Jungkook's  P.O.V.

"Mom, Dad...."

I was frozen at my place, not knowing what to do.

What the hell they are doing here, weren't they supposed to come a week later?

It was as if they could read my mind, "Ah, we are here early because our meeting was canceled." I just nodded.

Great!

"Who is this behind you?" My mother asked curiously and that's when I snapped back to reality. I felt my breath caught in my throat, my hand clenching at the doorknob.

What should I do?

I looked over my shoulder to see Lisa hiding behind me, her hand clenching my blazer, she looked nervous.

I couldn't help but find her adorable, like the way she was shying away from my parents and how she was pressed against my back, she trusted me enough to be this close to me and I couldn't help to smile slightly at her.

I looked at my parents and they stood there, shocked. "Pinch me," my mother said in a shocked tune and my father pinched her arm, she yelped, "What was that for?"

Father raised his hands in surrender, "You asked me to pinch you, so I did." She looked at me than him, "He smiled, I wasn't hallucinating, right?" She asked my father and I rolled my eyes when suddenly I heard cute giggles.

I looked at Lisa to see her peeking from my arm then suddenly hide behind my back.

Mom tried to peek through my body to catch a glimpse of Lisa.

"She's...she's my classmate and we are here for a project, she's my project partner." I lied and tried to keep my tune flat.

I stepped aside so Lisa was now in their view, she stood there looking down while fiddling with her hands, shifting from one foot to another. "Hi," she said in a small, timid voice which made me want to wrap my arms around her.

"Oh my God! She's so cute!" Mom squealed which made Lisa jump as moved closer to me and grabbed my sleeve.

That's what I was worried about.

I sighed while my dad tried to calm my excited mom.

I stepped aside and motioned Lisa to enter first, she did and I followed after her. Now we were inside the house.

"Is she your girlfriend?!" Mom asked excitedly, her eyes sparkling and I felt bad for breaking the news to her, "No!"

Not yet.

Her shoulders suddenly slumped and she pouted.

"What's your name, sweetie?" Mom asked softly, her tune totally changed from before.

"L-Lisa," she said and blushed from the attention my mom was giving her. "Awe, don't be shy, I'm like your mother too. Well, I'm soon going to be," I raised an eyebrow at that and Lisa looked as confused as me, "I mean, your Mother-in-law."

I chocked on my saliva, I could feel my blood rushing to my ears, while Lisa turned bright red with her eyes wide and mouth parted.

WHAT THE FUCK?!

"Honey, stop scaring the girl, you're making her uncomfortable."

I've never been so thankful for my Dad, he literally saved my ass. "But...but I was only stating the truth." Mom pouted at that while dad shook his head and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

"Well, it's nice to meet you." My Dad said calmly.

"I-It's nice to meet you too, sir." Lisa bowed at them. "Oh please, no need to be formal." He smiled at her and she returned it.

Mom was awing at her, you could practically see the heart in her eyes. "I can't wait for them to get married."

My eyes widened to the point where I felt that they would fall out of their sockets, my breath got stuck in my throat which made me choke, my father was stifling a laugh.

He got some nerve.

But it got worse, I kept coughing. That's when Lisa came to my side, looking worried, and started patting my back.

It worked, my coughing halted and mom brought a glass of water for me which I gladly drank.

"I'm sorry, I just....got a bit excited. It's not every day I see my son bringing a girl, you're the first girl that he has brought here." I felt myself soften for her, I know she cares about me but I won't show it, so I rolled my eyes on purpose.

"But if he causes you any trouble, don't hesitate to call me, I'll kick his ass!" I gave a blank look to her.

Lisa giggled at that and I didn't realize the small smile that adorned my face.

"Okay, enough with threats, I'm bringing your Mother for a date and you guys can continue your.....date."

Not you too Dad.

"It's not a da—" before I could complete, they were gone.

I shook my head looked at Lisa as she was also looking at the door where my parents left. "Your parents are really funny." She giggled and I find myself softly smiling at her. "Yeah...I guess."

I gave her a tour around the house, I was happy that my parents left so I can finally spend some time with her, alone.

Currently, we were in my room, she was looking around the room, asking about the trophies that I won. Finally, she sat on the bed and we both just sat there, awkwardly.

"Do you....um...want to watch a movie?" I was nervous and I didn't want her to leave yet, so this is the only thing I could come up with.

"Sure," resisting the urge to take a huge breath of relief.

I walked down the stairs with her following behind.

We reached the living room, I point towards a rack filled with movies, "Go and choose a movie, I'll make some popcorns for us." She nodded and I made my way towards the kitchen.

After making popcorns, I walked to the living room, "Found any?" She shook her head, "No, they are all horror movies." She pouted.

"Well, I mostly watch horror movies." I admitted, she nodded, "I've never seen a horror movie, only in the cinema with you."

Why am I not surprised?

"We can watch something else if you're uncomfortable with this." She looked hesitant then looked up at me determined, "No, we can watch this!" I raise an eyebrow at the sudden confidence.

"Okay, but still, let me know when you don't feel like watching." She nodded then smile gratefully at me making my stomach churn.

We sat on the couch, I placed the bowl of popcorns beside her and choose the movie.

Insidious.

The movie has started and I didn't like the distance between us. I moved slightly closer, trying to not make it obvious.

After a while, I was close enough but there was a barrier between us.

Fucking popcorns!

I started eating a fist full of popcorns so it can finish quickly and I can move this obstacle between us.

My focus was more on finishing popcorn than the movie, just as I finished it and placed the bowl at the table in front of us, she shrieked at sudden appearance of the ghost and I was already waiting for her with an open arm which she didn't hesitate to come towards me, I wrapped my arm around her small figure and couldn't help but smile a little as snuggled a bit against me.

I might look crazy while smiling at a horror scene.

She was curled up against me, whenever a horror scene would come, she would hide her face in my chest and I would tighten my grip around her, to assure her that I'm here.

I wish this movie won't stop so she wouldn't have to move away from my arms.

I know I'm being extremely selfish, taking advantage of the situation but if this is how I get to be by her side, I don't care anymore.

I did what I wanted to do, kept playing horror movies and the good thing was, she wasn't complaining. She soon fell asleep and I turned off the TV because I have a much better thing to look at.

I just stared at her then tucked her hair behind her ear which was falling over her face. Her cheek squeezed against my chest while her lips were puckered.

Who knew I would start to like cute things.

I carefully laid on my back with her on top of me, her head on my chest as she unconsciously wrapped her arm around my waist, our legs getting tangled.

I wrapped one arm around her while I placed my other arm at the back of my head, I kissed her head and before I know it, I fell asleep with a slight smile on my face.

Snap!

"Oh my God, oh my God! They are so cute." Someone squealed.

Snap!

"I can't wait for her to be my daughter-in-law, have you seen how he acts around her, I'm very grateful to this girl for changing my son."

Mom?

"Honey, you need to calm down, he said himself that she isn't his girlfriend," I recognized my father's voice as he chuckled at my Mother's excitement.

"Yet!"

Yup, She is definitely my mom.

"Okay, you win, but would you please quiet down, you will wake them up." He said in a hushed tone.

"Oops! Sorry, I was thinking about printing these pictures."

I wanted to roll my eyes at Mom, she is a bit too much excited.

I've been rolling my eyes a lot to the point where they might get stuck at the back of my head.

"Let's go!" I could practically feel my Dad dragging my Mother with him, "But–"

Snap!

After that, I didn't hear anything.

I just laid there the whole time while pretending to sleep.

My mom can get a bit extra sometimes.

I opened my eyes then looked down to see Lisa still sleeping, I made a move to sit up but she tightened her hold on me and snuggled closer to my chest, I decided to not move, not that I was complaining.

I was thinking about those pictures my mother took, I can easily get them from her phone and delete them but......not before sending them to my phone.
