001.       you guys know the drill try to be as diverse as possible when it comes to faceclaims, I would like most the faces seen to be POC or black, but obviously you can make a White character. And also this is a small / conservative town so I can understand. Just if you make a POC character please be careful/mindful of the struggles they come across during the 90s and in general as this book will talk about childhood trauma/racial issues and bias a lot. Though I don't wanna sound political or whatever I just always wanted to express what some black children go through, especially queer ones, while growing up in a society where it's frowned upon and viewed as a sin. But, please try and make your original characters different as possible! not everyone's going to be a badass that stands up to bullies....add flaws! please, add flaws! things that need to work on cause this will be going on for five/four volumes. your characters need to develop! shimmer and shine! LONG FORMS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

002.           I honestly only need about 10-9 characters in a general sense. Idk maybe more as I'm trying to count how many but who knows. and i also will accept older adult characters as, before i was too focused on too many scenes and had way too many characters to keep track of. But honestly I won't be into the adult storyline just mostly teens/preteens.

003.          Password is to tell me your favorite stranger things character or favorite episode and post this on your message board! also, keep in mind that this town is mostly homophobic and racist, very conservative, conservative or xenophobic. most people probably have extra religious families, homophobic ones, abusive ones, struggling ones and just people who are converting due to the satan panic. But i do want regular ones trust me, I do!! most people probably don't know much since it is the 90s but also because many slurs are "normalized" but that is bad. i'm saying this because most characters are closeted and probably IGNORANT in their own sense. i don't mind a character who is educated and such, but i don't wanna see that from every character. i want some ignorance & flaws! but i don't want any white characters, or non black, saying the n word or any characters that are just obsessed with saying slurs 😭. just be realistic about it, is all i'm asking. that's really it honestly.

004.             This will take place in the nineties and early 2000s. 1995, 1991-1996, 1997, 2000 and 2001 all these dates will be used in the story as it will be set inside of it. You can also give me two faceclaims as the character grows older, as long as they look alike it's fine.

005.            The group of kids, which is probably gonna be mostly boys, is called Boyshit! Yes, I know kind of silly. Buttttt it fits the vibes, and it's honestly vector a bully called the group that once so it stuck like glue. They play DND, draw stuff, jump around in the quarry water, and probably play loogie. Point is they're adorable and just little boys being boys. Or a group of losers being...losers! It's cute.

006.           Please don't make carbon copies of the stranger things cast....like i would love to see a lucas sinclair based type character but do not just copy his character word for word...that's just lazy. but inspired characters are fun! I would also love if you made family dynamics with their own storylines that balance each other! Twins! Siblings! Test subjects! Anything! Or even if someone applied with Sophie Thatcher as a grounded character because I'm obsessed with her idk.
