I'm not completely sure who is going to read this, but this is for all you loyal mfs who have been reading for years. Y'all deserve this book to be continued and eventually finished.

I re read this whole book it took two nights and a lot of cringing but lmaoooo. I am so thankful for everyone who never forgot about it.

Third-Person POV

"What do you mean you're inviting him to the brunch?" Poppy exclaims, staring up at her parents in exasperation.

They look at each other slowly before sitting down next to her.

"Poppy, he's still a great friend of ours," Angela explains slowly. "And we know he meant a lot to you."

Poppy looks down at her pink, furry Gucci slippers. Her heart feels heavy, thinking about the love for Harry that never went away.

Her father sighs at her silence. "If you aren't ready to see him I can always-"

Poppy stops him. "I am ready. It's just been so long I don't know how I'm going to react." She sighs.

Jeff and Angela look at each other once more before her mother stands up. "Why don't you invite him over to talk tonight, I know he just got into town it'll be good for you two."

Poppy's eyes widen at her words. "Tonight?! He's back so soon?" She couldn't believe her ears. What was she going to wear, should she shave? she thought.

"We're going out to meet with an investor, you two can work things out so it won't be awkward tomorrow," Jeff says before patting her leg and taking his keys out of his pocket.

Poppy furrows her eyebrows and stands up at the same time Jeff does. "So all is forgiven? Just like that you're suddenly okay with him again?"

Sure it had been a year, but had all of their anger towards Poppy and Harry's actions truly gone away?

Jeff widens his eyes and begins to explain, but Angela cuts him off by closing her eyes for a moment and breathing out, "Nothing about what you two did was acceptable," she starts, "but you are almost eighteen and free to make your own decisions as an adult, Poppy.."

Poppy remains silent. "We can never truly forgive what happened, but we can forgive and move past this.. We see now there was never any ill intention with you two, your mother and I now can see how much you truly cared for Harold."

Poppy still remains silent in a sort of.. disbelief? They were furious when they had found out a year ago. Harry was practically sent away. They promised to never come in contact again..

Angela then notices Poppy is still quiet, but their opinions still stand. "We love you Poppy, and if you two decide to try things out, this time legally, we can't stop you from doing so.."

And with that, Angela and Jeff give Poppy a kiss on the cheek and their hugs to say goodbye. They are out the door, leaving Poppy with her wondrous thoughts.

She thinks for a while, contemplating so many different options, before pulling her phone out, and dialing Harry's number.
