miss Aarohi !"

 Aarohi and Shivansh both stood still hearing his voice while Aarohi left a sigh of relief seeing him in office, well even she didn't know why she felt lighter and a bit happy but she shoo-ed away the thought for the time being. While here Shivansh scanned Arjun from top to bottom smirking which irritated Arjun more. With his best friend's looks he didn't know why he felt that he has got to know about yesterday night. 

" Sir, thank god you came, I was so worried.. I mean we all were so worried as you were late." She licked her lower lips in embarrassment. 

Arjun-" Yaa.. I can see that, and that is why you haven't kept my cabin ready. I want my coffee on my table in 15 mins Miss Aarohi." He mocked her while she bent her head as he was right she didn't kept things ready. 

Shiv-" Arjun you have come late, so we were wondering whether you would come or not, so that is why Aarohi didn't prepare your coffee and things ready, but now that you are here, Aarohi it's fine you go and make him a STRONG BLACK COFFEE. I will see you both around." He winked at both of them and left from there whistling after giving Arjun another teasing look. Here Aarohi also ran from there in the pretext of making coffee.

Arjun's cabin 

Arjun was roaming in his cabin trying to remember what happened last night and all he got were some flashes of him in Aarohi's bathroom acting weird, then she drying his hair with a towel, and how he was crying by keeping his head on her lap and finally slept. 

Aarohi knocked the door when she heard Arjun's 'come in' and got inside with Arjun's coffee and some files. He was standing in front of the window looking outside. 

"Sir your black coffee, I made it a bit strong today and also I have kept some aspirin tablets as well. It will lessen your headache and__" She couldn't complete her sentence when Arjun banged the table loudly standing right in front of her which startled her. 

Arjun-" Oh just shut this drama Miss Aarohi. Why are you trying to act all innocent and caring in front of me when in reality you feel nothing." He shouted at her while she took 2 steps back hearing his shouts. 

"Sir, what.. what are you saying. I'm not doing any drama. This is just as yesterday.." He pulled her by her arms roughly and pinned her to the wall closer to them while Aarohi stopped what she was saying cos of the sudden act. 

Arjun-" Yesterday what? What happened yesterday! nothing it was nothing but for you it was fun right. You had a very nice story to tell my employees that how their boss landed drunk in your bedroom late at night. *he jittered his teeth coming closer to her* My one weak moment last night and you got a golden opportunity to gossip about that in office, right?" He pushed her more towards the wall while she was trying to get out of his hold and nodding her head from left to right. 

"No sir, I... I didn't tell anyone about last night, do you think so low of me? I will never take advantage of anyone's weak moment sir." She cried in pain when he clawed his fingers in her skin in anger and his red eyes were scaring her. 

Arjun-" Oh really ? Then why was everyone looking at me like I'm the 8th wonder of the world and whispering at my back from the time I have entered? And why was Shivansh giving me that look? Do you think I'm a fool Miss Aarohi? I made a mistake.. a drunken mistake by coming at your house last night. And I don't know if anything happened between us which made you so concern about me and my life. But you better keep your mouth shut or I know how to shut people's mouth." He gave her a hard look as Aarohi closed her eyes still trying to release herself, but with his last sentence she felt hot breath near her face and when she opened her eyes she saw him very close to her with their lips at some centimeter away from each other. 

But this brought Aarohi back as she pushed him away from herself with all her might and he tumbled a bit. 

"You know what sir, I didn't tell anyone about last night other than Shivansh sir and that too because he insisted when he saw me worried for you and I thought that he being your best  friend could help so you don't need to shut my mouth. And don't worry sir nothing happened last night between US, as you were sure drunk but I wasn't and I'm not a slut who would take advantage of anyone's drunk state. Your coffee is kept there and so are the files. If you need anything else then let me know." She stormed out of the cabin leaving a baffled Arjun behind who was calming his raging breath combing his hair back.

Starbucks Cafe 

Nandini was enjoying her cappuccino and looking at the watch from time to time when she heard a voice from the back, 

"You love Nandini, haina."

"Alot." 

"Since when?" 

"Years"

"Is she gonna be your wife?" 

"Yes"

Nandini looked at her back with startling look only to find Ruhanika who was playing the video of her brother's morning confession which brought a crimson color on Nandini's cheeks also. 

"Ruhi... what is this. When did you take this video of Manik?" Nandini asked her while now she was giggled looking at her 'would-be sister-in-law' completely red and took a seat opposite her. 

"When my dear brother aka your handsome boyfriend was sleeping soundly in the morning. By god Nandini I'm gonna treasure this video forever. It is such a cute video and strong weapon for me to use against my devil brother." Ruhi laughed remembering the morning incident. 

"But this is wrong yaar, you shouldn't trouble someone while they are asleep." Nandini took her Mani's side which only made Ruhanika smirk. 

"Oh hoooo... being too caring and protective for your hubby to be, not bad haan bhabhi." She winked at her while Nandini slapped her hand lightly.

"Oye, it's nothing like that.... and what is with this hubby to be and bhabhi line." 

"Areee... didn't you heard my dear brother said that he will MARRY YOU SOON. So I can call you bhabhi from now only." Ruhi teased her fully. 

"Ok ok... Ruhi so did you just called me here to tease me on your brother's name?" Nandini tried dodging the tease at the same time asking the main reason of Ruhi calling her here in the afternoon as she also had to go to office or else Manik will go in Monster mode in her absence.

"Oh yes, I completely forgot. You know what I asked you to come here for an important work. We need to do something to bring my brothers back. Even you know how Maan bro and Bhaiyu is and it's just their ego which is keeping them apart. This project is the only chance we have to clear all their differences. And you know what Nandini I'm feeling that it is working slowly, today morning was the proof of it. Maan bro and Bhaiyu didn't fight but some how Bhaiyu took Maan bro's side and it was pretty cool. We just need to fasten this and make sure nothing goes wrong." Ruhi looked at Nandini with all the hopes while Nandini gave her an encouraging smile and held her hand in support. 

At the same time Ruhi's phone rang showing Shivansh's name on the display. 

"Hello, haan Shivansh bol." 

"Ruhi I have something really important to tell you. Where are you?" 

"I'm at Starbucks the one near to MII with Nandini but what happened?"

 "Ok I will meet you two there in 20 mins. Nothing to worry but yes surely it is good for you. Chal bye." Shivansh said this and just cut the call.

"Ok... Hey.. Shivansh. Call cut kar diya. This guy is so mannerless." She huffed in anger glaring at her phone as if glaring at Shivansh.

"What happened Ruhi?" Nandini asked her looking at her hard face. 

"Nothing Nandini, Shivansh said that he has something to share with us so he will be here in 20 mins... but wait this means he knows about you and Bhai?" Ruhi asked Nandini with her one eyebrow up.  While Nandini just nodded her head in a yes.

 " Shivansh!!! and Maan bro I won't leave you two now. Behen se zaada bhai ko uss keede par bharosa hai. I really won't leave those two." Nandini just prayed to her aiyappa for the two boys as looking at Ruhi she knew it is gonna be a hell lot difficult for them to manofy her.
