Y/n's POV
I ran as fast as my legs could carry me to the exit of the parking garage, trailed closely by Jungkook and Taehyung.
My heart pounded violently inside of my chest and small droplets of sweat began to form on my forehead. Most of the crowd began making their way back into the garage, running from whatever they just witnessed, and it took all of my force to push through them. After what seemed like forever, though in reality it was a matter of seconds, I reached the exit of the parking garage.
Just before my eyes were able to adjust to the sunlight, which I had not seen for over an hour now, the sun was blocked by a tall figure, casting a long shadow over my helpless form.
The silhouette of my favourite pain-in-the-ass stood before me, his glowing green eyes being the only feature I could make out besides the outline of his form, darkened by the sun being behind him, perfectly resembling his darkened soul in this moment.
I took one of the syringes containing the antidote out of my pocket and popped off the lid, ready to save this jerk who always gives me such a hard time every day in school, I really should sue him for that.
I hesitated on that thought, then I realized, I'm not just saving him, but also myself and the hundreds of people behind me. Jimin took a small step forward, not caring about the beautiful Mustang he just crushed under those smelly feet of his. I gave my best battle cry and was about to charge at him before I heard a low hiss coming from my left, causing everyone's head to snap to attention.
Just as a feared, there was Alpha, slowly, slowly approaching. It was agonizing, she was unpredictable, I remembered seeing her true speeds earlier when she had just been given the Snake Enhancer, she could strike at any moment, and I have no idea what to do...
Luckily, I didn't need to think too hard because before I could, Yeontan leapt on the serpent, bitting at her neck. I said a quick prayer for his safety, one bite from that snake and he's a goner, that is, if she doesn't strangle him first. All Yeontan needs to do is hold her off while I deal with Jimin.
Proceeding with my original plan, I made a beeline toward Jimin, syringe in hand, ready to stab the first body part of his that it comes in contact with. However, this plan didn't go too well as I soon found myself flying across the parking lot. That bitch had fucking kicked me like a damn soccer ball. I held the precious antidote close to my chest, careful to avoid the needle as I braced for impact.
I landed a good few rows away on top of a minivan, thankful that it broke my fall, preventing impact with the pavement, but still getting the wind knocked out of me as well as glass shards in my back from the broken windshield. Still, better than a crushed skull.
Jimin began to make his way toward me.
"J-Jimin," I gasped out. "Please. Stop. Look, it's me, Y/n... P-please... Jimin." He was standing right over me now, I could feel his breath on my face as if it were a gush of wind. He froze for a second before I saw his green eyes fade to brown. I gained a little hope, but that was gone just as fast as it came after he quickly shook his head before relocking his glowing green orbs on my terrified ones.
"Jimin please!" I tried again, yelling this time, yet having no apparent effect on him as his wrapped his immortal hand around my aching body. He raised me up high above his head. I looked around and noticed Yeontan being squeezed to death by Alpha, who had her fangs sunk somewhere into his back. I looked down and saw an open mouth.
Then, Jimin released his grip on me, and I began to fall.
